One of the biggest advantages to having a user-driven review site like this (being affiliated with a commercial review site) is that readers get to read varying opinions. I agree with most of what you wrote but my assessment of all of that still brought me to a much higher score.
I will admit though, that while I tried to be objective I may have been swayed a bit by the fact that SSG was part of a larger AND less expensive network when I joined.
But... I still think that Gloria is one of the most perfect models working today.

I don't mind the newer stuff, but I agree that his older work is better. Trained Teens 1 remains one of my all-time favourite movies. It was the first time I had seen Stacy Carpenter and that scene was so well done. If that was the only great scene on the DVD that would have been enough, but the scene with Gauge and Aurora Snow is also incredible. And the remaining scenes only look merely good when compared to those two even though if they were on another DVD title they'd be stand-outs there.
If it would be useful for you I could either email you a list of series and editions or even post a list as a comment.

After two memberships to sites that I’d not normally have joined due to their focus on older (25+) and busty women, I figured I’d better join a site that I knew I’d like: a DVD-based, raw hardcore site with a healthy dose of anal scenes.
Jules Jordan is probably one of those producers who’s work you either like or don’t. He started with Evil Angel many years ago and has continued to produce some excellent porn if you like your porn with a rougher edge and heavy dose of anal sex. He’s no Max Hardcore though, and his work was certainly a good fit for Evil Angel. If you like EA stuff you’re apt to like JJ stuff.
The site is organized in a straightforward way in that you can sort by all scenes, older scenes, HD scenes and by models. Clicking on either of those will bring up a list with large thumbnails that you can further open to get what you’re looking for.
The individual scenes open to a new page with a large window for streaming (which, thankfully, doesn’t start automatically). There are links for streaming choices and for download choices. In the newer scenes streaming is available in HD, SD and mobile, and the same is usually available in HD (1080p and 720p), SD and mobile for downloads. The only file type is mp4. The videos looked good (I downloaded 720p when it was available). Obviously older files shot in SD don’t look as good but they’re still watchable.
The site supports download managers and links don’t time out quickly. Download speeds were usually good at 6+MB/s using IDM though there were times (infrequently) when it could be half that.
The good news is that you have access to 124 DVDs. I’m not sure how many DVDs Jordan has produced but IAFD doesn’t seem to list too many more than that. This means that you have access to a lot of his older titles and still have access to new releases. The newer releases seem to get uploaded shortly after they hit the DVD market. The bad news here is that with only 124 DVD titles this is still a pretty small site. And it’s destined to stay that way for a while since the site only updates with one scene being added every two days. On some days two scenes get added, but that isn’t frequent. The other downside to this is that if you’re looking for a specific scene in a movie you might have to wait a while to get it.
I’ll admit this may be subjective, but on a DVD-based studio site it seems logical to me that the scenes be arranged by the DVD they appeared on. For example, if you want to check out Ass Worship 3 you should be able to sort by DVD title, select that title and see the scenes in that movie. But for some reason the site isn’t set up this way, even though the DVD title will appear as a tag in a scene. Not to get too confusing here, but let’s say you open a scene with a star you like. The thumbnail and link will give no indication of which DVD the scene is from, but when you open the link there will be a tag with the DVD title that you can then click on to see all the available scenes from that title.
An obvious work-around would be to just enter the DVD into the search function, right? Sort of, but if you search “Ass Worship 3” be prepared to scroll down past the first four or five links because those first links won’t be scenes from the DVD you’re looking for. Aim for the fifth or sixth scene and open it and you might just have a scene from Ass Worship 3 with a link to the DVD that you can then follow through to see the other scenes from that title. My description is confusing partly because the process is confusing.
To make this even worse, the tour pages have a “Movies” link which will take you to a page with thumbnail covers of all the DVDs on the site. When you enter the member’s page though, that link is gone.
What really hurts the value of a membership is the way that the studio has decided to release the videos. Besides this site the studio also has The Ass Factory. We can debate whether a single studio the size of JJ really needs two sites (I’d debate that they don’t) but the problem is that for most JJ titles you might get three scenes here and two at The Ass Factory, which means that to get more complete access to the JJ library you need to buy two $30 memberships. But I suppose if there are enough people like me who will pay for both there is no incentive to merge the two sites into one.
So is the site worth a membership? It depends on who you are. If you really like Jordan’s stuff it probably is. If it’s merely a passing interest for you there are probably better places to put your porn dollars. The porn is excellent, but the site needs a rethink on a couple of key problems and the fact that the site is small and the DVDs are spread over two sites makes the value lower than it should be.
(As an aside, if you want a membership to only one JJ site I’d recommend this one over The Ass Factory. AF is a much smaller site for the same fee. I’ll try to get a review to that up soon.) |

