Pyrenees, the 2 gb files were from another site and I was using it as a comparison. I have no clue what the download issue was, I tried IE, Firefox, & Chrome with the same result. Also beware when you add other sites within your membership. I added just one and got no confirmation on it. I canceled the main membership and was still being billed for the secondary. I checked and had no access to it because it was through the other site! I couldn't cancel it through the site because I had no transaction id. I had to CALL the billing department and get it cancelled and my request for the second months membership THAT I HAD NO ACCESS TOO was denied. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
I have no problem with the downloading, they are fast. A 1.6 gb video is maybe 1.5 minutes. My problem is ALOT of the videos are listed but can't be downloaded. "File not found". Complaints are ignored with auto response emails the only thing you'll hear from them. The "channels" used to update 3-4 times a week, now only on Saturday evening. Really sad that they are skating by on their past reputation.
