Just a heads-up this site seems to be merging with bang.com. So far it seems to just be a bang.com clone; previous videobox content seems to just be disappearing. As a subscriber to both sites, I received no notice of this, so I don't think they mind double-billing us and taking away content. The new site is buggy so far, and none of the cancelation options work, but I was able to have them cancel my subs very quickly via support chat. I canceled everything, including bang.com, to give them time to work out the bugs, and because I don't like being baited and switched.
This site has become a video for video clone of Bang!.com. I have both pages open side by side and have scrolled multiple pages and they are completely identical.
I am too lazy to do another full review, but this should be suffice. VideoBox was once a great site and in ways still is, but I havent joined in years and this is the first time Ive joined them in over 5 years. I looked at the previews and non-members page and it says they offer alot of movies from certain studios, but when you actually join, they only have a small fraction of what they claim. Not sure if they once had alot of these movies up and deleted them and never updated the page, or if they are flat out lying. Whether its laziness or dishonesty, its still false advertising. Do not simply go by what it shows on their previews, because alot of it is lies.
I will say that its probably a little of both. I know they deleted a bunch of stuff they used to have. I get copyright stuff can cause this, but it still drags the site down. It honestly seems like there is just as much content on this site now as there was 10 years ago....as opposed to 10 years more content, because they have deleted so much. They deleted some stuff and reposted it again as newer, which I hate. Very shady.
Bottom line, this is still not a bad site, I guess, and its a solid price, but like many of these porn sites today, VideoBox isnt even remotely close to what it used to be.
There is no option for joining at less then $30.00 and when you do join it is impossible to cancel as the phone number listed is not in operation and they give you a run around by Email. I may have to cancel my credit card to shake these crooks!!!
This used to be a great site with plenty of movies for a decent price. But, as the industry changed, VB got left behind. This site used to offer videos that were only a few years old, for cheap. It was like the neighborhood $1` theatre for porn. No more. Now it only offers those type of videos if you pay an additional fee for various "channels" from other websites. This can get super expensive very quickly. And those channels are only offering select older films from their websites. Its good advertising for them, not much of a deal for you.
The movies that come with the basic subscription on VB now are mostly the type of movies offered as a free bonus on other websites. Plus they don't even have most of these older films. Some of the older porn stars from the early aughts- I find more of their videos on the free bonus section of other websites than on VB. That's probably because VB is holding them back their videos as they recycle the same old movies to make it seem like they are obtaining and releasing new material.
Save your money, VB is now mostly a ripoff. So sad, because it was once, great.
The price seemed right. Eight dollars a month if I subscribed to Bang Prime for a year. Exciting because last time I was there everything went well. But now Bangbrothers is rearing its ugly head. I have an email in my inbox informing me of a short time subsciption to a site (TUSHYRAW) I have never heard of! No biller listed. I had best get in touch with them before I get charged for something I don't want! I quickly send an email to TUSHYRAW and tell them to unsubscribe me immediately. Answer: “do it through the biller. We have no control over financial matters.” Who the heck is the biller, I got no confirmation of subscription from anyone. Hey, what's this? I notice that my reply from TUSHYRAW was answered by BLACKED Support. What is going on? I must have got another subscription I wasn't aware of. Quick email to the address that is actually tushy etc. I get informed, once again with a return address of BLACKED support, that they don't know anything about a site named BLACKED but that they have cancelled tushyraw. Finally I go to the Bang site itself where they tell me they can't do anything about the situation, but at last I finally get the address of the biller and the subscription is cancelled with complete refund! Finally Peace! Except for the 70 odd spam emails I receive shortly after subscribing to Bang. I quickly find out that my email address was sent to every high interest lender in the country. 90 percent reject me because my name doesn't show up in any credit check (naturally, this is a fake address) and then sneak in one who will gladly finance me. Why do I suspect all those negative mails were meant to steer me to the one who can't wait to do a good deed!
