An excellent thorough review as usual rearadmiral. I'm not normally into the wierd insertions, gyno and fisting stuff the models get up to here but as you say the models are so hot and the quality of the photos top notch that i'm prepared to overlook those issues for this site. Not had a membership here for about two and a half years though so maybe time for a revisit soon. A shame if they've removed a lot of the pre 2007 stuff but luckily i grabbed most of that on my last visit.

Some of these are not really cons for me but may or may not be for others depending on your personal preferences:
Unfamiliar billing processor but no problem with the cancellation process for me.
Content may be too softcore or too artistic for some tastes.
No file sizes listed for zips or video downloads
Those with a slow connection or struggling for disk space might be disappointed at the lack of a zip option for the smaller sized photo sets.
Many of the photo updates are years old recycled sets simply re-released in a larger size. (These photo sets usually have a maximum resolution of 1600px)
The sequence of photos in some sets seems mixed up.

This is the site of glamour photographer J.S.Hicks who has been taking photos of beautiful women since way back in the 80s and whose work has been associated with names such as Playboy and Penthouse. I’ve been a member here a couple of times before but not since 2006 and although I’ve been a big fan of his photography certain issues with the old site such as the DRM and meagre download limits as well as constantly recycling old photo sets as new updates had put me off going back until now when I was tempted back by the special offer price of $9.95 for a month Thankfully the DRM is long gone and I didn’t hit any D/L limits but I did recognise that many of the photo updates are recycled enlarged versions of sets I’ve already downloaded prior to 2006.
Ignoring the recycled sets I did manage to find plenty of new models and content which have been added in the last 5 years since I’ve been away. The site now boasts a collection of over 800 models and I found many of my favourites here including Ariel, Faye Valentine (Reagan), Georgia Jones, Jana Jordan and Shay Laren to name a few. They have a well organised model index where you can easily find all the photos and videos of your favourite models or you can simply browse photos or videos separately and sort them by date order or ranking. The content is also tagged with some of their dozen different category listings such as Dreamgirls, Young & Fresh, Toy Lovers, Girlfriends or Ethnic if you wish to search the content via a specific niche and you can refine your model search within the niche by hair colour, boob size or shaved/bush/landing strip. You can also rate the models and create a favourites list.
The photos here have more of an artistic feel to them than your usual glamour site often making use of natural light and shadows to create some dramatic effects. Also they don’t go overboard with the airbrushing so the pictures tend to have a more natural feel to them than the artificial looking glossy pics you get at some glamour sites. Overall I was highly impressed with the quality of the 3000px photo sets. The only slightly annoying thing for me was that sometimes the sequence of pictures seems muddled and doesn’t always run in the expected order from clothed to naked. A prime example of this is the July 1st update of Malena Morgan, she starts off wearing a sexy white see through lace dress with matching bra and panties underneath, picture 27 the dress is off and she’s removing the bra, pic 29 the bra and dress are back on again. Pictures 52 and 53 she’s almost naked and removing her panties, pics 54 and 55 the bra, panties and dress are back on again. Is this the deliberate intention of the photographer? Surely not?….or is it just laziness on the part of the webmaster not ensuring the photos are uploaded in the correct order?
The site also has a collection of 787 videos to date, 407 of which come with an HD option. When searching the video library you are able to check a box to include only HD videos in your results if you so wish. Most of the videos I’ve watched so far range from around 8-12 minutes in length and usually feature the model in a slow sensuous striptease accompanied by music followed by masturbation session. As the model begins to pleasure herself the music fades away so you can hear her moans and groans. You can also find some videos featuring sex toy use and some girl/girl videos although these are in the minority here. The 1280x720 wmv option I chose had a bitrate of around 3400kbps. On average 8-9 new videos added per month as part of the daily updates.
Extra features include the Daily Word, over a thousand desktop wallpapers, backstage features, talent search, forum and a Twitter feed. Overall a highly recommended site for fans of solo glamour photography especially if you can grab one of their special join offers. If I go back in another 5 years I wonder if they will be recycling all those 3000px photos I just downloaded in a bigger size again? |

Somewhat likely if i know its a site with enough content and updates to keep me interested more than a month and there's a decent saving on the monthly rate, I keep looking at Eva's Garden and thinking the 6 months for $48 compared to 1 month for $28 is a bloody good deal. Last annual subscription i bought to G18 Spot for $99 didn't really work out as the site stopped updating after 6 months and then disappeared offline about 4 months before my subscription ended.

I'd certainly love to see a review on this site if you do take the plunge. Jana is one of my favorite models and i'm actually quite tempted by that Jana Rocks site despite your low rating of it as i don't mind non nude/tease content for a change if its a really hot model and the chance of adding 60 odd photo sets of Jana to my collection is quite tempting. Also the fact you get 10 solo sites for the price with some other cute teens makes it quite enticing. If i remember correctly i think the first time i discovered Jana was as a non-nude model on Next Door models where she had 10 photo sets dated around 2006, damn she looked so cute back then.

I own 3 but only 2 of them are for porn storage. The third one i don't use for porn now is a very old 160 GB one bought many years ago when that seemed like a lot of storage so i just use that for backing up personal photos and files now. My Iomega 1.5 TB drive is down to the last 300 gig now so will soon have to look out for a new one.

The videos were certainly included on LSG Models when i was there last year with the videos only site being a cheaper option if you didn't want the photos. Looks like they're focusing more on photo updates now as only 7 new videos this year according to the tour, last year the updates would alternate between a photo set and a video. Have to admit i didn't like this site as much as Breath Takers or Petites Parisiennes and found the quality a bit amateurish.

