Another issue is that their search function, while it functions well, is inaccurate. To save a few bucks, yesterday I tried to cancel two sites that I'm not that hot about. Surprise. Both came back with "stick around" offers that were good. In other words, I dropped a monthly $59.90 down to $24.90, a $35 save, and still have access to everything.
Bottom line, it could well be that porn budgets can all be tightened without losing any memberships just by trying to cancel a full price site. After all, if they accept the cancel without any deals, you can sign up later if you want and it costs nothing extra.

12 hours is plenty. These guys are rolling in huge amounts of money and should be able to respond within 12 hours or faster.
Failing that, a human (not auto) response that the matter has ben received and will be addressed within a reasonable period of time.
What really pisses me off is getting no reply whatever until a week or more later where the webmaster is now asking if I still have the problem.
What pisses me off more is where the reply bears no relation at all to the reported problem. Recently I had an access problem with a site I just signed up for and emailed the webmaster. The or four days later I got a reply that said, "If you wish to cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours before your membership expires." I was able to get the problem resolved via CCBill (of all things) but not from the site.
I was a big Danni fan back when Danni ran the show. Technology wasn't as good as now but she was the leader of the pack at quality porn, honesty and having a really fun time, which added to the attraction.

In Venus's case, although the public site promised frequent updates there were none, and hardly any content on Venus. In Victoria Pink's case, I renewed for a month hoping that their promise of frequent updates and sent emails to the site that were unanswered. The site remains but has not been updated in years...except that the price has increased from $9.95 to $24.95.
My basic strategy before I found P. U. last year was to sign up for a site's trial with low expectations then cancel. Now I will never sign up for any site without reading all of the reviews on P. U. and The Best Porn.
As for communications with a site's webmaster, in the (very) few cases where I get a reply, it's usually a useful one but occasionally the webmaster is nonresponsive.

On the positive side the lighting is always excellent and the cameraman does a great job of catching all the body parts at their most flattering and in getting great camera angles.

But these guys have to be pulling in big bucks so is it too much to ask that they maximize the quality of their product?
