Wow good poll, really makes you think which makes you wanna punch someone more.
My top 3 are misleading advertisements because I can't tell you how many times I've signed up for a site and it's not what you think. None updates or delayed updates are annoying, but usually the first time I register I figure it out and basically do a site rip, but even then it could have been avoided by simply doing some research. And yea navigation is a BIG thing. I remember once it got to the point where I basically had to manually enter the url to each page. Just annoying.
The guy talking isn't bad because you can usually figure it out by watching a few trailers.

23.95 USD should equal 18.70 EUR, but instead the price in Eur is 19.09. So it's really a 0.39 EUR ($0.50 USD)difference, not really a big deal. It's prob a tax or something. I'm not saying it's right, but at the same time it's not really too much.
But I would contact the billing department. They have the number listed publically. Just call and inquire about it.

They're making almost all the browsers have a little Google search box on the top corner.
IE has Yahoo but you can change it to Live or Google
FF comes w/ Google and all you can do is remove it
of course Google Chrome has it built it
and I believe Opera has it built in also.

I use Gaim/Pidgin and other open-source multi-platform messenger services only because I use both AIM and MSN (as well as a few others) on a regular basis and they just make it easier to maintain multiple accounts without having multiple programs.

Dude that sucks. I heard they were changing a few things around, but I haven't really been reading up on any updates or anything in a while. But just remember that YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THE TRIAL or they'll charge you for a full month subscription. I learned the hard way. IF you cancel it the first few days of your subscription and talk to them they'll usually give you a partial refund assuming you haven't downloaded too much.

I faintly remember that episode somewhat.
Anyways, I guess the reason a few sites like this still exist is because there has to be someone that likes it. I'm assuming these are the same people who have a phobia of cocks, or maybe some chicks who are trying to learn to talk dirty to their guy.

pat362 brought up a good point... IF it's a server problem and it's effecting all members I'd hope to see things working within 12 hours of the problem and/or an email or message sent to all subscribers saying "Hey we screwed up but we're fixing it"
And if they haven't fixed the problem within 24 hours I expect to get a perk, an extra update or something.

I think if you ask a question any time Monday through Thursday you should get an answer within 24 hours (Not an automated reply, but an answer to your question or concern). Anytime between 5pm Thursday and Friday mid-day, you should HOPE to get an answer before closing 5PM Friday. Anytime after mid-day Friday you shouldn't expect anything until Monday mid day or afternoon at the latest.
It's your basic business etiquette. Answer within 24 business hours of receiving the question or complaint.
