Non-mainstream actor compensation Whattaya think earnings are for non-mainstream actors, male and female? Do foreign studios, i.e., Japanese, European, pay as or nearly as much as in the US? Or is it such a broad question that defies an answer? And no, I'm not looking for a second career. | |

I THINK US BIG-NAME ACTORS ARE THE HIGHEST PAID. BUT SOME CHINESE SUPERSTARS ARE MAKING BIG BUCKS AS WELL. BUT NON-MAINSTREAM ACTORS CAN GET PAID VERY LITTLE, WHETHER IN THE US OR ELSEWHERE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SECOND CAREER, YOU NEED A BIGGER AND BETTER IMAGE/WHAT-EVER-YOU-CALL-THE-PHOTO-YOU-CHOSE, SOMETHING THAT WILL COME ACROSS AS SUPERMAN-LIKE, HERO OF THE SOUND AND STAGE.  MY OWN PHOTO SUGGESTS I AM THE NEXT JAMES BOND.  | |
