Mainly number of updates, but if a new site, amount of content would be more of a factor. I'm not someone who downloads everything unless I'm obsessed with the model, so normally I can get through most sites and cherry pick for download what suits my tastes.

Wasn't really an option for me, but I suppose don't care was the closest to summing up my point of view. It's OK as a pre-amble to the main action but not something I either like/dislike.
Part of the thrill for me is the journey, so definitely fully clothed. Love to see the model get undressed too, hate it when they're fully clothed, then in the next scene they're nude.

Pros:
- Curvy Latina who's easy on the eyes with nice (if fake) boobs

- Very good customer service, they always reply to emails from my experience

- Videos available in two different sizes (LD and HD), also embedded as a flash video
- Photos downloadable as ZIP files
- Chica has her own Twitter page which is regularly updated
Cons:
- Not enough updates - averages out to one update every 10-14 days
- Older updates only have a single thumbnail preview (no gallery/flash video)
- Generally the softer side of HC, but plenty of hardcore sex in the archives
- Pre-checked cross sells on sign-up
Bottom Line:
This is a great website with plenty of content, a long history of updates. It has the positive qualities of a smaller website to keep me interested; good interaction from Chica and good customer service.
It also has the qualities of a major website, such as well-shot videos, good quality content, polished navigation etc. It also has years' worth of content.
When I first reviewed this website, it was updated once-a-week, with an apology/explanation if an update was running behind schedule, but while there are still regular updates, it's a bit more erratic - some updates are within a week of each other, but most are within 10 days, and several even longer than that (it's been 12 days at time of writing since last update). I think even an amateur website should aim to update every week.
To their credit, they're not misleading anyone - I don't think they promise weekly updates, and the previews are all dated, but it does mean that it's not as great value now for returning members.
I love BJs and softer stuff like that, and if you're the same as me then this website is really outstanding. If you like what Chica looks like from the previews, then you will love the website.
If you prefer harder stuff, then her website might disappoint, but she seems to listen and respond to requests, and there's so many years' worth of content that for a one-month membership there should be more than enough to whet your appetite.
Navigation-wise, it's very much like a blog. The website preview is good in that it allows you to see how often Chica updates her site, so it's clear even before joining that it's always updated.
Each update will have a short written synopsis about the update, plus an embedded flash video which you can now skip to any point within without it fully loading (much like Youtube). Older updates don't have this functionality so you have to wait for the entire video to load.
The embedded video is good in that you can skip through it to see whether the video is worth downloading.
There are three different options for downloading videos: for the iPad (M4V, approx 125-150mb), Low Def (WMV, approx 75-100mb) and High Def (WMV, approx 300-350mb). File sizes given next to the download link.
For the majority of updates, there's also a thumbnail gallery with anything from 30-100 pictures. Some galleries are a bit small, some are fine, but photography is always top-notch. All galleries are downloadable as a ZIP. If you click the pictures, you get a larger version of the picture (approx 800px), but the full size ones are only available if you download the ZIP.
All updates are navigatable in a blog format with each update essentially being a post. You can click on tags underneath the update to see similar updates, so you can see all Facials, BJs etc.
Older updates unfortunately just have a short text intro and a thumbnail preview of the video. It's not a huge problem (many sites still ONLY have this) but obviously it comes as bit of a shock having been so spoilt elsewhere.
Now and again Chica will have guest videos which are generally the same kind of fayre that Chica offers. There don't seem to be as many of these lately, but you can find them easily when you browse the different genres anyway.
If you want a website that is high quality with an amateur feel, then Chica's Place is hard to beat. The slower update schedule takes the shine off an otherwise extremely polished website. Hopefully it will find its stride in this respect soon.
You really need to post more detail in your reviews. I'm not sure what to think of the site as you say there's only 10 pictures per set, yet the webmaster says there's tens of thousands of pictures.
Update schedule a bit more erratic than it used to be
Have rejoined Chica's website. It's still amazing but the update schedule isn't quite as sharp as it used to be. I would say updates average about once every ten days, as opposed to weekly.
