I too am a Twisty's member and consider it a "must" site - the variety, volume and quality of updates - both pics and vids - perhaps the best navigation of any site I can think of - search by model, search by body type, search by outfit - it's all really easy at Twisty's and the results are usually very enticing.
The webmaster's post above indicates how much they care about having a great site.
If you're joining for the archives, my suggestion is "don't". They're incomplete with no rhyme or reason. Some great content that was almost entirely gone in early 2021, Nicole Graves' content for example, is back in substantial quantities. She had 1 scene on the site at that point, has 62 videos now, but either no photo sets or their navigation is too messed up to find them. Anette Dawn has 5 videos, no photo sets that I can find. Phto galleries in general have been gutted from the site. A 2019 TBP review referred to 18,350 photo sets. Now, 3 years later the site shows 2,568 total on the whole site. That same review referred to 8,638 videos on the site. Three years later, the site shows a great today of 3,776 videos on the site.

Pros:
It's still here. There are new girl/girl scenes updated once a week, many with hot models like Gianna Dior, Eliza Ibarra, Vanna Bardot, Scarlit Scandal, Emily Willis, etc. The site currently shows 1,438 videos and 1,311 photo sets. Videos look good at 720 p. New photos download at 3265 X 1837.
Cons:
For whatever reason, Twisty's has been straight-out gutted in the past 13 months. TBP's December 2019 review refers to 8,638 videos and 18,350 photo sets. I'm sure that's accurate. Since that time, 7,200 videos and 17,049 photo sets have been removed from the site. Nicole Graves' site, which used to be part of Twisty's Network - gone. Nicole Graves herself, who was 1 of Twisty's most popular models has 1 scene on the site. Annete Dawn's site - gone. Blue Fantasies - gone. Euro Foxes has 4 scenes. Mom Knews Best - last updated March 2019. Amy Reid, who had many great scenes on the site - 0 content. Susanna Spears, who had many great scenes on the site - 0 content. Devon, who had a lot of great stuff on the site - 0 content. Etc, etc. If I had to guess, I would say that only the exclusive material is still here, and not much of that.
Bottom Line:
Twisty's used to be a special site before it was sold to Brazzers' parent company. They took a site that was one of several sites that just licensed material from various producers and made it special by a) producing increasing amounts of exclusive material and b) caring about the site and its members - with a forum & GREAT customer service. Now it's a site that's being gutted for who knows what reason with diminishing updates starting last month. Up to December 19, there were updates every 3-5 days, then the Christmas present was for updates to slow down to once a week. I have this site as an add-on that I got years ago, so I've got no reason to give it up, though it's sad how much material I no longer have access to. I can't give it lower than a 60 given that they are still updating with pretty hot babes, but be aware that if you are expecting the glory days of Twisty's, or even expecting the content from the glory days of Twisty's to still be here, you're very likely to find yourself terribly disappointed.
Twistys-Samantha posted that this is a technical issue and they are working on it - a technical issue where downloads were all done away with for non-VIP members on all videos? That's a hell of a technical issue. It will be interesting to see if they fix this or hope that members stop complaining and just accept it.
At the moment - there's always the possibility that this is just a temporary mistake - non-VIP members have NO ACCESS to download vids - not the newest vids, not the vids released a few months ago, not the vids on Nicole Grave's site.
Good news - as of 6:30 PM Pacific on Tuesday, the download buttons are back. And they work.
It looks like another of Misha's sites - she does MishaOnline.com - they have much more frequent updates of a variety of hot models, including Valentina -- probably a much better deal unless you're only interested in Valentina.
Like many sites, there was a whole different level of engagement with fans on VB in 2010. They had a blog updated multiple times a week where they would discuss which studios they were making new licensing deals, they would solicit feedback from members, they would promote "coming soon" DVDs, etc. Now they have very little to brag about so no blog, no talk of new deals, no coming soon, just plop, here are today's updates.
Good point about the price for joining the sites directly that VB offers as add-ons - all of them can be joined directly for less than the add-on monthly prices if you look around for promo prices at all.
There was a time a few years ago when VB was posting a lot of premier studios to the main site - Anabolic, Diabolic, Red Light District, New Sensations, Zero Tolerance, Jules Jordan, etc, as well as a nice amount of premier classic porn from VCA
These days they post a healthy amount of Jules Jordan & New Sensations, but other than that, there really isn't a lot of material posted from premier porn studios.
For people who haven't previously been members, though, there's an awesome amount of content here. - the scenes and then the clips, which are also fun to look around at.
It's a pain in the butt. If I google "Videobox Updates", I get a link where I can see the most recent updates on their Evil Angel channel, and then I can play around and see all updates for various pornstars or search by directors, etc, and I'm sure that if I kept on playing around I could eventually see their updates for all channels - but why they don't just make that info obvious and clear is a mystery to me.
Dupe scenes have always been a fact of life with Videobox - with so much licenced repackaged stuff being posted, it's going to happen a lot, and it does. But when Videobox is posting Pornstar Power 2 on 12/11/14, and then posting Getting Slammed #2 on 12/12/14 - a DVD that dupes 2 scenes for the Pornstar Power DVD - that's just laziness on the level of "urp - I posted my DVD's of the day - time for a beer".
You know the search function of a site is crap when you download a scene from "Where The Girls Sweat" and wonder who directed the thing so you put Where The Girls Sweat in the "search site" box and the response is "0 results".
The person who designed the search function for Videobox should go work for the Health & Human Service's website for insurance exchanges so all the people who can't get a website to function correctly can be in one place.
This seems to be an increasing trend among site whether, like TeenDreams, they are a shadow of the site they used to be, or Videobox, they are a site that is still going strong and has nothing to be ashamed of in letting people see their newest updates.
They ought to go back to letting people see their updates, no doubt about it.

