They deleted a lot of meatholes scenes due to obscenity. They started off really rough and have toned it down considerably. Easier to do that than fight laws.

However, I noted in reading this that the $9.95 is for the first month, then it renews at 24.95. Two months at the PU price (total $30) is a better deal than one month at the student price and one month renewed (total $35).

I haven't been a member of Suicide Girls in a few years, but from when I was a member, there is very little reason to join from a video standpoint. Obviously that may have changed the past few years, but in all honesty Suicide Girls is more of a social network of people that enjoy the alt lifestyle. The actual "Suicide Girls" (the ones with photosets) are members of the social network but also amateur/professional models. Most photosets are done by professional photogs.
From a purely porn standpoint, this isn't really that type of site. It's more geared towards interaction with all the other users as well as the girls. Think myspace for adults that love tattoos, piercings and other erotica (though not like those fake adult dating sites that claim that tag).

I've been following Brandi's site for a few years. Everyone makes that same point - she seems bored in her videos. To tell the truth, I think it's part of the show. She started off as a solo site and it looks like they found a niche where she finds random scenarios (the sperm challenge, little dick vs. big dick, watching movie and jizz in the popcorn, etc etc etc) and just "finds out the results". To me, the niche is less a sexaholic enjoying scenes and more a girl doing sex studies. I actually like the newer content a lot better now.
That said, great review

As a black guy, I can say this site doesn't bother me. If you've watched porn (interracial porn especially) for the past 10 years, this is a common theme. For the "fantasy" aspect, a lot of these sites pretend like a mother or daughter from a "sheltered lifestyle" has an experience with a black guy - since they are so sheltered they call them "negroes". Shane Diesel makes his living off of this - his sites are My Mother's F*** A Negro and My Daughter's F*** Blackzilla. They know they get more money off that fantasy get-up than just a black guy and white girl having sex.
Once Spring Thomas got big, she routinely used the more derogatory term in her videos with the black male talent there. They know it's all acting. Did you see American History X? The guys in that movie (Ed Norton, etc.) don't believe in that stuff, it's just acting.

FWIW, all 14 sites in the network are finally included when you purchase one site, which is hundreds of gigs of content. Each used to be separate which was crazy. Now you get Blacks on Blondes, Spring Thomas, Katie Thomas, Ruth Blackwell, Candy Monroe, The Minion, glory hole, etc. Literally hundreds of gigs of content.

Thanks I might give it another try. Looks like Viva la Bus doesn't update weekly (unless I missed something), but I might try it out and see. Preston & Shaggy or JT, JMac, Ugly and the crew...gotta figure out which is better. Might wait to see a few more reviews from users I know.

OK so it's obvious that peterhd/caperuzo is the camera man and wants to hype up the site. Problem is, a fisting site is such an eccentric niche that the tactic won't work at PU. Just looks at the amount of reviews or comments from fisting sites -- it seems like even though some people might like it, they're not joining sites dedicated to it.
I don't think it would be the ideal way to go and the amount of spammers is relatively small here, but to help keep the integrity of the site and its members, maybe down the road the reviews need to be moderated before published. I think PU's moderators have discretion at what constitutes a review, and if something doesn't fit the bill they can reply to the poster to complete a full review or post it as a comment. It looks like a lot of these "100" reviewers never even come back so chances are they wouldn't respond to the request, meaning it wasn't important or legit anyway.

What I think Wittyguy was getting at was that the review you gave made it difficult to understand the 70 rating. You're right, the purpose of the reviews is to show your opinions on sites and what they do. What he was getting at is that your review only mentioned personal distastes of the actual content of the DVDs they offer...next time try to do a little well-rounded review about other aspects of the site as well to both give info to other people that are interested in the site and also justify the score a little. I say that because most of us here really do take into account the scores these sites average when deciding what sites to join, so some people hope to see a little more explanation for extremely high/low scores or scores that aren't the norm for a site.
The only other thing is that Videobox is a special kind of site: they don't make their own content. They simply offer DVDs of varying niches for people to download. For most when reviewing porn sites, dislike of content isn't the same as bad content. I don't like lesbian porn but I'm not going to give a DVD site a negative score because they give mostly lesbian DVDs if the site as a whole is run well, has lots of daily updates, is a bargain of a price and easy downloads. I'll give them their due score for running a great site but mention that I prefer more variety (and possibly deduct only a few points if it's supposed to have well-rounded stuff, but not 10, 20 or 30 points. That's excessive by PU's standards).
