Thanks for the support and I'm not letting any detractors bother me too much. Everybody has their opinion and I'm sure we all have different niches that we like, but it's nice to be able to share what we think here and let people do what they will with it. At times that means disagreement. I think it works overall though and am glad PU is around. ;)

Hey Khan,
I remember reading that passage and thinking they might be available on video or in another country, but in reading it again I'm not sure why I thought that. So, it would appear to be exclusive.
Yeah, I'm a video guy so no pics doesn't really bother me that much. However, that could certainly be a deal breaker for many folks. The price is the biggest barrier for me, but it sounds very interesting and certainly different than some other things out there.

Heck, I've gone through the tour page and would give it a higher rating than this guy based solely on that! If he hadn't mentioned the other site I might have let it go, but that plus the fact that Twistys usually gets a very good rating makes me suspicious of the motive here. If there isn't a rule against promoting other sites in a review, perhaps there should be...at least when it's to this degree.

Someone commented on the 10 GB download limit awhile ago and that might make me downgrade my score a bit, but have only heard that one mention. My only gripe with the site really is that if you want to start from the beginning, it's hard to keep from learning who's won. Hmm...maybe they figure most people don't really care who wins. ;)

I agree with most of your criticisms, but I think a 20 point drop for the dowload limit is a bit harsh. It's obviously in place to keep people from downloading their entire catalog in one night (as you said yourself). Did you contact anyone at the site about the issue? If they were ultimately non-responsive, then I'd be on your side for sure.
Regardless, I think a 20 point drop is just a bit too much, although I agree it's a problem. That's just my opinion though and you are certainly entitled to yours!

Before joining I was skeptical becuase I'm not a wrestling fan which is clearly the site's focus. I was however very interested in the type of girls featured since many have short hair which happens to be my biggest fetish. The quality appeared excellent and compared to the other sites operated by the same company this was the one least associated with hard BDSM.
I can now say after joining that it's just about the best money I ever spent on porn and I'm quite sure I'll be remaining a subscriber after my first month is over. The inital price is just over $20 a month, but after that you can switch to a longer membership that brings the price down below $15 a month.
As another reviewer stated, it's more a wrestling site with sex than a sex site with wrestling. However, in the best scenes the frustration of the loser and the satisfaction of the winner makes for some very steamy sexual tension that explodes at the end of each match. The competition factor is also cool as the site keeps track of stats and has the girls ranked, leaving you wanting to know what will happen next.
If you've read my previous reviews you know I am very tough on sites but this is clearly an elite one that has grown and deserves a very high rating. Every site has room for improvement, but I'm very impressed with the effort that goes into the matches and the creativity it strives for throughout. If you like young fit lesbians or any kind of competition, I would definitely give this site a try. |

I have to agree with this comment, although I felt the girls that were first featured on the site did the best job and were the most attractive. Individual video sets can be pretty hot especially when the "third girl" is really into it, but the setup does get very stale:
Girls go out partying/eating/shopping. Spot third girl, act like they have never met her before, and quickly convince her to come back to their apartment. Arrive at apartment, ask third girl if she's been with a girl, and commence lesbian sex. End up in shower together.
I'm not saying it isn't hot because it is, but after awhile I didn't see much reason to stay a member since I'd seen it all before. The site would be much improved with some variation or even being truthful about the setup rather than thinly veiling the repetitive plot. If you do happen to like the reality genre and young lesbians, you really can't do much better.

This site features one of the "stars" of the Wild Rose Network named Stacie. She includes a lot of vids and pics that do vary in quality and length, but both improved steadily as the site evolved. You get full access to the other network sites which number over 3 dozen, all of them with exclusive amateur content on a variety of niches. Two major cam sites are also included as well as bonus feeds and tons of little extras.
One of the unique features of the site is a selection of vids where she talks to the cam and entices her members to masturbate. In some she's dominant and others she's more sensual, covering a wide range of fetishes in all of her content on the site.
Although it would appear there isn't much interaction in the way of cam shows, the message board was quite active and she is noted for her responsiveness to member requests. She also brings her members into her personal life to a degree since she recently revealed that she has a chronic illness which is the cause of her figure being so slim. Some may not like this and see it as a "downer", but I really loved her ability to share her ups and downs with fans.
I would recommend this site, but only to a very particular audience. You must like amateurs who have multiple fetishes but just one partner, be a fan of very slim girls, and want a personal touch through posts and email. If that's you I'd give it a try even if you didn't get the network access, but it's also worth a look for amateur lovers in general |

Hey magdude!
The webmaster that replied to my comments was HarleyGirl who runs the All Porn Access network and sites like Pornstar Classics and the soon to be opened Caballero Classics. I did a review and mentioned some things that would make the user interface easier to use and she replied right away saying she was going to address those things. Whether she does actually do it or not, it was nice to get direct feedback to my feedback which is what PU really envisioned for the site. It was pretty cool and check out my reviews of their sites!

I understand where you are coming from and yes they do want at least 1 pro and 1 con. My question always is this: Do you think everyone from every niche would rate this site a 100? That's what I try to take into account, but by no means am I saying everyone should do that! Speaking for myself only, I never look at reviews that got a perfect score because I doubt everyone would be just as pleased.
All that said, the absolute LAST thing I would want is to discourage you from writing further reviews. We need as many opinions as we can get and my reviews are not "more valid" than yours. So, I say welcome and I hope to see more reviews from you in the future!

I hate to say it, but here we go again! I am beginning to understand why someone who adores a particular site would give it a 100 and claim it had no flaws, but how can you give a 100 to a site that you yourself mention has some downsides. You mention more than one "thumbs down" aspect to the site, yet it receives a perfect score. How can this possibly be of use to other users trying to decide whether or not to join one site over another?

When I joined the Wild Rose Network I was specifically interested in only a couple of the sites, but with the low price and dozens of others for what is admittedly a pretty low price for a network I figured I'd give it a shot. I was generally pleased with the sites that I had joined to see, but overall the uneven quality left me hanging.
The "main event" site of the network is clearly CarolCox.com which I have previously reviewed. Many of the other network sites are actually extensions of hers, having their own address, but just a subdirectory once you get past the main page. These sites alone provide tons of content with above average video quality and quantity.
I did reviews of the other "network stars" and their sites which mostly replicated the quality of Carol's site, but offered nowhere near the same amount of content. There is a very functional main network page and list of updates from all the sites, but many of the links are either broken or long dead. As far as I could tell, any site on that list active or not, is counted among the 68 advertised.
Besides the highlights noted above, the rest of the sites are average at best, although some may offer an obscure niche. If you enjoy amateur content and find a site or two that looks remotely interesting here, I can recommend joining for at least a month to see if it's to your liking. However, I think most will come away disappointed if you have high expectations. I enjoyed my visit, but didn't stay for long. |
