I actually liked this site as a member last year. The videos were being released 1 per day, and this is really amateur video. The camera work was troublesome at times, but for an amateur site, it was good enough. Not for sure if it really was user submitted clips or not, but for the price, $9.95, and amount of content, almost 500 full length clips, it was worth it back then. Then came August or so and no more updates that I can see. If you've never been a member and have $10 to spend, try it out, it really isn't bad at all. Videos are 640 high end with above average bitrates too.
I know that goldfish already told this, but this is to continue his thought. Sapphic Erotica has a new search feature that as far as I can tell works really well. I did get more results than expected when searching for, "Tribbing" which is my favorite lesbian activity to watch. Still, this is and has been the premier lesbian site for as far as I can remember, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. It is always good to see an established site, still working on improving themselves. I was going to post a comment about the new updates. Also of note, the "new" Eve sets in 2008 are from 2005's archives, the old recycling trick. Check out the first month of the archives to see everything but one or two sets gone. And that one you mention of Eve that links to the blonde isn't the only one that does that, there is another back in June 2005 that does the same thing except to what looks like an older model.
I came back to get the December videos of Eve, and also, if you collect her videos from this site and download the .wmv files, there are several that do not work. I think I counted 9 in 2007 that will not let you control the fast forward or rewind, so I went back and got those in .mov files and those work fine. I still have not heard anything about what happened to Eve, but I have to wonder after seeing those wedding lingerie pictures, if maybe that was our hint? It also could be the bitrate of the videos that is causing the blurriness or not clear parts. I just joined porn.com the other day, they have pretty nice resolution 640 high end, but their WMV are only 1,000k bitrate, their DIVX files are the same resolution but are 2,000k bitrate and look much nicer. The bitrate seems to be where the smoothness of the video shows.
As I was telling apoctom, this new computer that my wife bought me for Christmas is a real monster of a computer, it has the top end video card in it and over 4000 RAM, so I probably am going to get clearer videos just by default because the computer is so fast and powerful.
I also think the file type can make a difference. Which is why I think in the TBP reviews you can notice where there take away for sites not giving many download options of file types. Try some DIVX files with a high bitrate and see if they don't look clearer to you. I'm starting to think WMV files are no longer the best.
Last, the bitrate also effects the size of the file, I had forgot to mention that in my last post. Those two videos that I used as examples in the other post have a large difference in bitrates as well. Both are Eva Angelina clips. Fabulous has a 4,586k bitrate which is very fast, but Don't Hide it, Divide It has a 7,540k bitrate which is extremely fast. I had read your post about the 1byday re-releases, that is what they are doing to those, raising the resolution and raising the speed of the bitrate.
I'm not quite technically savvy enough to say that a video card would make a huge difference, but I know a video card can make a difference in the frames per second that a video game runs at, which makes it smoother. That could be something you could look into. A good video card doesn't cost much over $100, and are a snap to put in, no technical ability required. But do try that with the DIVX clips and let me know if those look clearer than the WMV ones, so I can make sure I'm not losing my mind! Talk to you later.
Hey Apoctom, the monitor I am using is a LG L246WP-BN, I stumbled across it around Christmas for $549. I've been really happy with it, except it isn't that practical for everyday uses. Like typing emails, or even posting here, the resolution is so high 1920x1200, that you have to up the text size to the largest just to be able to read it. It makes some sites look strange too, like the General Entertainment sites, the actual calendar that shows their updates only takes up about 1/4th of the screen.
My wife has a 17 inch regular LCD not wide, that works better for everyday tasks, and is what I use for most of the things I do on the internet. My entertainment computer had a GeForce 8600 GTS video card in it, and really it worked great, but I was caught up in the 9600 GT and recently upgraded to it. Also have 4GB of DDR RAM.
Not really for sure why I went this high end since I'm not really much of a PC gamer, preferring console games, but it sure makes my videos look nice!
Also, if you get some of those high resolution pictures like on Babelicious or Met-Art, it looks like you have a poster on your desk with the 24 inch monitor. Thanks for the reply.
I don't think it is something Videobox is doing. My understanding is that they buy the rights to the DVD then post just as it is on the DVD. Some studios use 640 high end as DVD resolution, others use 720 on the high end. As far as I know VB doesn't alter the videos at all. I'm not for sure with their multi-updates per day that they would even have time to alter the scenes.
I think the difference you are looking at between high and DVD is 480x352 is the top "high" quality. 720x480 is the top "DVD" quality. The average DVD quality clips are 640x480.
There really could be a difference depending on the size and type monitor you have. I have two computers, my wife uses one for business, it has a 17 inch regular view LCD monitor, on it, I can't tell much difference between the high and DVD videos. On my entertainment computer, I have a 24 inch HD widescreen monitor and I can tell a big difference between the high and DVD clips.

Back a year ago, as a member on Club Sandy and PixandVideo as a combo package, I went to the sites one day to see them give me the page that says "Website not available". I talked to a customer service rep that time, he had me send a traceback or something of that sort, to show my IP, and he fixed it the next morning. It had something to do with people stealing logins, and multiple people signing in with that login. I guess the traceback would somehow show that my login and pass was stolen not shared, since he did fix it.
Now, after months away from any of the 21st Sextury sites, I go with the plan to get the combo of CS and PV, and the site won't come up, says, "Site unavailable". I went over to proxify.com, put Club Sandy in and it came right up, by changing my IP address.

I had a similar situation with the 21st Sextury sites, had joined and didn't realize a day had passed. A few things came up that caused me to be out of town. I came home to download, what was probably going to be all night, canceled my subscription, went to sign in and the membership had already rebilled. So, I stuff as many downloads in as possible thinking I only had 1 day left. Got charged for another month, but didn't even go back to the site after that day because I thought canceled on time. From what I can tell, ccbill is on Pacific Standard Time, or -700, which is the same time zone I am in, but Epoch Paycom, I think is based in Europe, so I really have to watch those sites for the time zone difference.
I have this problem too. I usually use FreeDownloadManager, it does okay with pictures, but it wants to download everything, including the next and previous buttons too. Another member recommended this one to me, I haven't tried it yet but it has a 15 day free trial. I can't guarantee it will work, but it does say you put in the extension that you want to download, like .jpg and it will just download those. Let me know if it works if you try it.

720 on high end, 2000k bitrate on videos. I was on this site about 3 months ago, but joined Lana's Fantasies and got this one as a bonus site. The videos were very good quality, the biggest problem was that there isn't a lot of content, not for sure about now, but 3 months ago, there was maybe 15 videos for each model. Some also were broken into pieces. The pictures were around 1500 on high end and are in zip files. I just forgot to review them. I would say that with the bonus sites, if you like the way the models look, it was worth a one month membership.
Just from my experience and testing it, I didn't hit the limit until about 8 GB. I also noticed that if you say, download maybe 4 episodes from one site, 4 from another, 4 from another, they seem to go easier on the limit. The only times they got me, I have the numbers here, I downloaded 8.2 GB from 8th Street Latinas in one day, and I downloaded 8.4 GB in one day from Mike in Brazil. Both times, it would still let me browse the site and look at pictures, it just wouldn't let me download anything until the next morning. This was done in September 2007, so it may be a little better by now. 8 GB doesn't sound like a whole lot, but I came away with all of the full scenes that Mike in Brazil had, 8th Street Latinas as well, We Live Together and the MILF one, with a one month membership.
