I guess in a way I'm a little harder on the sites I score so high with my updates and revisions, but I am glad it is helpful to others. Similar to how I was telling Monahan, I'm sure DDF will get everything worked out in the future, but right now it is a bit of a mess. I've been meaning to try the 21st Sextury network out again and see how things are going. May do that this weekend.
The DL speed seemed to tail off for me in the daytime PST (-8:00). At night, it would nearly hit my max download speed, then about 300 times slower in the day.
I agree about the DDF Prod saying the best scenes, but that makes me then question what the point of the site is. It also isn't very accurate. There are links beside the models names as having content on one of their sites. Then you go to the site and the model has no content on it. But on DDF Prod, they will have one of her best scenes listed as coming from the site. The one that comes right to my mind is Aneta Keys, she is listed as having content on Only Blowjob. If you go to the site itself there are no clips of her. But on DDF Prod it has a blowjob clip of her and it's listed as coming from Only Blowjob.
It reminds of the old saying of "Don't over-complicate something for the sake of complicating it"! They have a good staff over there. Hopefully, they'll get it worked out.
It became kind of frustrating after awhile. All the DDF Prod site does for me is make it more of a hassle. You have to click for models on DDF Prod, click on the model, see what all sites she has content on, then go to each site, click on the model, then download. That's about 5 more clicks than I want to make!

I've become even happier with the Vivid premium channel as the membership goes on. I'm finding models I had forgotten about like Melissa Hill. The way I'm looking at it is I might join it once a year, maybe twice if an update stands out to me. So far, I've downloaded 27 GB from the Vivid channel, only 7 GB from Videobox, so it has been a good value for me. A lot of those 90s clips are in better quality here than I've ever seen them with standard DVD 640-720 high end resolution and bitrates in the 5000 range. A few still look a little dated, poor lighting/color, but I don't guess they can fix that since it is that way in the originals. Overall though, I expect to have around 50 GB just from the Vivid channel. You also don't see as much of the current nonsense in the hardcore clips, not much slapping, no spitting and probably less than half of the hardcore scenes end with facials. I'm not a fan of facials, so that was a plus too.
I stopped following this story when it interrupted a football game I was watching. I can't say I've seen any of the women. The media is killing all sports for me. I was going through my old content from the DDF sites that I had joined in the past. I noticed that Aneta Keys had some scenes missing from the DDF Prod site. It's a very big deal to me since the review is on DDF Prod and it's not effectively showing all of the possible content on the DDF sites. Here are the numbers.
Aneta on DDF Prod has 16 scenes showing, meaning 16 videos and 16 photo sets.
If you go to each of the sites DDF Prod lists as having content of Aneta on their network, you will find these numbers.
Aneta on 1byday = 9 photo sets and 9 videos
Aneta on Hot Legs and Feet = 17 photo sets and 16 videos
Aneta on Sandy's Fantasies = 1 photo set and 1 video
Aneta on Euro Girls on Girls = 3 photo sets and 3 videos
That is a total of 30 photo sets and 29 videos on the network though DDF Prod only shows 16 of each. Mind you, there are some sets that are on more than one site, but there are some completely left off DDF Prod. The only reason the subtraction is not more is because they are hurting themselves! If you go to each site the model is listed at you can get more content than they are showing the model having. The reason for any deduction is that DDF Prod was supposed to make the network easier to use, it does, but if it doesn't show all the content is it really that helpful?
Looking at my Eve rare folder, these are the ones I have.
The rarest is a group sex scene. I picked this up from one of those pay by the scene sites. It is a full hour long and has Eve, 4 other females and 4 guys. One of the guys is Franco who is in a lot of Euro videos. It's not that good since the camera is moving around a lot. Eve gets 2 full facials in it and looks disgusted. I wouldn't buy it again.
Another pretty rare one is from 18interracial.com with a black guy, she looks very young in it, has full pubic hair in it. It's a pretty good scene, but she seems very timid and shy in it.
There are 2 hardcore scenes on Viv Thomas' site including that one with Jo and the guy with floppy hair. I think those are on Videobox too. VB also has the Anal Lolas scene from early in her career.
There are the scenes with Leslie Taylor (guy with ponytail) there are a couple on DDF sites and those are also available on this site in full scenes now with better quality. She had another hardcore scene with Leslie that has resurfaced on the 21st Sextury network, they are in front of a fireplace in a chair. The bathroom hardcore scene with Maxxo is also back on the 21st Sextury Network. I think it is probably her best hardcore scene. Maybe her last too.
