Seems odd, as the sets that are part of the loyalty sites usually have "available in 30 days" or whatever stamped on them, which these sets - I have found this with several other sets like this - don't, they all seem to be from DVDs as best I can tell, so my guess is they haven't been added to the site yet or they will never be downloadable. Either way, disappointing...

I think I might have used jettis before, but I don't recall ever having seen the other two, and it just seemed weird to me that the billing was listed at 3 different locations - I've never seen that before.

It bills trough epgbill, however the actually transactions are processed by another company and for some reason a third company - jettis - sends the confirmation. They might be reputable, but I had never heard of any of them before...

True, but at least those sources will state somewhere what the price you will be charged is. This site bills your card immediately.
Whoever does it, it is a dishonest practice and I would raise hell with a newspaper or other company that did the same.

I edit some of the bigger files I download to take out action I don't really care for and make the file size more manegeable sometimes. I use Cyberlink Powerdirector, which is not free, but I edit home videos and stuff too and I find it robust enough and relatively easy to use. I think it is around $100.
And Denner, encoding speed is based primarily on your processor/graphics card, although I have found that Powerdirector works faster on my computer than Adobe Premiere (which is terrible, no one should buy this - has audio sync problems) and Windows Movie Maker. I haven't used any Tmpeg products since college, so can't compare the relative speeds of PD to the product RB is using.

Good review OneMan, although I would say if they re-encoded some of their older stuff at higher resolution, I would totally join again, some of their older scenes are great, it is a pity they are such shitty resolution.

Hey man, good comment on Hustler's site. I totally agree with most of your sentiments - This site could be excellent if they put some effort into it. I would note that I didn't see any scenes that were downloadable in parts, perhaps they got rid of this recently...

Hey exotics, I know this is an old post, but I was considering re-joining nubiles in the near future and stumbled across it and found it very entertaining.
My recollection of nubiles from a couple of years ago was that they had many euro models using less common names, or names not even on eurobabeindex.

I don't know that i've ever noticed anyone submitting 3 or more reviews a week for months at a time, who has done this? I know i've reviewed a couple a week a few times, but that was usually because one of the sites was terrible - so I had to join another to feed the beast.
Like Denner said, isn't this the reason for trust votes?

I actually didn't mind Hustler's new setup without DRM that much. I think they do fill a niche (porn with stories, however half-assed) that sites like Videobox and AmericanVice don't seem to focus on. Although Hustler certainly needs to improve video quality.
If you didn't like Hustler's setup, you'll hate Private. It has significantly worse navigation than Hustler does, and the video quality is equal or perhaps slightly better than what Hustler offers.

the quality of the PDFs is excellent, you can zoom in - read the writing easily, very crisp. Definitely not scans. I'd say about 80% or so of the downloadable magazines are available in PDF, however they only have 40-60 or so of each magazine series (Private, Pirate, Triple X, Sex) and they have a few special editions. This is not their older material, the oldest magazine in each series was:
Sex 36
Triple X 45
Pirate 71
Private 180
Hope that helps, I'd wait to join until they make the improvements the Private Webmaster spoke of in his comment, it could get much better with just some navigation tweeks.

Pat, I'll try to write a more thorough review later in the week if I have time. The catalog of downloadable dvds is about 470 titles, so the size of the site is pretty decent. The "High" movies are 640x480 1500 kbps typcially, wmv only.
Like I said, my main problem is navagation and inability to use download managers, I'm sure they have some great scenes - but they are pretty much impossible to find unless you know the name of the dvd you are looking for (can't search by star of films)
In response to Rome, the download speeds were excellent whenever I logged in (1.4 MB/sec), however I was unable to get any download managers to work.

What is your available bandwidth? Make sure when you check your bandwidth it is a sustained download, the speakeasy bandwidth overestimates my bandwidth as comcast (my isp) gives pretty high initial bandwidth for the first 5-10Mb of a download, but it usually dies down after a while.
I have been using GetRight, it seems to work pretty good. I have usually gotten 10-20% better combined speed using a download manager rather than downloading straight through the browser - although I usually set it to download two files at a time.
Hope that helps, I'm sure if you search the forum you can find more opinions on various other DL managers...