So, if you are bored, like lots of negative excitement, love spam, this is the site for you!
I am confused by the membership options on this site. For example on the main page there buttons for B!Originals, Prime, and Channels. Under Channels there are Bang Channels and Premium Channels. Under Prime there are many studios listed.
My question is, are there separate membership levels for these options? If so what is the cost of those options?
Lethal Hardcore is listed under prime. Is that included or is there an upcharge once I join?
Just wondering is the channels yngr and real teens are included with membership. They are not listed in the channel list or even in the premium list so if any curent member could answer it would be greatly appreciated.

Just a brief update. . . Over the last 6 weeks, VB has DELETED over 7,000 DVDs.. . . And, apparently, they are REPOSTING them all as "NEW RELEASES, LOL. . . Every one of their "NEW RELEASES" from the last 6 weeks has been AT LEAST 10 years old. . . Sad to see this once-great site swirling down the bowl
For Videobox members wondering what happened to me - They started to arbitrarily delete some of my comments. . . When i questioned them. i received no response that made any sense. . . They then removed my commenting privileges, forcing me to cancel. . . If you were a fan of my work, a huge cancellation deluge (with the reason specified) would do my heart good/
I click the link to get the discount. I paid and the biller was RocketGate. There is no cancel link or button anywhere on bang or Videosz. I wrote to support and I got this stupid reply:

I never received an e-mail confirmation for my subscription. And now they are giving me the runaround. After that, those same people complain about torrent and piracy. Well they ask for it don't they. I hope this forum will be able to fix my problem and cancel my subscription.
The short version... I have a "cancel" email from VideoBox dated 1/17/17. I have not accessed this site since that date. Two weeks ago VideoBox contacted me to say that I no longer have access to that site because the credit card is no longer valid.
Isn't that a hoot. They have billed me almost $400.00 since they sent me the cancel email in 2017.
Of course they are not answering the phone or my emails. In the meantime the bank says they can only refund the last 3 months.
I point this out to everyone to learn from my mistake. Even with a cancellation email proving I'm in the right... you can not count on "the system" to work correctly or to fix things when it goes wrong.
I had been talked out of believing that Bang Bros. was behind Videosz now, until I checked my credit card. I had cancelled the same day I subscribed and after a lengthy exchange of emails was finally told grudgingly: Okay, you're cancelled!
And now I just noticed that the biller has charged me for August as well as September. Just got off a chat that took forever and the "best they could do for me" was to let me have this month because according to them I was already subscribed and then cancel after that. That's not what I wanted. I wanted a refund since I didn't bother going to the site for months. But they insisted on copies of all the emails we exchanged at the beginning of the original subscription and my email doesn't keep them that long. ECHST.NET itself does not keep copies so I was stuck with a compromise. Beware of ECHST.NET!!! Friends, don't be like me, check your credit cards regularly and thoroughly, a small amount can easily escape your notice.
I was disturbed to find out that Videosz is now associated with Bang.com. I am so scared of the past unethical billing practices of Bang Bros. that I don't dare use my subscription. One wrong click and I might find myself subscribed to a site I didn't want. They might have had a change of heart in the meantime but my fear of having to cancel account after account that I had never subscribed to runs too deep. They are more than welcome to close down my account which has over three weeks left. A shame since I used to love Videosz. All the promotional sales on the site turned me off as well.
Unsurprisingly I suppose, I didn't receive my refund. It was supposed to have been sent, but of course they can't understand why I haven't received it.
I mailed Segpay with the following message "Dear Customer Service,
This money has still not arrived. If it does not arrive tomorrow I shall presume it has been stolen and notify the bank and Porn Users accordingly. It looks as though you had absolutely no intent of issuing a refund for money that was stolen from me. Stolen because you and your associates gave my details plus password to a separate company which presumably allowed a hacker access to my debit card. Or does this happen all the time because it is good for business, as people are unwilling to complain? Well I certainly am. I shall pursue this to the end one way or another, even if I have to change bank and cancel my cards, just to make a point about your company."
