While it is entirely possible that content on C4S may not be legal sold, it is difficult to realize who has that right. You have to consider that it may a Bangbros rep posting them or a third-party who has purchased the rights to the videos. It is really up to Bangbros or any other provider to keep track of that and, if necessary, file a copyright violation claim against a store owner. I am sure C4S has some kind of process for handling DMCA/copyright claims.
The most they can do in the short term is ask the store owner to remove any videos that were not sold legally or ban the user if they do not remove them after a short time. The only way a company can sue is if both the store owner and C4S does not reply or remove the clips within a certain period of time. Even still, considering it is the porn industry they usually do not sue since many courts still have a bias against the material they sell and many of them know that at least some level of stolen/distributed content actually brings in more customers.

I can't stand that some sites still offer old 1980/1990's TV quality video (or less)! It's 2009, everything should be DVD minimum now. Some things are going 720p HD and even few sites have gone 1080i HD. I still see sites offering new content at some 500 times whatever resolution at 400-700kbs using an encoder version circa 1980. What is that? With the ever-dropping price of bandwidth and storage today everything should be DVD-quality (720x480, ~3000-5000kbs -- depending on encoder) minimum.

I agree with lk2fireone. Generally, if Max H did do things that the model's were not aware of / did not consent to then I think he should be in jail, but there should not be laws against extreme porn. If the models know what is involved and consent to the content, then it should be up to model to approve. Similarly, the user watching has the right not to watch if they feel it is too extreme, but should not prevent it from being on the market just because they think no one should see it. Also, as lk2fireone says, that does not include underage content.

I have lost stuff in the past, but most of it I can either find easily again or not care about it being lost. Today, stuff I buy is all backed up online (and encrypted) along with some select "REALLY GOOD" stuff. So I am not really worried about loosing stuff.

I don't really care either-way - it should be up to the girl and the producer. The girl should be able to decide if she wants to and the producers/directors should be able to decide if it is something that goes along with the theme of the site.

Most were not worth it. Sometimes (here and there) they are entertaining. What I hate is that many of these sites have actually broken or long since ended contract with those sites anyway and most likely the "special" link simply throws you back to the 3rd party's homepage where they want to to become a memeber there too. They simply leave the dead/broken links and the messages that you get free 3rd party video up. Even still, some are scams from the beginning: simply being a referrer url that claims you can get free videos when in reality it is nothing more than a link to another commercial site.

Depends on the site. Sites like Abby Winters started their own credit processing company and I think that AW's processor is pretty trustworthy. I would not trust a smaller, lesser-known site without a trusted 3rd party processor.

I've seen the prices of sites rise pretty sharply over the past few months when the world's economies were good, but I noticed a few sites already starting to decline in price the the past month or so. I have not really seen a change in content but it may happen if economies continue to decline.

I choose that I like some of it. I prefer woman(en) of a different race with white men. Why? Just because the whole black men with white woman thing has been seriously overdone and most of it is not interesting or exciting to me. It was when it first started getting popular back in the early 00s, but not now.

I don't enter the raffles, but I think that users should at least not be able to win more than one week in a row. This would prevent users who post the more than the average user (power users) from dominating the raffle and would give everyone a bit more of a level playing field than those with max tickets (who would, statistically, win more often).

Never got any DVDs. I don't buy any regular movie DVDs anymore either. Just don't have the space to keep stocking up on physical media.
With terabyte+ hard drives now, who needs DVDs?
On the computer it's just click, play, keep or throw away.