Are you using VB3 - the new version or the "old site" as they call it? There's a pornstar list on the old site, but my comment was specifically referring to VB3, which is what they encourage everyone to use and which does not have a pornstar list.
You know a "search" engine on a porn movie site is absolute shit when you put in Asa Akira and get no results. This kind of thing is not uncommon with the "search" on VB3 and there's no pornstar listing on VB3 - I mean, why would you want that on a porn movie site?
Videobox has, unfortunately, gone the 21st Sextury route - you need to do a research paper to figure out the best deal to join and how to get what you want for the right place, especially when Kink.com has been doing very aggressive promotions of their sites, as has Evil Angel and Reality Kings. Vivid, well, are they even really still alive?
Best of all, the drought seems to have ended. From December into January, the updates at Videobox were the worst I've seen since I've been a member - just dismal. They've really picked up lately, for my tastes.
Yeah - unfortunately, the slump in quality really hit after my present membership renewed. If it had been 2-3 weeks earlier, I wouldn't have renewed until the quality of updates improved substantially - and I agree about the Premium sites being part of the slump.
With the new interface, VB has made the same error that Naughty America made. Naughty America put all that energy into yapping about the members being Naughty Americans and electing a President of Naughty America - paying him a bunch of money, putting him up in a nice condo, etc - going on about the Naughty America community, blah, blah blah - and who could give a flying fuck?
VB's former interface was service-able - could have stood some improvements that were meaningful to members that just cared about the product. Instead, they went for some "community" idea, where the whole thing is members having profiles they spend a bunch of time on and which members are going to be their friends, blah blah blah - and who could give a flying fuck?
Meanwhile - the presentation of the material that we're paying for sucks! Click on any DVD cover and it looks like shit. The previews look like shit. Click on your channels and the information is wrong. So it's just garbage.

If you're looking for the highest quality, then the quality of Evil Angel vids at Videobox is higher than the quality of the vids at EvilAngel.com.
Another option is the network centered around Buttman.com, which has very high quality vids available - they claim HD - and a significant amount of web-only material. They also have fucking hideous navigation, so finding the web-only material is a chore and a half.
