The zips are not named with the model's name in it so you have yo rename the zips file. You can have 400 zips with the name "hardcore" or "red bra" for example, but that does not let you who they are!
They do limit the connection to 5 connections according to them, but it is very inconsistent. I have been boot off for downloading with 3 connections max before, and been left alone when downloading 8 at a time. So keep the number of downloads low, this is a good site to use a manager for to limit the simultaneous downloads. The speed is good though for the site, so downloading is not slow coming.
There is a good deal of models here, several hundred! I will try to update this review with actual amount of content shortly. Many of the models can be seen elsewhere, but the content seems to be mostly exclusive.
The customer service does respond to questions within a reasonable time. |

I will agree with the 3 month option, the site can be downloaded much faster. I was kicking myself for the extra money gone. The site definitely could be restructured, but I would not give it s 20 as you say! Always remember a lot of the reviews are based on personal preference. Plus, live and learn, you know to never go back! I most likely will never return either, but I would not call it a waste.
It sounds like you are pretty specific what you are looking for, perhaps you should tell us what you want to see and someone might be able to point you to a site that would not be a waste of your time and money.
Also, who voted to trust this guy!?!?! He only has one comment and no reviews? Hum?

In KB/sec I am assuming then you are talking about Bytes rather than Bits correct. Assuming you are talking about Bytes, that is not too shabby! Your 15 Mbit/s connection would kick the crap out of my 3 MBit here at home, but not the 100 Mbit LAN I use :) Anyway Then you would be getting about 200 or so KByyes/s, that is not terrible, but it should be much faster. Perhaps they throttle out of USA connection? I really dont know, but that is too bad it is not fast for you. I have heard of others getting much lower speeds though, down as low as 2 KBit/s! I could understand this affecting their reviews, I dont care how great a site is if you cant get anything from it! I was on the LAN a week ago and got 30 MBit/s for 6 hours from them, but i was downloading from Nubiles too at the same time at another 20 or so MBit/s.

Yes! There is a certain allure to nicely taken photos. And the screaming in any video can get old after a while. I typically watch my DVDs on mute. A soft moan can be extremely erotic, but the screaming bloody murder seen (heard) in so many videos can eventually be a turn off...so I turn it off! :)
Try getting a hold of their customer service, perhaps they have a bad connection across the boarder for some reason and other have had the same issue from Canada. Their site is fast for me, but I will ask how many were you trying to download at a time and what is your actual internet connection speed?
I can tell you that I have never seen more than 12 Mbit/s per connection come from any website period! When I am downloading from the LAN connection I sometime use I am downloading at least 10 videos at a time using 1 connection per video. I can nearly always get at least 40 Mbit/s from them alone.
Or maybe you are just unlucky. I have been unlucky with Brazzers lately and cannot download them from the LAN, but can at home? Go figure!

Hum? I have no speed issues with Videobox. They have been a great backdrop for me when another site is giving me fits. There have been many times that I sustained 40 Mbit/s for several hours at a time.
That is the great thing about forums, people do not have to agree and you can rate the site based on your experiences. Mine have been absolutely wonderful with Videobox. The cons I listed are not terrible things and nothing I personally hold against the site, but I thought it fair to mention something at least. I did so because I though they might be viewed as negative to some people. I gladly pay more for better quality, and I would not want to pay for quality I could not use if I were on dial up or something.
They could use some expansion to sub-niches, but they are definitely a straight up hardcore video site, the few videos they do have of other niches could be viewed as treats in addition to the normal stuff.
I do not truly view the cons I listed as major cons, but rather as the slight changes that could be made, but are by no means necessary!
Oh and yes, I love pictures too! Millions of pictures!

Actually. I could agree with that for the entire network! Granted the updates they do put up are pretty good sized, they still could use more.
The site alone is still pretty small. The sites are designed to work together more than be 19 separate sites or so. Updates to each site takes a little longer because the update in a rotation, at least the sites at are updated.

