Pros:
- Without question, the finest collection of models
- Content wants to be exclusive, but the older sets are widely available, I assume those were originally owned by Viv, but he licensed out the older sets
- Pictures come in zips
- Navigation is very easy to use
- Download speeds are not really a huge part here, since it is mostly average resolution pictures
- Good enough price at $19.95
- Viv's experience and professionalism as a photographer/producer really shows
Cons:
- Well to start with, if you're coming here for videos, don't. The videos here are trailers, some interviews, though I will say that some of the trailers are 3-5 minutes and are pretty good.
- The picture quality can be frustrating. The biggest pictures available on the site are 1280 high end
- Zip file pictures are only 1024 high end
Bottom Line:
I will start by saying that Viv Thomas' work is my favorite on the internet. His taste in models, the way he photographs them, the fetishes he touches upon are the same as mine.
This site to me is the best site for pictures only. I know the resolution isn't up there with Met-Art, but I much prefer Viv's models and the style of his sets. The girls almost always start out dressed in the picture sets. Pantyhose is usually involved if they have a skirt on. I guess what I'm trying to say is he likes the girls to look classy before getting dirty.
Unlike most sites though that the models are all dressed up on to start a set, they do get dirty here.
One of the best parts about this site is the constant flow of new material involving the top tier Euro models. The settings range from a tropical mansion, which I'm guessing is the Viv mansion, to in the bedroom.
There is an active forum on the site that the models do stop by on. Viv is fairly active on it as well and talks very candidly in his posts.
All of your favorite Euro models are here, except one for me and that is Aneta Keys. Besides that one, Eve Angel, Sandra Shine, Sophie Moone, even Sandy from Club Sandy, Nella, and by now you are getting my drift. Wish the resolution was higher, but I have been looking over it for 6 months. So, it isn't too big of a hindrance for me.
Viv is the Hugh Hefner of Euro porn and for any fan of legs, butts, pantyhose, beautiful faces and settings, I highly recommend it!
I've talked to several people about Anette, and how I wish she would just, "let go" in her videos more. I've talked with Brad at Xisty, and a few of the photographers. I would bet Shap would agree too if he reads this.
Anette had some kind of accident when she was younger. If you look closely on her stomach, you can see the scars. Looks like she maybe fell into a bush with thorns or even barbed wire.
My understanding is, she "goes hot and cold" sometimes she is really feeling good about her body, other times not, the scars play a big part of that.
And more than anything the consensus seemed to be that she is incredibly sweet in person and funny, speaks decent English and no one can bring themselves to tell this gorgeous woman to let herself go ha ha! If you ever a member on Club Sandy, I think Club Sandy, there is a video of her with Sandy and a bunch of the other Euro stars having dinner.
Sandy is asking their ages. They get to Anette, she says, "I am 26, um, I mean 21" looks at someone beside of her and laughs as she says, "Yes, 19". With that big bubbly smile the whole time.
I do get bored with her content at times too. I would love for her to be as comfortable as say Eve Angel is, in her videos.
You make a good point, I do remember talking about Mya's site, but not personally remembering all of her content to remember if it was recycled. I will put this here so future members of Eve's site will know when the recycling started.
Not much of a surprise, but Eve's site didn't start recycling until January 1st 2008. I imagine her contract probably ran out in 2007, and since she didn't re-sign with them, they started doing the recycling.
There were a few hints that there was problems in October-December 2008 when nearly every new Eve set was split. You got one set one day, the rest of it the next day and the videos were even split in two days. Instead of the full set updates that they had been doing. There actually is a much easier way to notice which sets of Eve's are old and which are new.
In her newest sets, she looks to weigh about 25 pounds more than her old sets and her hair, in her newer sets has a reddish color to it. Her old sets, she is pretty slim and has jet black hair in those. You also can tell by just looking at her face and seeing the age difference, we are talking about a 3 year difference, so it is noticeable, especially to someone like me, who has over 150 GBs of her content.
The samples could work with one thing in mind, some sets are taken months in advance before release. Twistys and ATK Premium both had some older Eve sets that they had been holding back to release about one set a month. Look at her hair sometime and you will see the color difference. The newest set that is easy to find is on sportyone.com titled, Summer Fun with Naomy from Club Sandy. You can also see the extra weight Eve has, which I actually like, and you can see her hair color difference, since Naomy has jet black hair like Eve had before.