Multiple camera angles are essential for an interesting scene. The only exception is if part of the scene set-up is that it is a single angle, as is often the case in POV scenes (though the angle changes as the stars move into different positions), hidden-camera porn and casting shoots where the camera is mounted in one spot. I don't actively seek out hidden-camera and casting porn for because of the fixed camera, but I will download it if it has a model I like.

Interesting review. I love 'classic' porn from the late 80s through to the mid 90s and this site seems to have a lot to offer. I might give this site a try now that I know what the flaws are.
One question: the tour pages are arranged to suggest that the scenes are listed separately. Is there an option in the member pages to select a movie and see all the scenes in that movie (like they do at Videobox)?

I doubt that I’m offending anyone by saying that Brazzers is a network that caters mostly to MILF and large-breast aficionados (and most of those big breasts are enhanced, not natural). So why would a guy who prefers younger and more petite models take a membership here? The answer is simple – Jenni Lee’s first anal scene. Yes, I have to confess that I took a membership just to access one scene.
As with my review of Naughty America I realize that there are a lot of reviews already so I’ll review the network from the perspective of someone who prefers younger and more petite models. Is it worth a membership for those of us with those preferences?
The network is made up of 30 individual sites each based around a theme. All of the most popular porn themes are represented. Unlike Naughty America, Brazzers doesn’t really have any sites that would specifically appeal to those of us who like younger and smaller models. In contrast, many of the sites are specifically aimed at members who like big breasts, with names like Big Tits in Uniform, Big Tits in Sports, Big Tits at School and Big Tits at Work. So if you like big breasts you’ll know there are lots of scenes for you here.
There are currently over 4600 scenes on the network and three more are added daily. The bad news is that many of the sites are currently not updating, though I don’t consider that a negative as the scenes are still available.
Each site opens into a separate page where the scenes are listed with a large thumbnail. Each thumbnail has a scene name and lists the female star or stars. Clicking on a scene you want brings up a new page where you can stream or download the scene. Newer scenes have more options available for download, which makes sense, with many offering as high as 1080p. Mp4s are the most common offering with newer scenes being available in SD and 720p and 1080p. One (or sometimes two) WMV resolution is also usually available as is a MPEG version. Many also offer a size for mobile devices too. The size of the file is listed right beside all the choices which is helpful in deciding which resolution you want. This is useful since the 1080p files can top out at more than 2GB. I downloaded the 720p when it was available and it actually comes in at 854x480 and plays at 2000+kb/s and 30fps. Subjectively they look great. Older scenes obviously don’t have HD available or the same range of choices which can be a bit frustrating but even the older scenes look pretty good.
I had no problem using a download manager (IDM) and found that the links didn’t time out unreasonably quickly.
If this site has a serious flaw it’s the lack of a useful search function. I know other reviewers have commented that the search function isn’t very good, but I’d go further and say it is really non-existent. This is a flaw because the site is huge and covers many themes so relying solely on tags to find material can be problematic. The site does have a series of filters but I didn’t find them to be terribly helpful. And to make matters worse I’d often forget to clear the filters when starting a new search and that would further limit what I found until I realized my mistake.
There is also no way to search for individual stars by just typing their name in. You can select the ‘pornstar’ tab which you can then sort by letter. You can further sort that in any of several ways (popularity, number of scenes, etc) with one of the sorts being by name. The problem with this is that the alphabet that Brazzers uses appears to have no connection to the modern alphabet that most English countries use. If you’re looking for a specific star be prepared to manually search through several pages to find her.
So does Brazzers offer any value to a potential member who prefers younger and more petite models? Ummm… yeah. Probably. I think what likely tilts the balance towards recommending this network is that there are scenes for guys like us and the discounted TBP / PU price makes it an okay value for people who aren’t into big breasts and MILFs. And they use a reputable biller. (If you’re a fan of large breasts and MILFs then there is excellent value here and I’d highly recommend a membership.) There are scenes for guys like me, though there aren’t as many as I’d hoped, and finding them isn’t made any easier by the flawed search function. But I’d still recommend it. But I’ll likely only be back if they happen to have the world’s first Lexi Diamond anal scene.
(This is a bit off topic, but the network produces a couple of high-end porn series. Think of it as if HBO did hardcore. These are interesting and the production values are high – better than most in the industry. In one of the series a young woman is murdered, wrapped in plastic and dumped by a stream. For some reason, Brazzers often uses this shot as their site’s wallpaper. I have a lot of fetishes, but ‘murder porn’ ain’t one ‘em.) |