The others go into very rare hard to get. There is one, old Hustler video, where she is with two guys at one time, full anal, double penetration, this was very early in her career. She was pretty in it, but isn't near as built as now and has the full pubic hair.
Another from that same time period, also Hustler, has her with a guy and girl. Both of these are okay at best. These were when she went by the name Severine instead of Eve.
The next best one to the one with Maxxo is also a Hustler video. She starts with a full tease. An older guy walks in, lots of kissing/touching, she seems to really be into this one. I have it listed as from one of the HustlerBarely Legal DVDs. Also remember, Hustler had her as Severine if you look for them.
Last one was maybe the one that made her stop hardcore. It is with a chubby Asian guy. From everything I've read it was supposed to be a creampie though he has a condom on. He rips the condom off and the creampie instead splatters on her face. One of the worst hardcore scenes I have ever seen.

I can agree with the wait and see method. I think once they get the servers working better, it will be one of the best sites on the internet, especially for those of us who have been around on 1byday for years and can now get better quality of our old favorite videos and new updates too.
Maybe it would help for me to clarify the problem. I'm not having as much problem downloading directly from the 1byday site as I am downloading the 1byday content from the DDF Prod site.

It reminds me of the time, last New Years(?) when you all offered the full network and the servers were almost unresponsive. And like I said, I will be as patient as possible. I understand there are some things you all can't control, but I did think it was best to mention it right now since there was a possibility you all didn't know about the problem.
The bad thing is, I don't know which would be worse if the Eve sets had the video and photo sets on 1byday or like it is where they are only giving the photo sets. That's kind of a backdoor method of cross-sales. Reminds me of those extremely cute Ally Bank commercials where the guy asks the little girl if she wants a pony. She says yes, he gives her a toy pony. The other little girl says yes, he brings out a live one. The one with the toy pony gives him a look like, "what the hell?"
Would you believe that I didn't even enter the Meet Eve contest? There was probably a catch there too. I talked to Denys years and years ago is an email, back when photographers were just normal, really lucky, guys, these different business practices just don't seem like something he would do. If he is off shooting new material and they need to fill 1-2 updates here and there with content from their other sites, I can understand that, but 8 in 6 weeks is a little much.
The one thing I really like about the multiple sites is the remastered old videos. DDF has two of my top 3 Sandra Shine videos, one is of her and Rita Faltoyona with a guy. Sandra completely sells her desire to jump in with the guy in it. The other is Sandra on a Sybian. The DDF Prod site has those in full scenes and about double the resolution I had them in and they were in parts. Eve has a few as well. Peaches. I thought that was a really nice move. Also, I had never been a member on DDF Busty or Cherry Jul until they went to this format. Still, 15 KB/s, isn't going to let me see much about those sites.
I just hate when I post a glowing, high review, then things start going wrong within a few days.
First problem is once again an "update" to 1byday (1-4-10) that was an update on Eve Angel Official two weeks ago. I take it they don't understand how unfair this is to those of us who pay $25 for Eve's exclusive content only to see it show up on their network that we pay another $35 for. From November 16th to current (January 5th), there have been EIGHT of these updates that come from Eve Angel Official. To make matters worse, Eve Angel Official only has 18 updates since November 16th.
Maybe I am jumping ahead of myself on the criticism. It should be noted that none of the Eve updates on 1byday have the videos ONLY the photo sets. So, I guess that is to make members of DDF Prod join Eve Angel Official to get the videos. It's still unfair to either side. I hadn't noticed those when I posted my review, but Monahan left a comment about some updates not having videos. I hadn't looked at Eve's content since I had all of it already, but took a glance to make sure I didn't miss anything and saw the video-less updates.
Nope, not the only problem. Our ISP finally picked up 25M internet speed. I upgraded to it from 10M. For 3 weeks, DDF Prod was giving me excellent 3 MB/s download speeds.
This past Friday, I signed in and started downloading some Cindy Hope videos, download speed = 15 KB/s or about 200 times slower than I had been downloading. I thought maybe it was my ISP, but speedtest.net said I was downloading at 25.46 M speed. I figured it was maybe one bad day and waited until Saturday to try again, 15 KB/s again, same on Sunday.