Thanks Otoh. I'd almost forgotten how much i enjoyed the public pics until i rediscovered that interest with the photoshoots out and about in Paris on Petites Parisiennes last month. In the same way here the sets have varying degrees of daring, some are bordering on non-nude, other sets you might just get a boob flash or a sneaky shot up the models skirt while some sets are a lot more daring.
I really don't understand the point of the download restrictions, after all 300 zips per day is more than enough to download the entire picture collection within a month so if i've paid my 35 bucks i'm only going to download each set once so why should it make a difference to the site if i do it in 2 or 3 days or spread it over the month, still equals the same amount of bandwidth overall and at that price i certainly wouldn't want to stick around longer than a month.

Luckily they recently increased the charecter limit for the bottom line otherwise i would probably have been sat here for a couple of hours trying to edit the review and decide which bits to leave out. MPL Studios is another one of those arty nude sites featuring a fine collection of 210 stunning young models over 90% of who originate from Russia and Ukraine. Although the ages are generally not given I would say the majority of them look 18 to early 20s so its really a site for fans of the skinny small to medium breasted Russian teen look. The photo collection is the main emphasis here with the photo sets outnumbering the videos by almost 10 to 1. Some of the most popular models here such as Alisa, Anya and Maria have an incredible amount of content with well over a hundred photo sets each.
The site’s navigation allows you to browse the collection by updates (year and month listing), a separate page for the videos or via the model directory. I have to admit I found the layout of the model directory a little odd. The models are spread over 18 pages and it seems to be in no particular order. There’s no option to sort the directory either alphabetically, by date added or by rating so if like me you like so go through the models alphabetically then the easiest way to browse the site is to select the model you want from the drop down menu in the search engine and from that models page you can browse through to the next model’s page in alphabetical order. There’s also a basic search function allowing you to search the models by country, hair colour, eye colour and breast type but quite honestly I found all the models beautiful here and just wanted to go through the collection and download the photo sets of every one of them. Those who are more selective might bemoan the lack of a more advanced search option allowing you to search the photos by type such as indoor/outdoor location, clothing/plain nude or even the ability to search content by a certain photographer.
The photography here is of a high standard and the photos always look sharp even at the highest 3000px resolution with good colour and excellent lighting and often feature the models in stunning outdoor locations. There’s a variety of shoots ranging from plain nude shoots to partially clothed and also some public flashing in city locations such as St. Petersberg which I really enjoyed.
The videos here are certainly more interesting and erotic than the usual “girl standing around being photographed” type of videos you get on these nude art sites. You’ll find some intimate masturbation scenes and some passionate two girl scenes in amongst the collection. The videos are generally around 5 to 6 minutes long and usually feature some soft background music but you can still generally hear the models moans and groans over the music.
The only other thing worth mentioning is that you also get access to free public live cam shows and if you like one of MPL’s most popular models Liliya there’s a link to join her solo site with a $10 discount.
The only problem I encountered with the site was managing to get myself locked out by day two of my membership despite reading and paying attention to their download restrictions of only 2 zips at a time so I had to email the site like a naughty school boy to find out what I’d done wrong and request to be reinstated. Apparently I had breached their download limit of 300 zips in 24 hours which I knew nothing about because at the time it was not included in their terms of use which I pointed out to the webmaster. Anyway the reply was prompt and courteous and they even added 2 days to my membership for the inconvenience and when I checked back at the terms of use a couple of days ago I noticed they’ve now updated it to include the download limit so at least they are being upfront with potential customers now.
Overall an excellent site for lovers of softcore nude photography which I thoroughly enjoyed and was tempted to score in the 90s but the higher than average price and annoying download limits and restrictions just took the edge off it slightly so I’ll settle for an 88. |

Welcome to PU and thanks for the review. Same as you i'm a pictures guy and i've been tempted by the models here for many years but never got around to joining because from what i've seen of their photos on TGPs or forums I get the impression the photos here are just a side show to the videos, I suppose the clue is in the title of the site First Time Video Girls. And with regional pricing making the price 35 bucks for me i just can't justify paying that for what i believe is a below par photo collection

I had a similar thing a few years ago where i joined a site and within 2 minutes of logging in i knew it was a complete rip off and a waste of money so did a similar thing and asked CCBill for a refund. At first they refused so i then threatened to call my credit card company and dispute the charge and they immediately agreed to the refund. Only downside was next time i went to join a site through CCBill using that credit card i found it was declined so they obviously black listed it so they sure know how to bear a grudge but i just got out another credit card and away i went so no problem really.

The 3 processors i have used mostly are CCBill, Epoch and Segpay and i would be very cautious about joining any site that doesn't use one of those. I stay away from sites who do their own billing as i'm not sure i would want porn sites having my credit card details.

Hi elephant, I already had a membership at 88square and reviewed it here 3 months ago, although not specifically Japanese it was a very nice asian site but not quite up to the standards you get at sites like Met or MPL with the pics there maxing at 1280px but in the bonus video section there was a ton of hardcore Japanese movies and the ones i watched were uncensored.

I've never joined a purely Japanese site before mainly due to the fact i'm not into hardcore but i do find Japanese women very beautiful and if i ever came across a MET style softcore/glamour photography site featuring Japanese women i would surely join at some point although i would probably find it frustrating if the best bits were pixelated.
