If not, just cancel the membership immediately. Definitely cancel before you are charged the higher rate.
You should have site access until your 10 membership fee term runs out at 30 days.

I had a similar experience when I cancelled my subscription to Fame Digital network.
I called a toll-free number, and got a recorded message all the representatives were busy. I left my telephone number. That was a few days ago, and I don't think they ever called me back.
But I found a link on one of their sites that let me cancel through a webpage, and I got a confirming email soon after.

-The most recent videos were posted back in 2012, so the quality of the videos and photosets are poor, compared to the improved quality of the videos and photosets posted in the last few years.
-The videos and photosets from 2012 and earlier feature cheap sets, cheap technical quality (poor lighting, lower-definition videos and photos).
BOTTOM LINE(START OF):
The Ex GF Box site is a member site in the Teen Mega World network (TMW).
It's one of the poorest sites in the network.
There are many reasons it's a poor site:
-It's an archive site. The last update was in 2012.
-The quality of the videos and photosets is poor. The content was produced back when the network was producing cheap, teen videos and photosets. The costumes are cheap street clothes. The sets are low-rent apartment rooms, with cheap furniture. The videos and photos are poor quality: almost no money was spent trying to make the models look attractive, or trying to use a plot to make the sex more interesting: this is just straight hard-core fuck-and-suck.
Little effort was put into making the site contents better quality, or to upgrade the site navigation.
Most videos have a single definition option for downloading (7200).
Most videos can not be streamed online (You need to download the file and watch off-line).
Many videos have no accompanying photoset.
When you do find an accompanying photoset to a video, there is no zip file, and you have to manually download the individual photos. Little effort is made to present the models attractively, even if the models are cute. Since the photos are poor quality and the costumes are cheap street clothes, the photosets are not worth collecting.
Note: the TMW network, and the member sites, have an unusual structure:
There is an https version of the member sites.
And the is a non-secure version of the member sites (the login and member pages are not https).
This is the only network I've seen with both a secure and non-secure network.
It makes no sense to me.
They should delete the non-secure network and member pages, and only offer the secure network.
I'm giving the site a score of 70.
And that is generous.
Navigation problems, poor quality content, lack of zip files, lack of streaming choices, lack of photosets, etc.
The main positive is that membership in any one of the member sites of TMW gives you accesss to the entire TMW network: there are no premium sites that they charge you extra for.
The TMW network is one of my favorite teen hardcore networks.
Along with the Diesel Access network (they dropped the Diesel Access network name, and now, apparently, have no official name for the three sites that used to be the Diesel Access network: All Fine Girls, Wow Girls, Wow Porn), even though under the current marketing system if you join any one of the 3 sites you get immediate access to all 3 sites.
So I'm giving Ex GF Box a score of 70.
But on a practical basis, since membership in any one of the TMW sites gives you access to the entire network, I think the entire network deserves a score in the 90s.
That is due to:
-The catalog of over 2,000 teen models, most of them attractive to very attractive.
-The wide range of niches covered.

The people running the software are not aware of the price discrepancies.
And this one particular site has been allowed to run down:
You can no longer stream many of the videos.
A lot of the thumbnails for the videos (showing what the model looks like) have disappeared.
A lot of the photo sets for the videos have disappeared.
Many years ago, when they started this site, it was a separate join from the Teen Mega World network: You did not automatically gain access to all the sites in the network, which sites you got access to depended on which particular site you joined.
And the actual number of sites, and specific sites in your membership, was unknown.
Since then, they have improved the network immensely, making it easier to use, improving the quality of the videos and photo sets.
But the most recent network update was a step back.
They made navigation harder and more time consuming, to access the content at the different sites, to search the content at the different sites.
I still like the network, but not as much as I used to.
And they raised the yearly membership fee: I've bought year-long memberships several times.

Now a search for a model is site-specific. That means you are only returned the hits at one site, instead of the entire network. So you need to know which sites the model appears at, to find her content, instead of doing a simple search for the model which would formerly show all the sites she appears at, with links to her content.
-Because of the recent structure update, when you switch between sites, the switch is incomplete. You do not enter the next site completely, but are still logged in to your membership-join site, which makes searching and using the next site content more difficult.
-Archive site. Has not updated since November 1, 2011.