I go back on Monday, speed started out fast, 3.2 MB/s but before one video had downloaded it was back down to 15 KB/s. I just tried before posting this comment and am seeing a little improvement with 250 kb/s, but even that is way slower than what I had been downloading at. Of note, the download speed improved when I went directly to the site the video was on, instead of downloading through the DDF Prod site.
I'll give them a few days to work this out before changing my review score, but nearly a week has been lost at this point. Hopefully, things will improve on the DL speed. I think I'm fighting a losing battle on the Eve Angel part.
I can see that side of it. I am a little frustrated with their network right now, another Eve Angel Official update showed up on Monday as a 1byday update. That stings my wallet a little each time they do it since I paid for subscriptions to both. I'm also getting terrible DL speeds and have been since Friday.
Several of the sets on the Eve Angel Official site are tease-heavy without masturbation. I don't know if Eve is finding it harder to get off these days or if those sets are planned as mostly tease sets. I've noticed in some of her newer videos she doesn't seem to be getting off as easily without laying on her back and lifting her legs straight up in the air. There should be a drop down box on the calender page that lets you select the month and year. Using the calender menu should give you a calender type page that shows a thumbnail of every day that month unless they've changed it.
The model list can be frustrating, but in my experience, in takes you back to the range you were in before clicking. This could vary if you have more than 1-2 files downloading when you try it.
There are some top American models that show up occasionally. Like Aria Giovanni, she has over 20 sets on the network. It is probably 90% Euro.
1byday is the flagship site of photographer Denys DeFrancesco (DDF). It has been around for over 10 years and he is credited for discovering models like Sandy from Club Sandy, Eve Angel, Sophie Moone and a good portion of the Euro models who are now established stars. What I like about his work is his use of tease. He actually has videos of Eve Angel where she doesn't even masturbate. She teases for 20 minutes. Most of his sets are high on the eroticism. Though there is plenty of masturbation and hardcore as well. For the last few years, a month subscription to 1byday was $35 by itself, you get it and 9 other sites, including the excellent Hot Legs and Feet.
I would guess solo scenes are the most on the network. 1byday was mostly known for its solo scenes and would have 1 or 2 hardcore updates per week. He has some really good machine videos/picture sets too. One of Peaches on a Sybian, on an office desk, is about the hottest Sybian scene I've seen. The House of Taboo one goes into bondage, the more extreme content, though I usually don't go for these types of scenes, some of it is really good. It still maintains a pretty high level of eroticism.
There seems to be some technical problem with all of DDF sites. Eve Angel Official has released several updates where the pictures or video don't get posted right away. I usually send them an email and they get it fixed. I really do think it has something to do with the programming, as mentioned, I can't get the DDF Prod network to remember any of my login details, but Eve Angel Official does.
Good idea on the HDD, I bought a 1 TB (sale $59) a few weeks ago and have been using it just for this network.
I'm glad you confirmed the search engine working. From the test I did on it, it looked like it was working well. It probably has something to do with all the tags their pictures and videos now have on them in the property files.
I actually had went with a 98, which would be my second highest score ever given until I noticed the use of Eve's content as new on 1byday. You should still post a review since you could probably add to the search engine part and add your likes and dislikes.
Thanks, I've actually been a member at 1byday and Hot Legs and Feet since 2005. I have an expired review of 1byday in 2007. Part of my enjoyment in the network is the remastering of old sets. Especially the videos that were once only available in parts, now they're much better resolution and available in full scenes. I would guess that could be a pro or con depending on the user. From what I can tell, most of the Euro Girl on Girl content is from the 1byday archive, just in higher quality. Depending on how far you go back with 1byday, most of the videos were 320x240 resolution and split into as many as 10 parts. On a 24 inch monitor, they looked terrible. To see a really bad recycling site check out Eve Angel. The webmaster removed a full year of daily updates, changed the filenames and re-releases them as new. No improvement in video quality.

One scene is in a garage with the door open. I'm sure they have vans or trucks lined up outside to partially block the view, which is something the viewer can't see. The flashing parts look to be in areas where there aren't many people and probably more importantly, where they can again, block and monitor who all can see what is going on. These are the same guys that work with fighter Kimbo Slice. He has multiple videos on youtube where they were able to have fights in public without getting in any trouble. This is probably the best deal, though the movies aren't quite as high quality as his video site has, they are still a respectable 640 high end. Plus, with the TBP discount, Teen Dreams is only $19.95 so you get their whole huge site and all of Viv's videos too for less than $20. They also have his picture sets in their bonus section, but no zips.