I'm not sure Chica promises weekly updates, and all updates are dated in the preview area, so it's not like they're deceiving you, but thought it important to point this out as my review said at the time that updates were pretty much always weekly with Chica apologising on the rare occasion they weren't.
Out of the last ten updates, four were posted after a week, four were posted after 9-10 days, and two after 13 days' wait.
Everything else about her website is great, so hoping she can get back onto weekly updates soon.
I can see why a website would moderate comments, but I think reactive moderation would be better where the webmaster is notified of new comments published and can remove them if they're objectionable.
The strange thing is that looking at the reviews here, Evil Angel looks like a great website, so I can't believe they get much in the way of negative comments anyway.
One PU member said in their review if you don't write anything generic and flattering they won't approve it, while another has said they have written comments but none have appeared. I suspect they have comment moderation on (sensible...) but don't ever check the comments left (...not so good!)
Very rarely, ie, when they ask (sometimes when you leave a site, you get an email), or if I'm emailing with regards to something else, if I like the site I'll use that opportunity to tell them.
I suppose it's all about role play, but for me it never adds anything to the video and normally takes away from it if the acting is done with any form of conviction.
I voted other, as I believe good scenes can be shot in all of those examples, although I have seen bad examples of each of them, too.
With a good mic and sound balance, I don't think the noise of a running shower has ever been intrusive to the point it has bothered me. The worst aspect from shooting in the shower is that it's quite confined and often limiting in terms of camera angles etc, but some of my favourite scenes have been shower scenes.
Outside - yes, often blighted with bad lighting, but I have seen some fantastic examples of outdoor scenes where the lighting has been fantastic. I think scenes outside give a feeling of jeopardy and again, a lot of my favourite scenes have been outdoor.
Bedroom is a bit unoriginal, but what it lacks in originality it makes up for in versatility. Lots of scope for interesting angles etc, easy to set up good lighting etc.
Old warehouse - must admit this is probably the rarer of the locations listed, but sometimes I think the contrast of natural beauty in terms of the model vs industrial ugliness is a nice contrast. I would say poor lighting is often more of an issue in warehouse shoots than outdoor shoots. I think there's something quite appealing about a beautiful girl against a desolate backdrop, it's also quite easy to lose yourself in the fantasy of it, too.
Nope, nobody else uses my computer, and I guess most passwords can easily be hacked if people are really that desperate to get onto my computer which has nothing particularly of interest to anyone on anyway.
The 50,000 pics claim will probably include her older site, although haven't double-checked those details I must admit. Will probably join her site if I get the necessary clearance (!) in a month or so - fingers crossed I can save the content.
Oh good - hopefully I will receive the necessary clearance from Ann Angel to actually join her site, then I will do a comprehensive review! Will wait for a month-or-so until there's more content on there.
Seems that her site has now opened for business now, but it says each account will be individually verified:

Hard to tell whether it was just the preview that was out of date, whether it was just representative of the member's content, or if there really haven't been many videos in the last year.

Thanks for the great review. What are update schedules like? Nothing seems to be dated in the preview section and there's a Christmas tree in only the seventh video preview, so I'm thinking that there's only been six updates since Christmas?
Looks promising, but from what I can gather there's not any HC action on it yet. Definitely worth keeping an eye on, though.
Also, apologies for my super-vague review on the left, I reviewed it a while ago before I realised/appreciated how in-depth the reviews here should be - I should have used the comment section for my thoughts really.
If there's a discount, I would consider it. But mainly no. I quite often let my membership lapse into a second month, but would normally take a month-or-so off and then rejoin once there's more content.
I tend to like smaller amateur websites rather than huge networks, so there's not the volume of updates to normally make it value for money.
It depends. If it's just one image tucked away somewhere, I'd probably give it the benefit of the doubt, but if there's more than one, or it's in an obvious place etc, I would be quite cynical about the website as there could be links to galleries not working once inside.