-The default biller is FXBilling. I prefer CCBill or Epoch, which are reliable, easy to use billers.

-Many of the network sites do not update. Or update very infrequently. But the network as a whole updates daily.

The ExGfBox site is one of the poorest sites in the TMW network.
And if you join the site directly, you will pay a higher membership price than joining TMW directly, or by joining most of the other sites in TMW.
The reasons ExGfBox site is poor:
-It's an archive site, has not been updated since November 1, 2011.
-The videos are poor quality: low quality sets, cheap costumes, poor lighting, low definition.
-The site, in addition to poor navigation issues, has been allowed to degrade over time: many thumbnails of the model listing are missing, you can't stream many of the videos but have to download them instead, many of the photosets appear to have disappeared.
-Overall, the network would present a better overall experience if they just deleted the site.
(In spite of the fact that I personally like to have access to all the models that appeared at the network, the quality of this site is so poor, it just drags down the quality of the network.)
TMW is one of my favorite Teen Hardcore networks.
Over the years, they have put time and money into improving the quality of the network, and it really shows, if you compare today's network to the network of years ago.
The network is mainly far easier to use.
(Except the most recent update to the structure made navigation harder, harder to find the content of different models, harder to search the content of each site, and you no longer fully enter the different sites, but are still logged into the site you joined through, with only partial entry to the other sites--which makes navigation and searching the other sites more difficult.
The main strengths of the network:
-Good looking, mostly young European models.
They have over 1,800 models.
-Daily updates.
-They introduced UHD (Ultra High Definition) videos years ago. Even have a site dedicated to UHD videos.
-They introduced VR videos years ago. Even have a VR site.
-Over the years, they have spent time and money improving the quality of their videos: higher definition videos, better lighting, more professional camera-work, better sets, better costumes, more attention paid to making the models more attractive (most of the models are young teens who are naturally attractive, but sets, costumes, makeup, etc. all help in the presentation).
Higher quality photo sets. Many photo sets are worth collecting, because of the attractiveness of the models and the upgraded quality of the photos.
-The recent network update was a step back: the changes make accessing the content harder and more time-consuming.
-They raised the membership price recently. So it's more expensive. But based on access to over 30 sites, it's still a worthwhile join.
TMW is one of my favorite teen hardcore networks.
Along with Diesel Access network.
Lovely teen models.
High quality videos and photos.
Some scenes can be really hot.
It doesn't get much better than that.
The ExGfBox site is poor.
And only deserves a score of 70 or less.
(Which is earned by access to the TMW network, which is worth far more than the ExGfBox site.)

I doubt that many members of TMW join through the exgfbox site, because it's one of the poorer offerings of TMW.
So I doubt that the site is too busy.
My guess is that's it's a server problem.
And I might have to clear my cookies, before I can get back in, because even if the servers/site does become available, a cookie or stored image of the site error message on my computer might prevent me from logging in, because I won't get a fresh image of the login page for the site.
PS: I don't mean to complain too much. Usually Teen Mega World network (and its member sites) allow fast login, and good download speeds.

-Good download speeds. I posted an earlier comment that I was getting poor download speeds through this site. But the problem cleared up. Not sure what the cause was. But I am now getting about 1.36 MB/sec download speeds, which is my maximum download speed.
Cons:
-Picture sets are not dated.
-Only one size for downloaded pics: no choice of high, medium, low quality photos.
-The high quality video option is really a low-to medium quality video.
-Frame height x frame width is 720 x 1280.
-A video with a runtime of 10 minutes in WMV format takes 221 MB.
-The models in the vids are not identified by name.
Bottom Line:
This is a site with the theme: ex-girl friend. But the site doesn't really accomplish that theme. Instead, it's a mish-mash of low to medium quality vids and pics that have no unifying theme or purpose.

