The quality of the screencaps is good, but not great. Much better than the screencaps that porn sites offered years ago, but: because many of the models are attractive, and the screencaps are almost-collectible in quality, you wish that the screencaps were even better, because then the photosets would really be worth collecting.
You can view thumbnails of the photoset screencaps, or enlarge any individual photo, but if you want to view the entire photoset, the best idea is to download the zip and use a software program to slide show the photos.
Otherwise, the software mechanism for viewing the photos online is clunky, and takes too many mouse clicks to move from one photo to the next.
I am not technically proficient, so I don't understand how the screen caps are made from the video.

There is very little variation in the action.

So what are the main differences between the two sites, other than the role reversal?
In FuckedHard18, the guy is giving a sensual massage, the girl becomes aroused, and the guy fucks the girl. He is definitely in charge. And the girl is more than willing. The sex can be hot.
In MassageGirls18, the girl has a more active role: she is supposed to be the masseuse. Just as an aside, the reason given for lack of zipped photosets at Glamdeluxe is basically the same reason messmer said was given by this webmaster: fear of piracy.
Fear of piracy does not make a lot of sense to me, as a reason to not include zip files. Is a pirate going to refuse to download pictures from a web site from some sense of honor or horror because there are no zipped files?
But different people believe different things. That's life. It's certainly easier to have zip files on a site, and most sites I've joined have them.
Maybe if enough members complain, or--to put it more politely--suggest that zip files would be an important feature, that might make a difference to some web sites.
But we don't control the world. Not even the porn sites that we have joined.
If there are no zip files on the site, you could probably use a software program like BlackWidow (nonfree), or a freeware version of the same type of program, to download your picture sets.
Glamdeluxe had no zipped files of its photosets when I was a member. So I paid for BlackWidow to download the photosets. Downloading individual pictures took a large amount of time. After I paid for BlackWidow, I found there are free programs that are supposed to do the same thing, and a couple of those programs are highly rated.
mc-nudes now offers 3-D photos. You need 3-D glasses to get the 3-D effect, and I don't have 3-D glasses. But even the porn sites are now starting to jump on the 3-D wagon.