As was reported by Viv Thomas, Eve Angel no longer has anything to do with this site. As myself and others have pointed out, the site is now recycling old Eve content by removing the content from the archives and selling it as new content. So there will be no more new Eve content on here. The site also have lost its 100% exclusivity. As several sets have now shown up on Teen Dreams and even worse, they have sold enough of the Eve content to another webmaster, that has enable this other one to open the site Marina Mendoza, which also has no connection to Eva, except that it has her content from this site on it.
I personally thought Eve had retired, but it looks more like she was the victim of a webmaster screwing her over. She does have some new content that has been showing up on the Teen Dream Network on the Sweet Eva site and new content that Viv has been releasing on his site. It looks like she is still around, just not as much as she used to be when this site first took off.
I thought I would post to warn others who have been members before. If you a potential new member, the site is easily worth the price of a month subscription because of the 200+ Eve videos and picture sets, but to a returning member looking for new sets, it just isn't going to happen.

Hey messmer, I didn't really have that many major problems with this site. There are probably a couple of reasons, though. For one, I noticed that you and Denner both had trouble with the streaming video. I don't use streaming video. Most of my porn is downloaded at work on a portable hard drive, that I bring home with me and transfer to my main computer. So that one doesn't apply to me. I also don't stream videos because it gives the webmasters the false idea that we prefer streaming over downloading, see Viv Thomas Videos, where he seriously considered going to stream only, because he noticed more people were streaming than downloading.
Some of the other small glitches were fixed by switching to the Flock browser, which is a new variant of Firefox. It is a "media" heavy browser. One thing that I don't think some people realize is when you select to stream a video, especially if it doesn't work well, this will cause your browser to be unstable until you either close it or get the attempted connection to break. Similar to having say 3 or 4 videos downloading at the same time, it is going to make your experience, slower and less responsive.
The biggest reason though, I didn't join the site as I explained in another reply to use it the way I would a site like Videobox. I joined it to supplement my collection since it had videos that I had never been able to get before. That probably would cause the experience to change as well, since I only downloaded maybe 5 or 6 clips per day.
Last, I would also wonder about our locations. I have trouble on some sites that others don't, like say sites based out of Russia, a lot of the members have no trouble with these sites, where as I have a ton of connection problems, connecting from the USA. I did drop the score a few points, but I had trouble dropping it much because there is a lot of rare content on there that I can't get anywhere else. Sorry to you and Denner for having so much trouble with it though.
My native language is Italian, my dad spoke it all the time, my mom spoke Italian and Spanish, so I picked both of those up first, but I went to school from kindergarten on in America, so English was normal for me, though I occasionally will goof up on it. I have a problem with some word usage, like the are/is usage and see/saw/seen. But from experience, most Americans have trouble with those too!
Hey Rizzo, If you go to the site, you can look at every model they have in the preview. Just keep scrolling down and clicking, "More girls". There are some North American models on there, Georgia Jones, Micah Moore, come to mind, but there just aren't that many American models into this style of porn. Most American models are going for the hardcore to earn the big bucks.
As Porn Users biggest Eve fan, I can agree with you that this site is great for those who love Eve. There is one problem though. Just recently, announced by Viv Thomas, Eve is no longer associated with the site. See her wikipedia.org page to read about it. All of the "new" Eve content posted over the last few months, is not new at all. They just cleaned out about the first 4 months of the site and are re-releasing it as new material. The other girls, those are new, but no new Eve content for this site, ever again.
Very disappointing for me since I love this site and had been a member for nearly 2 straight years, having bought a 6 month membership one time and a year membership another time.
Similar to what you talk about, my wife also likes Eve, so we both have always enjoyed her content. I've found some new content of her recently at Viv's site, but I think she is nearing retirement. She is very close with Viv, and he seems to be acting as her spokesperson now.
Have to say that I agree with Panther. I had been planning to change my score after just finishing a month's membership for the 4th time in the last year, except my score is going up.
