Starts a little over 200 then drops. I get 30 mbps down on my connection and I only have this problem with very little sites. I puporsely went elsewhere before with no issues before making a comment. Since then I yet to be able stream anything and if trying to save target to disk you get a whopping 20-50kb/sec on avg. Send emails to one site and the the main network site (I believe). No answer.
