Assuming you are referring to my old laptop. Yes it actually does do well considering. Granted it cant keep up with a new SATA drive or especial fiber channel, but I have never been somewhere that it would not keep up just downloading. Of course it cant do much else!

I am truly curious to know if they enforce the download limits!?!?!
I download this entire is about 6-8 months ago and I was blowing well over 15 GB per day. I was actually very close to 20 GB per hour honestly! Perhaps I got lucky?
Those bit rates are not unheard of. I actually have some videos at that rate. But none the less that is exciting because I have been considering rejoining. i might have to bump them up on my schedule!

Honestly I believe that nubiles and teendreams were a bit better. Siminscans is good though. The girls on nubiles are much better looking though, and the videos are a higher quality. A good handful of Fugly chicks on simonscans. Teendreams from a years ago still beats simonscans on quality.
Simonscans does have quantity of photos though. About 70 GB worth. But only about 330 videos as of early march.

5 or 6 GB per day will not cut it! Are you trying to host this site from home or something?
I will not join a site with bandwidth restrictions this tight. The only thing this tells me is that the site can not afford bandwidth. If you can not afford bandwidth how can you afford to keep the site updated with good material? The only explanation is that you have a good deal on hosting that has restrictions about traffic and you dont want to lose the host, or you have a terrible deal and can not afford to pay for bandwidth when you exceed your limits!
I can understand having a limit though, to protect yourself from having your servers falling off the racks when an account get hacked and 300 people are all downloading full speed. But anymore it is reasonable for a person to be able to download 30 GB in a day. I can on my # Mbit/s DSL for $30 a month. 20 GB per day would be tolerable, but make sure the user can unlock his account if he assures you that he is in fact the one downloading, IP addresses?
Unless of course this li8mit is simply to force people to have to buy several months worth of membership in order to be able to download the entire network! Webmasters like this piss me off. If I could I would download the site as fast as possible just to make things break. It is really just the principle that people should be able to have access to what they are paying for. Your download limits are turning a lot of people away.
Invest more into bandwidth ot simply face having less members and less income. And eventually I will find a way around the download limit and download the whole thing of an OC3...that should make things go smoothly!
Wonder why I am a several year member of video box? I can downlaod all day every day if I want..which I dont actually. Plus I can download for 6 hours or so at 45 Mbit/s from them alone and they dont cry about it.

Just though it would be worth mentioning that this site is based of a network of sites, as this review mentions. But do not be scared of the size limitation. Asses in Public is a very new addition to the network. Across the network there is around 600 GB. I can account for 550 GB that I have downloaded, and there is some new stuff I have not got around to yet. I agree that AIP is small, but the whole is huge!
I definately agree about the pictures...they need to grow. there is now excuse for small pictures when a nice Digital SLR is less than $1000. They also should be shooting the videos in HD, those cameras not that expensive. If they would do that they would have a network that would be hard to top for the boob lovers like me!

I could agree with that. This was my first time downloading from them, but I would be willing to go back in the future. Some of the videos are pretty hot, but they need to show in HD as I believe everyone should. It is easy to downgrade quality, but it is hard to upgrade poor quality!

Sure! As of about a week ago there was 330 videos. That is what I have downloaded at least. I believe I got them all. It is a hard question to answer because the bit rate is different for some of the videos. The resolutions seem to be around 480 x 360. The largest video is 168 MB and 22 minutes long. There seem to be a good number of them with bit rates at about 1200 Mbit/s. The average video looks to be around 10 minutes long. They really do vary a bit from 7 to 12 minutes. They do not look bad, but I certainly have seen much better. This really is a picture site more than anything.

Mine is coming onto 4 years old now and there is very little I can not do with it. It works great as a hard drive machine. I have 15 on it now, but can handle 27 currently. A few of them are in my newest machine. My newest is designed for recording true HD video. Recording 720p compressed takes about 1 GB per minute. Just imagine 1080 :)
I say this thoughy, having a faster computer does not make you download faster, my Pentium 233 can download just as fast as anything. I have never seen anyone with an internet connection that can outrun a hard drive. Unles you have a OC12, I do not see hardware limiting downloads. Unless of course you run out of room!!
Although, hardware does matter when it is time to playback a 8 Mbit/s video. I have found a few places with those, they look phenomenal!

There is a limit on the number of connections. This might be worth mentioning. I can not remember 100%, but I believe it was either 8 or 10 connections. But that is certainly tolerable. So I guess this sort of works like a download limit because the site also seems to be limited on the bandwidth per connection.

Full trials can be a wonderful thing. If on a good connection you can frequently download the entire site during the trial and cancel before every being charged the full amount! Done this with many site already.

DUDE!! 10 GB per month? Maybe 20 GB/hour, that is my rate it this moment, at home I am at 30 G/day. So about 1 TB per month sounds about right. And 70 GB per day when I am the University! ME love me porno!

I do not delete anything. It take time to delete the ones you dont like, and takes from time to enjoy the ones you do like. Besides you never know when you might wish you still had that picture, and hard drives are not THAT expensive anymore!

Hard drives are the most important part. You can add ram and monitors as it become possible, but you have to have room to keep downloading! I am currently at 24 HDDs. Most over 300 GB and a few 750s. You have to save ALL of your work...you never know when you will want to see that messed up scene again.

There actually is a good deal of women who watch porn, but they do not publicly speak of it. It is a social normality that has been viewed for centuries. Women are raised to think it is taboo, but men are not raised in such a way. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that most men do not want to see there wife or daughter getting her faced cummed on by three fat guys. Many people would view a woman you was open about her interest in porn a whore, even though she just bought the same video as the guy next to her and no one thinks too much about him.
I do not believe porn should be made specifically with what we believe a woman would want to see. It would be pointless because they will look at whatever they like, and that market will grow. Odds are it is the same thing that most guys like too. Some women like lesbians because they are softer and not thrashing about. Others like traditional porn. And others might like all male or gay porn simply because there is no woman, or they do not want to see a woman be dominated. So I believe it would be just as hard to say what a woman would want as it is to say what a guy would want. We enjoy verity and specific fetishes, just as women would.
It is just like in high school when I guy got layed he was the envy of his friends and everyone else. But the girl was considered a whore suddenly. There is a clear dual standard.

If that is the case than I stand corrected! However, I will mention that I was never able to get more than four and typically I got three. My download manager is set to only use 1 connection. The merging process for the parts takes too much system resources when I have it use multiple connections per file. Perhaps this was changed since December, or I was unlucky, but truly I was only getting three most of the time.
It is worth mentioning though that the site did not kick me off for exceeding the limits, whatever they are. My browsing and downloading on the fourth or fifth connection was simply paused until on of the other finished. I have been to sites there they will freeze your account if you exceed their limits.
I will confirm the GB limit, it took very little time do download the site. That is not in any way to mean there is little content!!! This is definitely a site I will visit again!
