Reason: After spending more time on the site, I decided the site merits a higher score. The site does most everything right for what it is.

For those not familiar, a little background. Private Classics is a part of the Private Media Group which was founded in Sweden in 1965. Its magazine was the first color hardcore magazine. The first intercourse scene was published in 1967 which was groundbreaking in paving the way for explicit porn. Private is known for high budget videos and has won major AVN awards. The “Classics” site is for those looking for nostalgia. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality explicit photos from the magazine. The was a more innocent time in porndom. Private seems to have been in a class by itself in that it combined explicit smut with high-end production values.
The photos are probably the main attraction with the videos and digitized magazines the icing on the cake. There are three distinct sections: videos, photos and magazines. Although any one of these sections could probably have gotten by as a distinct site, they are interrelated. The videos are from the ‘90s or early ‘00s while the magazine and photos span 4 decades from the 60s to the 00s.
The site is well organized and is generally simple to navigate once you get the hang of it. The videos, photo sets and magazines are separated by menu sections. The photos and magazines are then further segregated by decade. There is also a model section (which can be viewed any one of 3 ways) which includes all the content for each model, i.e., videos and photos. There is also a brief comment about the model as well as her vital statistics.
The video organization is confusing. I never completely figured out the distinction between the two video sections offered, “Movies” and “Scenes.” The “Movies” section lists the DVDs and you can stream the entire DVD. On the same page are scenes from the DVD which are available for download and streaming. The “Scenes” section seems to be a duplication of the content in the “Movies” section though there seems to be more scenes in the “Scenes” section. There is no explanation on the site for the distinction. After a while and only by scrutinizing, I noticed some differences. Regardless, there is no point in having 2 video sections.
Another peeve, though minor, is with the ordering of the DVDs and scenes. The “Movie” section (DVDs) seems to have no rhyme or reason to the manner which DVDs are listed, like chronologically. The “Scenes” section seems to list scenes in order of date added regardless of when they were filmed. However, it is not a major issue since all the videos are from the 1990s or early ‘00s.
There is only one download option for the videos though there’s no indication of the quality. A random selection of videos shows them to be 720. However, since the videos are about 20 years old, they were obviously remastered and the quality is not true HD. All things considered though, the quality is satisfactory (full screen with a 27" monitor).
The videos reflect the magazine. The action is hardcore and varied including lesbian, straight, orgies, blowjobs and anal. To the delight of some, there is an inordinate number of group scenes and plenty of anal. Scenes run from about 10 to 30 minutes with an average of 20 minutes. The videos are unlike other hardcore. They are unique in various ways – interesting locales like Mars [!!] coupled with above-average direction and camera-work. There are generally plots with at least an attempt at good acting. Most of the videos seem to be in French, many of which are dubbed in English. The models are European, good looking and seem to average in the upper 20s in age. The models have more of a natural look with a minimum of tattoos and silicone.
The photo sets are taken from the magazine. All the photos from the magazine seem to be in the photo section, so you can skip the, uh, intellectual articles in the magazine. However, don’t skip it! They are downloadable in PDF and pleasing to the eye. Looking at the old magazines was a blast.
Photosets are zipped and sets range from a handful of photos to over 100; I’ll guesstimate the average is 50 photos per set. As mentioned, photo quality is very good. A random spot check shows good compression quality. My abacus reveals the following statistics:
00s – 555 photo sets
90s – 302 photo sets
80s – 257 photo sets
70s – 42 photo sets
60s – 33 photo sets
History was always a favorite subject. Private Classics is like a hot stroll down memory lane. Hosiery, high heels, honey bee hairdos, latex suits and natural breasts will take you back to a bygone era. This is a classy site and all 3 offerings - photos, magazines and videos, all merit praise. I found the Private material - magazines and videos, refreshing in that it was innovative, natural, shot in interesting places, and most of all, highly erotic Once you figure out the best way to use the site, there are a large library of photos, videos and magazine to keep you occupied endlessly. |

I joined after trying the one day $1 "full" membership. I never saw that before so I figured, WTF. Well, the "full" didn't equate to the same access as regular memberships. You get access to all the videos on the main site but only at low quality. But the videos were enough to intrigue me to join. I like Russians -).
Advertised price was $34.95. I wasn't gonna pay it. However, when I cancelled my trial membership, I was offered $24.95, so, I joined. You have these choices - hard core videos, soft core videos, lesbians or photos. I was only interested in hard core and that's all I looked at.
The way I look at is that I got 50 or 60 very good videos, all 15 to 20 minutes in length. That translates to about 50 cents a video. Not bad, though not great. But if you like Russians, it may be worth your while.
Again, this review only applies to the hard core videos, not soft core, lesbians or photos. |