What gives the site value is the network access to the Royal Cash/Teen Mega World network. The network has a huge number of attractive Eastern
European teens, shown in hardcore videos. I think the network value would be increased if this ExGF Box site was eliminated. Because the site itself
is basically a waste of time.
I am giving the site a score of 90. That is based on the site including access to about 30 sites in the Royal Cash network. The value of the site contents by itself would be low 60s, in my opinion.
Only been a member of EXGFBox for two days now. So I don't know if poor download speeds are typical or not. But I am experiencing problems downloading some video files. A high quality video file of the last few years can be 1 GB or more. My fastest download speed through this site was around 320 KB/sec. Usually I can get download speeds of 620-630 max, but not at this site.
Also, the downloads at this site will vary in speed between 0 (stopped) and 320 KB/sec. A couple of files I tried to download stopped completely after two or more hours, and I had to restart each download from the beginning, instead of just resuming the download from where it stopped.
And spending 1, 2, or 4 hours or more trying to download a single video is frustrating.
I use DownThemAll, a download manager, and it seems to help a little. But my maximum download speed is about half of what it should be. And sometimes the files fail to download, whether I am using DownThemAll or not.
Thanks for the reply, pat. I was a member of Teen Mega World myself for several months recently. On the signup page for Teen Mega World, it says you get 25+ bonus sites. One of those bonus sites is WMB Girls, which is just a clone or something of Teen Mega World, because it's a gateway to the other sites like Teen Mega World, and neither site (WMB Girls and Teen Mega World) has any content of its own.
But like I said, Teen Mega World signup page states 25+ bonus sites included with membership.
Ex GF Box signup page states 30+ bonus sites included with membership.
So I was just wondering what the specific sites were that are included with the Ex GF Box membership.
But I think you are probably right that the main difference between joining through Teen Mega World and joining through Ex GF Box is that Ex GF Box is not included in Teen Mega World. There is also a higher monthly price if joining through Ex GF Box.
And I think a lot of Ex GF Box is old content from other sites. Because I recognize some of the advertising photos for Ex GF Box as old photos I've seen before (from Nubiles, I think).
When kiddoc posted in a comment at PU that he could not get in to the new exgfbox site with a membership to Teen Mega World, the webmaster posted this reply, on March 09, 2011:

So it seems very clear that the webmaster thought that a membership to Teen Mega World was supposed to allow access to exgfbox.
But it's not that major of a deal. If I can't get in, so be it.
I understand the logic of what you are saying: Put out a new site, and unless you join specifically through that new site, do not allow access to that site with membership from an older site.
However, the network didn't follow that route with Beauty Angels or Squirting Virgin. When they opened those two sites a few months ago, they almost immediately included them in a membership of Teen Mega World.
And the Webmaster of the site specifically implied, in a response to a comment by a PU member, that membership in Teen Mega World should give access to this new site, Ex GF Box.

But as I wrote, I've been a member of Teen Mega World for at least 2 months, and I've never been able to get inside the Ex GF Box site.
Like I said in my review of this site, there are lots of yummy models. Skinny white teens, very little variation in body types.
But the site navigation is poor. The girls are not presented attractively in the videos or photosets. The same models can be found at many other sites, where they appear much more attractive.
You get bonus sites with a membership to any site in this network. But most of the sites stopped updating years ago.
And it's hard to believe, but the navigation at some of the other sites in this network are even worse than at this site.

And the photoshoot could easily be improved by using professional makeup on the model, as well as having a professional photographer taking the pictures, so the photos would be better posed, better framed, be more erotic or attractive.

-Most photosets are a photo shoot of the corresponding video shoot. So the model is not posed to her best advantage. The model's make-up is not professionally applied. The photos are better than screen caps, but not by much. The photos are not high quality or professionally shot.
-You have some very attractive or cute or lovely models, but the photosets do not take advantage of the model's attractiveness. A wasted opportunity.
-The number of sets per model is completely random.
-Captcha is a little tricky. Could be easier to read.

So you are better off downloading the video and playing the file, for better quality viewing. But video quality at Teen Mega World is better. And the video quality at Diesel network and sites like X-Art is even more superior.

Bottom line: In spite of many attractive teen models, this is a poor choice.
Just noticed that site preview pages were updated. Not only does this give fresh look, but also gives much more information about the site contents, for model's content, videos, and photosets.
I posted a comment at PU (this site) on Aug 11, 2009 about how photoflashes by photographers ruin some of the videos. I also said that the artsy style of the photography is an acquired taste. The site has both good and bad points. So it's up to the viewer whether he wants to pay for a site membership.
Regarding lack of response to emails requesting help, that's a problem at other sites as well. And I have posted at PU when I did not get a response to emails requesting help at different sites.
So your experience is not unique. And it's helpful when you state your opinions clearly, so other PU members can decide whether a site is worth joining.
