I would consider doing a full check of the hard drive itself. This can be a signal of a drive going back. If this is the case you will continue to run into this issue and the site itself would have had nothing to do with it.
I believe there is more to it than the site sending a bad video to you. Otherwise there would be more people on here saying it has happened to them. It is just easier to point a finger at who where ever the file came when the problem is first noticed.

Use a download manager that uses only one connection and limit it to one at a time. I have done with for sites that limit downloads similarly with good results. This way it is one at a time so they are happy, and you can go to bed while downloading their site.
I have not had this issue, but I have had issues getting connections with them lately. Not really sure what is going on.
They previously have not limited the number of connections. So if there are is it is something pretty new. When I download form them, which is usually about 18 hours per day every day while I am away or sleeping, I am using 5 and occasionally 6 connections and never had any issues with them limiting it.
My relatively new issue is with queuing up files to download. i click the file and usually half a second later the file is ready to go, but lately there are times where I can hardly do anything. i click the file and i wait sometimes up to a full minute for the file to come through, and it is in error anyway because my manager forces it through.
You should not need to start the downloads over. Even downloads that are a week or so old can be resumed if you update the source. The only time I actually have to start over is if I stop a file and let it go for a month or so, then I can not resume.

There is very limited amount of nudity here and what there is topless only. The site is mainly about Monica posting photo shoots from previous years.

Dimensions are a tricky thing right now because so many people have different size monitors. 640x480 used to be ideal because everyone had 4:3 monitors and the resolution was not all that high say 800x600. But now many 4:3 monitors feature resolutions of 1600x1200 and some higher.
Also, many people have switched to widescreen, so now the aspect ratio is in question. It is all compromise at this point.
Now the resolution to use. The higher the better, at least for the highest option you would offer. ideally you would offer an HD option and retain something close to you current. 1.5 to 2 MBit video is pretty easy to play and even people with lighter, older machines can enjoy that. But many of us have more modern computers that can easily hand very high bit rates. Of course, it is important that any increase in bit rate is utilized close to its full potential. It is easy to make a video 6 MBit from 1 Mbit, but it will look no better.
A few sites have gone as high as a 1440 resolution. These videos look phenomenal but can be practically impossible to play if the user does not have reasonable video capacity. Ideally i would look into resolutions of 1280x720 for your higher end at this point. Of course you camera must be able to shoot this. Most computers can play this without much issue and those of us with good video ability would still be able skip around the video fairly easily.
Of course, none of this means anything without using decent cameras and video compression. Being able to offer beautiful videos costs money, but that is only a one time payment. Well, there is storage and bandwidth costs. But, if bandwidth becomes and issue it is a blessing at the same time because that means your spectacular videos have attracted more members and more revenue. Besides, sites like TBP have search options for video quality, and it would be great for you if your site where to show up under the HD listing.

This site and the others on the network can be queued up into a download manage and download over several days, or even weeks. The links do not expire which is very nice. But, you can not download more than one at a time of even browse the site will a video is downloading.