Personally, I appreciate that you stuck to your convictions and had the wherewithal to give it a controversial rating.
I don't overly disagree except for a little nitpicking. You mentioned several cons. The one I would take them to task with is the first one you mentioned, organization. I would have taken off 5 points for that. But like I said, that's getting nitpicky.
I'll also mention that I was a member about a year ago. It's not my cup of tea but, as I mentioned elsewhere, personal bias should not be reflected in a review. For that reason, I don't have a big problem with giving it 100.

• Descriptions of videos are weak. That’s where streaming comes in handy in helping to decide whether to download. But as mentioned, there is the buffer to contend with.
• Model info is mostly limited to basics like height, age, measurements and the excruciatingly important astrological sign ;) I found it difficult to believe the statistics – ages and weight sometimes seemed significantly off. Sometimes there is a narrative description though it’s usually nonsensical.

I became aware of the site after reading about a controversial scene filmed at a graveyard in Guadalajara starring the very hot Janeth Rubio (she has her own site). No, I am not into necrophilia, but I was intrigued. Sad to say, that scene is not on SexMex but it can be found on Ms. Rubio’s site. However, there is a scene on SexMex called “Conference” where Ms. Rubio is mock-interviewed about the graveyard scene followed by hot sex.
Mexican produced porn is atypical. Fernando Deira, SexMex producer, deserves credit for being a ground breaker in that regard. However, as noted below, he offers nothing novel to the porn experience unless you want to count the graveyard scene. Btw, that scene got him and Ms. Rubio in a lot of hot water.
Download options are strange. Seemingly, the same download option is occasionally listed more than once. However, there always seems to be a HD option (480p, 720p and/or 1080p) including the oldest videos. Yet, as to be expected, the quality of the older videos is not HD and not up to present standards. [My observations are based on using a 27” iMac monitor.]
Searching features are good. Using the “Tags” menu you can search through 47 categories. (But why does an ostensibly Latina site need a tag called “Latina?”) Or you can use the “Models” menu and find a model – they’re listed alphabetically. Or you can use the search bar to search for most anything, i.e., model, category, video title, etc.
Virtually every type of category and niche is represented from solo and lesbian to anal, orgies and bondage and everything in between. Most of the scenes though, are vanilla hardcore or that “everything in between” referred to. There is something for everyone, but not everything is for everyone.
The technical issues on the site are very problematic, i.e., broken links and buffering in streaming. It’s too bad. It negates the general overall simple and clean look.
My opinion. There are distinct classifications of porn based on nationality such as Japanese, German, American, Thai, Latina, etc. However, SexMex fails to distinguish itself as Mexican or even Latina porn. The site is unfocused and offers a smorgasbord of women and niches. There is little ethnic appeal. If the scenes weren’t in Spanish, I would have no idea where they were shot. Frankly, if I hadn’t read about Sr. Deira and there was no audio or subtitles, it would be a leap of faith that the videos are emanating from Mexico. On the contrary, if you turned off the audio and there were no subtitles, you may think you were watching American porn. Perhaps Sr. Deira meant the site to be an extension of American porn. The name “SexMex” is a clue – think, Tex-Mex. Then again, you may not care.
I only found a few models to my liking, though ymmv. Many if not most are hardcore in appearance and sport lots of tattoos and silicone, not my preference. There are too many models who seem to have eaten a few too many tacos. Don’t expect spinners or girl next-door types. The scenes are far from romantic, have little if any plot and seem to take a cue from American-style porn. If you like the hardcore style and models of Evil Angel and Vivid, SexMex may very well appeal to you.
I’ll harp again on the broken links since I found this to be unbearably frustrating. While there are over 600 videos listed as available, perhaps 400 at best are accessible, probably much less. I emailed tech support but received no response.
Despite what I consider numerous drawbacks in the site - site-related and content-related, I liked many of the scenes, gonzo or not. I have no regrets about joining for $15. However, it’ll be a long time, if ever, that I join again. I fell in love with Janeth Rubio and may even join her site. SexMex would have been a whole lot better despite its drawbacks if it contained more women like Ms. Rubio and the site developers made the effort to take care of the technical problems as well as respond to customers. In the end, I cannot recommend this site if only because of the overwhelming number of broken links. |

First, nice review. It was easy to make up my mind based on your review whether to become a member.