Then lets have the webmaster delete the option to leave a 100. But then I would give them a 99 because that would then be the perfect score! This is an endless cycle.
Worth noting, any time someone says "Valid but ignored." it throws up an immediate flag saying that "what I am about it say is in ignorance because I am ignoring statements that I myself classify as valid." Please do not take that as a personal attack, I do enjoy this debate.

Very nice point! It does make thing more interesting, and I like to play devil's advocate. But I do honestly believe they are the best. Every other site is lacking something as well. Videobox lacks the least at this point. I do promise however that if someone comes along and beats Videobox in my eyes than I WILL adjust my score. If a perfect site does exist, there can not be two, unless they are identical in which case that would be pointless. There is always a best out there. And the best is always the most close to perfection, and therefore would be our closest approximation to perfection. As this site words it...they are looking for approximate perfection.
Also, no one has defeated the logic behind my statements!! :)
So yes, I do enjoy this.

Assuming you are referring to my old laptop. Yes it actually does do well considering. Granted it cant keep up with a new SATA drive or especial fiber channel, but I have never been somewhere that it would not keep up just downloading. Of course it cant do much else!

I am truly curious to know if they enforce the download limits!?!?!
I download this entire is about 6-8 months ago and I was blowing well over 15 GB per day. I was actually very close to 20 GB per hour honestly! Perhaps I got lucky?
Those bit rates are not unheard of. I actually have some videos at that rate. But none the less that is exciting because I have been considering rejoining. i might have to bump them up on my schedule!

Honestly I believe that nubiles and teendreams were a bit better. Siminscans is good though. The girls on nubiles are much better looking though, and the videos are a higher quality. A good handful of Fugly chicks on simonscans. Teendreams from a years ago still beats simonscans on quality.
Simonscans does have quantity of photos though. About 70 GB worth. But only about 330 videos as of early march.

5 or 6 GB per day will not cut it! Are you trying to host this site from home or something?
I will not join a site with bandwidth restrictions this tight. The only thing this tells me is that the site can not afford bandwidth. If you can not afford bandwidth how can you afford to keep the site updated with good material? The only explanation is that you have a good deal on hosting that has restrictions about traffic and you dont want to lose the host, or you have a terrible deal and can not afford to pay for bandwidth when you exceed your limits!
I can understand having a limit though, to protect yourself from having your servers falling off the racks when an account get hacked and 300 people are all downloading full speed. But anymore it is reasonable for a person to be able to download 30 GB in a day. I can on my # Mbit/s DSL for $30 a month. 20 GB per day would be tolerable, but make sure the user can unlock his account if he assures you that he is in fact the one downloading, IP addresses?
Unless of course this li8mit is simply to force people to have to buy several months worth of membership in order to be able to download the entire network! Webmasters like this piss me off. If I could I would download the site as fast as possible just to make things break. It is really just the principle that people should be able to have access to what they are paying for. Your download limits are turning a lot of people away.
Invest more into bandwidth ot simply face having less members and less income. And eventually I will find a way around the download limit and download the whole thing of an OC3...that should make things go smoothly!
Wonder why I am a several year member of video box? I can downlaod all day every day if I want..which I dont actually. Plus I can download for 6 hours or so at 45 Mbit/s from them alone and they dont cry about it.

Just though it would be worth mentioning that this site is based of a network of sites, as this review mentions. But do not be scared of the size limitation. Asses in Public is a very new addition to the network. Across the network there is around 600 GB. I can account for 550 GB that I have downloaded, and there is some new stuff I have not got around to yet. I agree that AIP is small, but the whole is huge!
I definately agree about the pictures...they need to grow. there is now excuse for small pictures when a nice Digital SLR is less than $1000. They also should be shooting the videos in HD, those cameras not that expensive. If they would do that they would have a network that would be hard to top for the boob lovers like me!

I could agree with that. This was my first time downloading from them, but I would be willing to go back in the future. Some of the videos are pretty hot, but they need to show in HD as I believe everyone should. It is easy to downgrade quality, but it is hard to upgrade poor quality!

