Anyone else having trouble with the 4K videos? Some will play fine but others play real choppy on my pc and not at all on my tv through a external hard drive, no reason is given on tv other than cannot play file. Are they copy prtected or something? The newer 4Ks play fine and they are MASSIVE in size, the older ones are all around 3.0/3.5 or so. After reading the bad reviews on multiple sites and my own experience with them a few months ago I signed up for just the basic monthly membership for $29.95 using the secondary billing (CC Bill) trick after reading the credit card fraud warnings. After less then 10 hours the site kicked me out, I thought I hit a download limit but after 24 hours still no access. I contacted the the website support (Jessica) and after repeatedly explaining the problem she then gives me another useless login that doesn't work and disconnects before I can even enter it. Now here is the kicker, I restarted the chat with can't login, disconnected without reply. Tried 4 more times with the same result. The Site is a ridiculous, there hasn't been a update to their site in years, It's all marked MOVIESZ, so save your money and sign up to VIDEOSZ which is where this content comes from. 08-14-16  07:28pm Replies (3) Comment 655 Crazy XXX 3D World (0) Jag27/Otto Maddox Has left this site Just a heads up to all fans of Jag27/Otto Maddox, He is no longer with this site. He was the work horse that produced the majority of their content and has now left and set up his own site. So I asked my question and got a very confusing answer back, while replying to the answer the chat was abruptly ended by the support person. So I started another chat session and got the same operator again and again asked my question but more detailed this time. The Reply? "I'm sorry but these are not our sites". WTF??? The videos were awesome just wish they were the higher bit rate, I'm of the opinion that if your gonna charge for your content then it should be top notch. It's like buying a Dodge Challenger but finding out it's not an SRT. 01-18-16  05:29am Comment 660 X-Art (0) Videos Don't seem to be true HD I got a membership to both X-Art and it's sister site Colette the other day and have a bit of a gripe with them. While the amount of videos is great, the HD videos themselves are a bit dull looking. To me the videos look like regular SD videos that have been re-sized and as a result just lack the sharpness and clarity of HD videos on other sites. The file size would back that up too, they are very small, the 1920P average around 350-500 mb. 1080p HD videos from sites like PassionHD and Brazzers are over double that and 1920p can go 2gb+. 01-16-16  06:27pm Replies (4) Comment 661 Open Life (0) Site stopped updating This site hasn't updated in over a month, the last update was on Halloween. I very clearly clicked the proceed to site link and instead of going to the site it says "processing payment"!!! WTF! I checked my email and sure enough a new membership had been created and their receipt didn't say what was charged to my card. So I did a live chat with segway (THE WORST PAYMENT PROCESSING COMPANY ON EARTH) and explained the situation. I have no clue what the download issue was, I tried IE, Firefox, & Chrome with the same result. Also beware when you add other sites within your membership. I added just one and got no confirmation on it. I canceled the main membership and was still being billed for the secondary. I checked and had no access to it because it was through the other site! I couldn't cancel it through the site because I had no transaction id. I had to CALL the billing department and get it cancelled and my request for the second months membership THAT I HAD NO ACCESS TOO was denied. My problem is ALOT of the videos are listed but can't be downloaded. "File not found". Complaints are ignored with auto response emails the only thing you'll hear from them. The "channels" used to update 3-4 times a week, now only on Saturday evening. Really sad that they are skating by on their past reputation. 05-26-15  08:02pm Comment 668 Passion HD (0) Extremely slow downloads/generic file names The downloads are crazy slow! A 1.4gb video takes upwards of 2.5-3 hours, most others take around 20 minutes. I have broadband cable internet so it is on their side. I had a membership with another site that had HD videos and their 2gb videos were downloading in under 7 minutes. All videos have generic labels (like WMV 1080p)and have to be renamed on download to prevent a duplicate file warning, this is unacceptable.