You might want to check some of those things you questioned. Like the HD videos, the ones I have downloaded that say HD are 1280 high end, 3000+ bitrate, I have several here of Ginger, also Regina Ice, that are HD, the bitrate could be a little higher like on some sites that are hitting 8000+ bitrate, but the resolution is still HD standard. If the bitrate was 8000+ there would be people complaining that the files are too large to download.
As for bringing the original models back, I couldn't agree with you more. I miss Eve and Sandra and Aneta, but the truth is, Eve isn't even doing material for her own site anymore. Sandra is doing her own site, Aneta seems to come and go like the seasons, and she was in a car accident recently. Just to name a few of those originals. You have to remember, many of those originals are getting older, getting married, having kids, etc..
While I am a big fan of alsangels and alsscan as well, Alex has a lot of his content stored. If you get a new Eve video for example, it may have been recorded in early 2007, as was her last video that I saw on alsangels, even though he didn't release it until near the end of the year.
I think the biggest strengths of babelicious, is that even if you have the sets, the babelicious ones are usually a much better resolution. Also, having great customer service like babelicious has, has to count for something, since we have all ran into the sites that don't have any customer service, throw in the multi-daily updates and I just have trouble seeing this site as going down. I also read the memo that they were considering combining some of the sites onto the sexybabes.tv site and think that is a great idea too. Site is always up, fast downloads, simple navigation that will be even easier once those sites are combined, not requiring a separate login, and I don't know JB. Those are many steps forward in my opinion.
Did you post in their support forum? That usually works a lot faster than sending emails. Also, there was a discussion on there about how to get faster speeds, they even recommend using flashgot download manager, which is free. It will speed your downloads up. I was just on there earlier and downloaded a file without using it, my top speed was 225 kb/s, I downloaded some more after that using flashgot and my speed was 605 kb/s
I had never heard of this site until a recent TBP search found it. I haven't had time to look at all of its content, but I do see that they have some Legend studio DVDs, which is very rare for a DVD site to have. It also is supposed to have over 100 exclusive DVDs. I will review it in a few weeks, I want to see how their updates work and how often they release more exclusive DVDs, but so far, pretty good. I have no idea where all of these DVD sites are coming from.
Anybody tried this out yet? It says it has a full featured trial, and of course, it catches my attention because the front page has Eve Angel on it, as does the second page. So, I'm wondering what this site is about. Is it a licensed site? I had noticed the TBP review as well, but also noticed they updated the site facts to say no DRM.
I have a general rule that won't let me join more than one DVD site at a time. I can't believe I have porn rules that I abide by! I don't think it is a challenger yet to VB, but if you like Combat Zone or Fifth Element studios, I do think it is worth joining for a month to get those DVDs. Besides those, they have many little minor problems that need to be worked out, as Monahan mentioned, a lot of the scenes don't have model names, so you can't find all of the scenes of a particular model unless you know the name of the DVD titles.
It still, to me, is probably the 2nd best DVD site behind VB. I am a huge fan of VB, so it took a lot for me to say could challenge VB. As far as recurring membership, no, I have only recurred with VB, when it comes to DVD only sites, and won't with this one until they tweak all of the navigation issues.
I think you would like it, especially if you see some scenes that you haven't seen elsewhere. Overall, I thought their videos were clearer than VB's when comparing the consistency from clip to clip.
I also think the price is a typo on the main page, but it did worry me a little since they had several other wording problems. It made it almost look like they were trying to be misleading, like the "20 pages of" part instead of 20 DVDs of. They have 15 DVDs per page, so if they had 20 pages of that would be 300 DVDs, not 20. Plus the wording on the 8000 DVDs, when it was only 8000 scenes, 2000 DVDs.
See what I mean? One mistake can be looked over, but they have numerous ones. I didn't let those errors change my score any, but I do wish they would fix them since all of those would be considered false advertising.
The search feature to me wasn't very useful, even without the model names on some scenes. I found a Simony Diamond scene that had her name listed in the scene, but still didn't show up in my search for her.
These are the little tweaks that they need to make, then, I think they could possibly make a run at VB.
I have been a member on ATK Galleria, ATK Exotics and ATK Premium, and to be honest, none of them are that great for movies. Exotics has some full scene downloads. Galleria has very few full scene downloads. Premium has most of their movies in 2 parts, which is better than 10, but a lot of Premium's movies are licensed from DDF/1ByDay.