Sure! As of about a week ago there was 330 videos. That is what I have downloaded at least. I believe I got them all. It is a hard question to answer because the bit rate is different for some of the videos. The resolutions seem to be around 480 x 360. The largest video is 168 MB and 22 minutes long. There seem to be a good number of them with bit rates at about 1200 Mbit/s. The average video looks to be around 10 minutes long. They really do vary a bit from 7 to 12 minutes. They do not look bad, but I certainly have seen much better. This really is a picture site more than anything.

Mine is coming onto 4 years old now and there is very little I can not do with it. It works great as a hard drive machine. I have 15 on it now, but can handle 27 currently. A few of them are in my newest machine. My newest is designed for recording true HD video. Recording 720p compressed takes about 1 GB per minute. Just imagine 1080 :)
I say this thoughy, having a faster computer does not make you download faster, my Pentium 233 can download just as fast as anything. I have never seen anyone with an internet connection that can outrun a hard drive. Unles you have a OC12, I do not see hardware limiting downloads. Unless of course you run out of room!!
Although, hardware does matter when it is time to playback a 8 Mbit/s video. I have found a few places with those, they look phenomenal!

The trial price is a steal here, as in you steal from them! Definitely worth a look.
The videos have bit rates between 900 Kbit/s for the older ones to up to 2030 Kbit/s. Not all of the new ones are this high, some are at 1600. Nicole does take requests for certain things. A lot of the videos are of her using a purple dildo.
Not all the photo sets have zip files with them which can be a bit annoying, I hope they fix this. They do have a slide viewer though. Teh photos are 1200x800 which is not great, but is not terrible either. They seem to look fairly clear.
Nicole is not the only girl on the site. There are two others I believe. They do a few lesbian scenes but not many. She does take user requests as well. Nicole can also be seen on Twistys. She truly is gorgeous.
About 17 GB worth of videos. I believe everything shot now should be in HD and compressed for those who want lower qualities. I recommend that to this site and every site out there. But I can not knock point off for it since the videos still look good. |

Downloading was fairly easy. They have a good connection, but they do limit downloads sorta. Their server will kick you off if you reach a certain bandwidth quota. I was around 50-60 GB in about 2 days when I got booted. I email customer service and the reset my account within about a day. The limit is there to prevent hacked account from knocking their servers of the wall with 300 people all downloading from one account! The service guy said to keep downloading as much as I wanted and they would just keep reseting my account, but I had no more issues.
Some of the girls are kinda ugly on this site.
There was about 70 GB of pictures and 17 GB of videos, so this was about a 3 day download, but it came in nicely and kept my 3 Mbit/s pegged.
As of early march 2008 there were about 330 videos. The bit rates do vary, but a good amount of them are at about 1200 Kbit/s and the videos range from 4 minutes to 25 minutes. Most of the videos are 7-11 minutes. The resolution for the better amount of the videos are 480 x 360. |

There is a limit on the number of connections. This might be worth mentioning. I can not remember 100%, but I believe it was either 8 or 10 connections. But that is certainly tolerable. So I guess this sort of works like a download limit because the site also seems to be limited on the bandwidth per connection.

A very good site all around. The newer zip files are name with model name and set name. The videos ares are not named this way, 71006_08-H960Q-01.mov is a sample name of one of there newer videos. The quality is excellent though, and the women arevery good looking. I have noticed though that they have not been updating with fisting and peeing lately. My connection with them has been between 1.5 and 2 Mbit/s lately, which is not terrible, but certainly could be better.
The videos have many options for download. They have several file types and but rates to choose from. You can choose from 1280x720 to 448x256 and from 1 MBit/s to 4.1MBit/s. They also offer download parts for the smaller videos. The lengths of the videos vary a bit, but are usually around 10 minutes, but there are some peeing videos that are only a minute or two. There are currently 478 videos posted and 459 photo sets posted.
This is a site worth updating with every now and then, and they make updating easy with dated updates. |