Generally speaking, not necessarily though I'd be a little reticent to join such a site. I have been a happy member of a streaming site in the past.
Although the content of Sperma is not my thing, I investigated a bit. The site is set up strangely. Judging from the splash page, it seems like a streaming site. There is no reference to downloads while there are several mentions of streaming. Then when you go to join, downloads are clearly advertised. If I joined at least partly for the downloads, I'd be pissed if there were none or few available. I've had such an experience and I got a full refund as a result. I can feel your frustration because I went through the same thing. It is a huge waste of time to attempt to download files that are not available.
You didn't answer your own question though - would you have joined knowing what you know now, i.e., that it's basically a streaming site?

This is only a review of T&A Latina and not of the network, Chickpass Network. However, it should be noted that membership includes access to the network, a ridiculous number of sites, 80+.
Sites like T&A Latina are a dime a dozen. Despite its name and billing, it lacks focus and is seemingly an ad hoc collection of hardcore gonzo-like porn including many of the usual niches, i.e., solo, couples, group sex, lesbians and anal. Simply put, the site lacks soul and direction. The videos are boring, unenthusiastic, familiar, unromantic and ordinary. The main thing the site has going for it is the sheer volume of videos and photos and at a good price taking into consideration that it’s part of a large network. The site has oodles of content not to mention access to a huge network of sites. If it’s bang for the buck you want, this is the place for you. If you want quality over quantity, keep moving.
The videos are formulaic, rehearsed and far from authentic. Too much fake this and fake that, i.e., groaning “Oh yeah, oh yeah,” or “ooh” and “ah,” or “I want it really bad,” blah blah. It seems that every cliché in porndom is included. It’s pathetically laughable. Fake tans, silicone breasts, acrylic nails, crazy and decidedly unsexy acrobatic positions and fucking cocks that seem artificially erect dominate the site. This porn is like “fast food pornographic sex that continues until the female performer is instructed to fake an orgasm and receive a load of hot cum on her face” [tm, “Porn Studies, 2014”). There is nothing that distinguishes this site from the zillions of other sites or that makes it special. Hello San Fernando Valley.
Labeling the site “Latina” is deceptive. It is not Latina in spirit and bears little resemblance to anything south of the border or Spanish. It is pure San Fernando Valley, USA, either in spirit or actual shooting locale. One of the primary reasons I joined is because I have a penchant for hot Latina women. Who doesn’t? I can’t help but feel cheated. Although it’s hard to determine, I’ll go out on a limb and say that many of the models don’t have a drop of Latin blood in them. One model’s videos are in French (no subtitiles) and she is obviously French. Scores of others are unquestionably American, i.e., blond, blue eyes. Very few even have a trace of a Spanish accent. Those that are Latina, are unpleasantly San Fernando-ized.
It’s a vanilla site trying to appeal to everyone, a prescription for failure in today’s stratified market. Most every type of model seems to be represented. On a positive note, some of the videos are very hot, albeit containing the above-mentioned flaws. There are hot-looking girl next-door types, but few and far between.
Navigation is a breeze. Finding models or categories is simple with the robust advanced search features.
You can’t go too far wrong by joining T&A Latinas considering the wealth of content between this site and the network. There’s bound to be a bunch of videos that you’ll enjoy. If you’re looking to fill up a hard drive or two cheaply, T&A Latinas is an appropriate choice. |

I rejoined yesterday. I have the same problem as others reported with download speed as well as navigation on the site. I thought it might be my Internet connection, but this is 2 consecutive days and I don't have the problem elsewhere. Download speed is under 1 mb /s.

I rejoined Skeet after a 2 year absence. I don't know why I waited so long. The site is even better.
One thing I found curious - the ratings for the videos. It's a great idea but one never knows if they should be taken seriously. That is, if they come from subscribers or site personnel. The curious thing was that consistently over the past year, every video (I think) that I downloaded had a rating over 9 (out of 10). However, go back a bit over a year and virtually every video seemed to have a rating between 8 and 9. What's up with that?
Edit to add:
I checked out a video that was uploaded 2/1/16. It has 9,396 reviews for a score 9.87. I guess I answered my question.

I just checked my spam and there it was, the offer. However, it was different. The offer was for a free download with regular $15 membership. Still pretty cheap. I was a member about 8 months ago and enjoyed it and would consider re-upping even at full price. However, I forget, are there other sites included? It doesn't appear so. How often do they add videos? Again, no mention on their page although a review here sez there are daily updates. I have to wonder if that's still true since there's no mention on their splash page.