I guess though, if I had to pick one for movies, I would go with Premium. The best thing about ATK Premium to me is that nearly every model is hot. It is sort of a best of the best site, that has their best models from each of their sites. Like with ATK Exotics, you are going to see a lot of average at best models, most of which are hardly desirable to download movies of.
Premium has some models that caught me off guard, like Twisty's Treat of the Month Georgia Jones, ATK Premium has a ton of her content, more than any site has, as a good example of their high quality models. Most of the models they have on Premium have 2,000 or more pictures and a handful of movies as well of each one.
Yeah, that was a pretty ugly argument that I finally just gave up on. I don't know what was going on with asmith at that time, he seems to be a good member these days. I don't know if it was one of those moments where he tried to make himself better known by refuting an established member or what. Either way, his view never changed towards my reviews, even after I wrote the follow-up and gave the points back since the DL limit was lifted on Ultimate Surrender.
I do notice that our comments are read on here by sites. Less than a month after my review of US, they lifted the DL limit and less than a week after my comment on Viv Thomas's video site not letting Teen Dreams members download his content as bonus content, but only letting them stream it, he has gone back and started letting the Teen Dreams members download his movies, though they are only 750 bitrate, compared to 2000 on his site.
Hey PinkPanther, what I think it is, I don't think they speak English. As noted in the review, they make several huge mistakes in their wording on the site. Like the part where it says they have, "20 pages of (genre)" when it is only 20 DVDs of that genre.
Yeah, I had joined Sophie for $29.95 a couple of times last year, so that was a shock when I got it the first month as a member of Mandy is Kinky. I was kind of worried that I would get the low end bonus sites, but ended up getting more than a dozen that I really liked and would rate in the above average range. I really didn't know Mandy is Kinky isn't updating. What happened there, I downloaded a few clips that were the unusual costume variety, so I just stopped fooling with it except to get the Mandy content and the Zafira set.

Pros:
- Uh-Oh, where'd these guys come from, a pretty big video site that has over 2,000 DVDs and though not exclusive, they have a good amount of the great Combat Zone videos and other studios you don't see a lot on other DVD sites for $14.95!
- Video quality is consistent and high quality with 2,000 bitrate and 720 high end resolution.
- Three new DVDs added daily
- Very fast downloads for me.
- I ended up keeping over 70 Gigs of videos that I downloaded from here! Had never seen them before.
Cons:
- Navigation is a little frustrating, but not terribly bad.
- Around 50 or so of the videos are of the gay, male bi-sexual, tranny genres, to each his own, but I wanted to point that out.
- As with all DVD sites, eventually you get bored of searching and searching for that one great clip.
- No DRM that I can see
- Even though they have many DVDs that I haven't seen elsewhere, I didn't find a lot of new scenes of my favorites, Eva Angelina, Jenaveve Jolie, etc..
Bottom Line:
This site has a ton of potential. They removed all of their DRM and have the very good $14.95 per month price.
One thing I didn't understand is their wording on their site. It said in the preview that I could unlimited access for $4.95, but that was never an option when joining, and they advertise 8,000 DVDs, which is wrong. They have a little over 2,000, with an average of 4 scenes each, which would be 8,000 scenes, not DVDs.
Also, when you search for a category/genre it will say, "Page 1 of 20" when it should say, "20 DVDs". That is very misleading. 20 pages would be 300 DVDs, when it is really 2 pages, 15 DVDs on one, 5 on the other.
I still really liked this site. The Fifth Element videos are very popular with some, others hate the studio, but I like it and they have a lot of their DVDs, and they also have a good amount of Combat Zone DVDs as well.
The quality is very good, sort of a widescreen 720 high end with 2000+ bitrate, that could possibly make some start to consider this site instead of the bigger named DVD sites.
I would hope they fix the navigation/presentation though. Seeing 20 pages of a genre only to find out it is only 20 DVDs, is a little troublesome.
They do add 3 DVDs daily, so that number will be going up pretty fast, though not as much as Videobox, they do have more videos that I am keeping than VB has in their newest updates.
A few tweaks here and there and this site could seriously challenge VB. I recommend it without question!
