I'm a fan of a lot of the models on this site, but what keeps me from joining is the amount of painting that they do to their photos. I've looked at their site samples and seen their stuff posted online at various forums and for my tastes, they layer it on to the point that, even if the model is on her back, with a sexy expression, in a great pose and her legs spread and panties pulled aside, I feel like I'm looking at one of those 3D Art pics rather than feeling like I'm looking at a hot photo of a gorgeous woman.
I have the same problem with Earl Miller's stuff.
When it comes to photo-shopping/painting, for my tastes less is more and, unfortunately, Pier 999 goes for the "more"

I'm with Rusty in disagreeing with such a low score for navigation problems - but then a lot of the solo-girl model sites have haphazard navigation that makes this network look like complete and utter genius, so it's clearly not the most important thing on my list.
They don't have good navigation and you have to click away to get to a list of all scenes for a particular model and then trying to connect the Photo Samples with a particular scene is another bunch of work. I haven't experienced the problems with the back button for some reason - maybe I just never hit it.
My score for this site and network would be about 40 points higher than yours, regardless of the navigation - which is not good and ought to be made much better.

100% perfection as in occasional slow downloads? No problem. If your idea of a slight imperfection is "No pics shows at all on any of the sites in the network", then we'll just have to disagree, because I don't find that tolerable at all.

I've never had a problem using the monthly calendars and don't wind up back where I started as the OP mentioned, but they do really need to make it possible to search for models by name and to search for work across the network.
The bizarre thing is that non-members can find a particular model's work across the network easier than members can. So what are you supposed to do? Go into the site in one browser as a member and go into it with a different browser to search as a non-member?
They need to fix this. They are working on integrating the network - if you go into some of the secondary sites as a member of Pix&Video, you'll be in a beta area that is integrated, though it needs a LOT of work, in my opinion, to be as user friendly as it could/should be.
For instance, with the beta you can choose a site from the network in a single windown with a pull-down menu, but you cannot see all updates across the network, which is really where they should go, if at all possible.
The frustrating thing about the secondary sites is that they dole out the updates over the course of 7/8 days - adding pics and video clips to the same update - so even if they had the thing I described as seeing updates across the network, if you wanted to be looking at complete updates, you would need to be looking back to see what the update was 8 days ago.
As I say, they've got a lot of work to do to make this network as good as it could/should be - but jumbly as it is, the current deal gives members a whole lot of very good material.

If you start from 40 and go backwards, it looks to be true that more than 1/2 are no longer updating - I see 5 or so that just stopped updating in September '09, though, so I assume that they updated weekly between Nov '08 and then.
There are 15 or so that are updating weekly and now they gave access to Zoliboy. It looks like the deal now is to give 25 sites to start with that include Pix and Video, Club Sandy and Zoliboy.
They could make the whole thing better with advances in the size of pics and more HD vids, but they're doing solid work on a number of sites, including bonus sites such as DP Fanatics, Cuties Galore, Anal Teen Angels and Lez Cuties.

Joining one of the "second-tier" sites in the network, such as MandyIsKinky (I don't know about Lez Cuties) also starts you off with many more bonus sites - then you add 2 more each month.

Yes, that's totally true - of course, then you don't get the new material being updated daily as you do at Pix and Video - and in 6 months, or 60 months, you will not have access to Club Sandy's every other day updates. That's the choice - more and better bonus sites sooner or the newest stuff now and lesser bonus sites for now.
The actual count on bonus sites that you get with Pix and Video, since I just joined to take advantage of the "get Club Sandy for free in 6 months" offer is 29 - so you get Pix and Video plus 29 bonus sites for a total of 30 sites to start off with.

Strange logic here, in my opinion - it was predictable that they would take down the combo offer and make Club Sandy a Loyalty Bonus of Pix & Video and vice versa?
If that's so, please point out to me where anybody ever predicted it.
They've apparently decided that the Loyalty Bonus business model works for them better than the combo offer worked for them. So long as they are straight forward about their offers - and they could make them more clear - it strikes me as a better deal to get both sites for a single price than it was to get both sites for a combo price - provided that you intend to be a member for a sustained period of time.

It's deal for people that think it would be worth it to be a ongoing member - not any good deal for people that are "join for a month" types. But considering that Pix & Video updates every day and has a 3-month "join" option that is $20/month, being an ongoing member knowing that in a number of months you'll also have membership to Club Sandy - and getting membership to a number of other fine sites in the meantime, some of which, such as the BDSM sites that I mentioned, are unique and good sites on their own - it's hard for me to see that as a ripoff. I've found this network to be a good thing, except when they have their access issues, which haven't been an issue in a while.

I thought Pix & Video and Club Sandy were the flagship 21st Sextury sites and that Dirty 101 and all the network sites were the sites where they recycle the material.
Can anybody else confirm this or correct me?

The first time I ever joined, I wasn't able to get access, got a refund from the billing company, then got an e-mail from the techs at 21st Sextury saying "Hey, we really could have solved your problem." Before you get a refund, definitely go for their support e-mails, give them a chance to try to help solve the problem.

At least they're doing new sets and putting their older stuff on their bonus sites instead of going the General Entertainment (Mya Diamond.com,etc) path of just putting the old stuff in as the new stuff. I like this site, but since I can get so much 21st Sextury stuff from their stepchild sites, I maintain my membership there instead. I love the florid colors and they've got a lot of drool-worthy models.

In none of her various names and on none of her various sites is she producing new material, though the site owners may pull some long-lost set out of their archives and present it as new - or do the EveAngel.com, MiaDiamond.com hustle of recycling old sets and presenting them as new

As I've said before, you can't trust this site when they offer lifetime membership - a year down the road, they change their billing partner and they say, oh, that wasn't our deal, that was our billing partner, we don't offer lifetime membership - and there you go.
They are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to ethics toward their customers.

Beware - they have a habit of selling lifetime memberships and then changing vendors and ending the lifetime memberships that they already sold - another site promoting themselves as stylish and glamorous with the foulest business practices around.