Like you, I'm a big fan of Kink's sites. But also like you, I've noticed some subtle changes in several of them over the past while. Not necessarily bad changes, but definitely changes. Like, for example, Everything Butt where the focus now seems more on anal sex (I can't imagine I'm actually complaining about anal sex!) when in the older videos it was more about intense ass play.
I agree with you that the newer videos at PD aren't as public or as disgraceful as some of the older videos. I suspect a lot of that has to do with Kink not wanting to bring the hammer down on themselves.
Not to get too far off topic, but if you haven't seen it already check out the scene with Molly and Steve Holmes. She bound and made to wash car windows in traffic in a European city. Definitely public, and even though she's having a lot of fun it is obviously disgraceful too.
Another more recent favourite is with Samia Duarte. They take her out into a crowd at night and bind her too a lamppost while people take pics.
Damn I wish there were more good public nudity sites out there...

I never add the pre-checked cross-sells as a negative but I should. There is nothing positive about them, that's for sure. I have no problem with an offer that I actually have to accept, but I do wish that sites would realize how negatively they're perceived by active buyers. I've been burned a few times too...

It may be that you were going for a different file type or resolution. I should clarify that in no cases was the entire scene missing, just the file type and resolution that I wanted. In those cases I just took a different type or resolution.

I don't actively seek DP scenes out but if it has a female star that I like I'll usually download it anyway. My preference by far is one man and one woman - and that man needs to realize he's just a prop. If there is to be more than one male then bring in a bunch and turn it into a gang bang.

Thanks for the comments slutty. With the $5 membership offer I didn't really take a big risk when I hoped to find some scenes that I'd like. I think with the standard discount offered here it is still a great deal. I suspect that I'll actually come back to the site again but not on the same frequency as I do with other repeat memberships.

