I try not to spend more than $25 for a site - I'll join for multiple months if I feel confident that I'll enjoy it in order to bring the price down.
In regard to Bacchus' comment - saying that not a dime is spent on porn and then saying that a rapidshare account is being purchased in order to download porn is pretty contradictory. Clearly the rapidshare account is your porn expense, meager though it is.
There's certainly been a crack-down on the forums lately - 2 of the most active were forced to stop allowing full posts of copyrighted material in the past few months.
It looks like the sites that create content are fed up with having their stuff taken for free and have been more successful lately in finding effective lawyers. I can't say that I blame them, though the forums have been one of the main ways that I have learned about sites that I wound up joining for periods of time.

Absolutely - it's the 21st Sextury ones that are the biggest pains in the ass - and then they changed my password to one that I haven't been able to memorize in months, so I have to find the e-mail notification every freaking time I want to go in the site and copy and past, because it's long as hell - gwwwaaahhhh!!
LOL - needless to say, I don't go into that site as often as I otherwise would!

The other thing new about this site is that is now packed along with the other "no longer updating" sites AND Phil-Flash.com, which does update. I was about to give up on Phil-Flash.com when they made this change. Since there's a lot of great content at Nikki's site and Princess Blueyez' site and the Taylor Twins' site, etc, I'll stick around for a while and hope that Phil busts out with more new stuff of Holly or Kasha.

Great deal for Sweet-Models members. Sweet-Models was my first introduction to DDF, so it served it's purpose. The new site blows away anything that they had in the past - it's nice to see a long-established site do that.

There may be vids that are not DRM-protected, but don't count on it and be disappointed. Adriana wants to protect her material in that way. She is more gorgeous than ever, I've got to say. I saw her feature 3 weeks ago at a near-by strip club, I could hardly speak to her, she was so hot. Her feature show was very hot. The first time I ever joined, I wasn't able to get access, got a refund from the billing company, then got an e-mail from the techs at 21st Sextury saying "Hey, we really could have solved your problem." Before you get a refund, definitely go for their support e-mails, give them a chance to try to help solve the problem.

I just found proof positive of my allegation that Mya's site is a dead site - only "updated" with 2 year old sets carved off from the early days of the site. One of the most recent sets - "Sandy Loves Mya" - was posted on the 23rd and 24th of September 2007, right?

How often have people seen active sites go down? In the world of solo models, it is fairly common for models to move on from one site to another, usually a matter of getting involved in the production of the material, sometimes models get fired - as when Phil-Flash fired Next Door Nikki, Seanna Teen and Princess Blueyez in the space of 2 weeks. But the sites tend to stay around in one form or another for a long time - there are numerous sites around for models such as Sandy Summers/Waldron, Jannah Burnham and Jana Foxy/Jordan as they have moved on in their careers.

How much of the new stuff at Mya Diamond's site is really new? The beginning of the archives sure seem to get more and more recent. I'm still convinced that they are doing NO new work at Mya's site and only cutting off the oldest stuff and re-posting it as new. The webmaster declined to answer when I asked him the question in another thread.

At least they're doing new sets and putting their older stuff on their bonus sites instead of going the General Entertainment (Mya Diamond.com,etc) path of just putting the old stuff in as the new stuff. I like this site, but since I can get so much 21st Sextury stuff from their stepchild sites, I maintain my membership there instead. I love the florid colors and they've got a lot of drool-worthy models.

I was feeling some major lust for Lanny Barbie, saw that Vivd was advertising lots of photo galleries of this incredibly hot fuck bunnie. I'd been terribly disappointed at the quality of Vivid's pics before but the site was advertising high-res, so I hoped that they had increased the size of their pics and figures - what the hell, I'm only risking $10
Good news for me - the pics are quite a bit larger than the last time I was in this site - still not what I would call high-res, but compared to the last time I was a member they certainly are - and I can save them this time. So I'm happy, despite all of the limitations of this site as described by NY Giants and others.
At least they're going in the right direction!

I think with this site, and others in this network, potential members need to think about how long they might want to join for. If you remain a member, you get access to more and more sites in the network - most of which are high quality 21st Sextury material. That all makes the price quite reasonable.
If you're only planning on joining for one month, though, the price is going to seem quite a bit higher.

Don't you just LOVE that bait and switch crap? Doesn't it make you want to give them money so you can find out what other kind of ripoffs they have in store for you?
They may as well have a pop-up saying "We're going to take you for everything we can!"
I saw this recently with Mac & Bumble where they had a hot gallery up somewhere saying "click here for a free membership", then you had to put in your e-mail address, after which the next page said, "I'm sorry - this e-mail address is not eligible for a free membership, but we'll gladly have you as a paid member".
Needless to say, I didn't and wouldn't bite on that.

A current or past member would have to correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that FTV's updates are several photo sets and several vids, isn't that correct? So even if they were updating once a week - and they've updated 3 times in the past 17 days - they would not be doing a bad rate of updates as compared to some sites.
The question really comes down to how hot you think their work is.

Good job - anybody can make mistakes.
I've got to say, though, that I've never had a problem cancelling either through e-mail or by phone. They solve other customer service issues by phone pretty well also.

I made it pretty clear that the "wait one month" rule was a rule that I enforced for myself and was not claiming that everyone else on this site should wait that length of time.
There are rules that I believe would help this site.
I just ran across a review for ALS Scan where the reviewer, in a later comment added to her review, said that she had not been a member prior to her review IN OVER A YEAR!!!!
That, to me, is just ridiculous, and should be grounds for that review being yanked from this site altogether.
