Not doubting you at all, but that is a very unusual arrangement for a site - usually they charge you more for the first month and then it reduces if you stay a member to reward your loyalty.
With this site, it makes no sense to remain a member - it would be better to cancel your membership at the end of the first month and then rejoin!

Hey didn't mean to criticise! I don't think you used too many words - all my reviews tend to be long... I think if you're trying to explain in full why a site is a certain way it's best.

Try one more e-mail if you have time. If not and they use an independent billing agency like CCBill, contact them and explain he situation - they should refund you or at least contact the site on your behalf.