Like a lot of PU members probably did too, I joined this network to take advantage of the great price they were offering to commemorate uploading their 5000th scene. I had never considered joining before because much of the preview material made it clear that the site was more about buxom MILFs than the 18-22 petite stars I prefer. But with a $5 fee it was worth the risk. I know that this will be the 50th review posted here so to make this of some use to PU members who share my tastes I’ll review it from the perspective of someone preferring younger and more petite models.
The network has 27 sites up and while I realize that some readers may dispute my classification of sites, the majority of sites cater to members looking for older and more buxom models. I knew that going in and I’m not critical of that. I also won’t let that impact this review or the score.
There are some sites that focus on the young and petite. These are:
• Fast Times – 148 scenes, updating with two scenes added per month
• My Sister’s Hot Friend – 481 scenes, updating with up to eight scenes added per month
• Naughty Bookworms – 430 scenes, updating with up to eight scenes added per month
• Naughty Athletics – 137 scenes, hasn’t updated since August 2012
• I Have a Wife – 246 scenes, updating with up to four scenes added per month
• SoCal Coeds – 40 scenes, hasn’t updated since 2007
• My Dad’s Hot Girlfriend – 162 scenes, updating with up to four scenes added per month
• My Friend’s Hot Girl – 41 scenes, updating with up to three scenes added per month
• Naughty Country Girls – 22 scenes, hasn’t updated since 2009
• Naughty Rich Girls – 39 scenes, last update was January 2012
The network offers a wide variety of file types and resolutions on their newer scenes. There is really something for everyone. Mp4s are available in 1080p, 720p and 480p, WMVs are available in ‘DVD’ and ‘Normal’ and there is a Quicktime version and one for mobile devices. On all but the HD files they are also available in parts. I didn’t download all the various versions to test them, but what I did download is what it is advertised to be. The one problem with resolutions is that while they certainly offer state-of-the-art downloads now they didn’t always do that. On many older scenes the best offered is 512k which looks pretty bad. When these were being offered I’m fairly sure that they were not up to par with the best in the industry.
Streaming and photos are also available but I sampled neither so I can’t comment on those.
With the exception noted below, the network supports download managers and the links don’t appear to time-out quickly.
The site definitely has some flaws, and I realize that some of these may seem trivial but they add up to reduce the usefulness of the network. Not in any order, the flaws I found are:
• The network has no option to remember your username and password.
• If you’re on an individual site and click to open a scene, hitting your browser’s back button will kick you all the way back to page one, even if you were on page 30. Either remember where you were or use tabs. (This may not be a problem for people who don’t use IE.)
• Earlier in my membership I couldn’t use Internet Download Manager to download either of the two highest resolution files. That may be fixed now but I don’t know if it is.
• There are a lot more dead links on this network then I’ve seen with competitors.
One major flaw on the network is that it is extremely ‘busy’ with ads and feeds. Ordinarily I can overlook ads (they do work on me sometimes) because I realize it can be a decent revenue stream for exclusive networks like this but in this case they cross the line to be obtrusive. To even get into the network you have to click through two ads. Once in, the pages have a lot of ads. They’re obtrusive because they require a lot of time to download. I have a fiber op connection and on many occasions I had to wait for what seemed like a minute for the ads to load before I could navigate on the page.
I realize that this is purely subjective and many readers may not care or may see this as a plus, but for a network of this size they don’t have a lot of anal sex scenes. There were many models who are known for their anal performances who don’t do anal here. This is a subjective con, but for others it may be a plus. I’m just making the statement so that readers will know this.
So was this membership worth the heavily discounted price? Absolutely. Is it worth the usually-discounted price offered through TBP/PU? Definitely yes. Even for a guy who isn’t among the target customer group there was plenty of great porn with young and petite models to make this a worthwhile investment. I’d recommend that anyone who shares my interest in a particular type of model take the plunge regardless of the fact that the stuff we like is in the minority. There is still a lot of great stuff for us too. |

Interesting question… I suspect that a lot of PU members will weigh in on this one given the discount the site offered us this month.
This wasn’t a site on my radar because they seem to market themselves as being for people who like MILFs and large breasts, and that doesn’t describe my interests. But I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a lot of material to my liking – younger, more petite models. I can’t pick a favourite, but certainly sites like My Sister’s Hot Friend, Naughty Bookworms, Naughty Athletics and SoCal Coeds made this a good value.

Twisty's is a site that's been on the outer edge of my radar for a while. Thanks to your thorough review I think it may have been bumped up a bit since you answered some questions that I've had. The one bit of bad news is the difficulty you had cancelling your membership. That might be a deal-breaker for me.

Not to come across as being too anal (pun not intended...) but I write reviews in MS Word and copy them into the PU review page. I do that because it takes me days to write a review but that also means it gets edited many times before it gets posted so by that time any typos should have been caught by either me or spell-check.