They replied "If the refund is not in your account until now we will make a follow up to our upper management further assistance."
I understand customer service are just flak takers for dishonest and disreputable management so I didn't say "tell "upper management" (sic) to curtail their afternoon blow job, and get off their fucking arses and do something about it." No, I just told them I have contacted my bank and lodged a complaint, which they have noted.
The bank tells me I am unlikely to receive the money if I haven't received it by now, so on Friday I can start the process of trying to get my money back.
How many thousands and tens of thousands does this happen to? Most are not going to do anything about it, so multiply 5-10 dollars times 5000 for a nice yearly little earner. You get the occasional awkward bastard like myself, but generally it pays to do what they are doing.
This is my first review or comment for several years, and sadly it isn't to commend brilliant customer service, or outstanding quality, no it is to report a fraudulent charge on my card.
I received one of those emails about congratulations you have signed up to live cams when I hadn't, because I never use them. Whenever I receive one I cancel immediately, even if they are free, because I have heard about very dodgy behaviour before on here. Those free cams sites you don't want to join, end up charging you for services you never use.
Strangely enough when I first went to live chat to close down the account that I never signed up for in the first place, they told me the account was already blocked. Then I found a mail which notified me of a charge for $6.54. I immediately cancelled Videosz, and told both Segpay and Videosz/Bang, why I was cancelling. I insisted on a refund.
Segpay have told me they are sending it to top management (lol) and will have to wait 2 days for it to be settled, but I have also heard from "Alison" at Bang, who told me the cams thing is free but you can only authorize payments yourself, so I wouldn't receive a refund, which is very strange because I never use cams sites, found myself signed up to a free cams site, and then charged for something I had never used.
I contacted my bank who told me the charge was "pending." I can only dispute the charge once it has been processed, and then it looks like I will have to cancel my card, as these people cannot be trusted. I have mailed both Segpay and Videosz/Bang to tell them what I am doing.
Look folks, I know you're in a dirty business, but you are dealing with someone who hates being ripped off or cheated. I'll happily donate $100 to charity for a worthy cause, but try to rip me off, and I don't mind in the least yelling, kicking, screaming, and giving my bank and credit card company all the gory details, purely on principal. Don't fuck with me.
Late edit addition - Now it seems there was an illegal access of my account. They managed to block most of the charges and are going to refund the rest. Alison at Bang ended up helping me, but the problem is being signed up for something you didn't want in the first place. It's one more thing to go wrong, one more organisation with your details. The end result is VideosZ/Bang and Segpay now have one customer less because of greed.
I recently got an alert that someone had tried to access my Streamate account. Since I've never even heard of Streamate I looked into this and had the account canceled. When the cancelation confirmation came through, there was a simultaneous cancelation for something called Banglive. They will not confirm this but it's clear that the Streamate/Banglive accounts were set up by Bang.com without my consent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do not trust this company with your payment information, as they are clearly using your data without your consent.
I posted the comment below a couple of days ago and I'm happy to report that the people at Bang responded quickly and fixed the problem. They determined that my previous membership had been hacked so the cancelled that membership and refunded the cost.
Thanks to this, Bang just went up in my opinion. Other sites could learn from them.
I've joined Bang several times since they opened and haven't had an issue with them before this. I joined on July 6, 2018 and then cancelled any recurring charges on August 1, 2018 using the cancellation form on their site. In the past they billed through Epoch but this last time I don't recall the biller but it wasn't Epoch and the join email doesn't give any billing information.
On August 22, 2018 I had a charge from ECHST.NET on my card. (Exotics4me reported the same issue earlier.) A search of that site's database shows that this is a recurring charge for Bang. But based on what exotics4me reported this may actually be coming from another site - though I tried my old membership and it seemed to be active. It also seemed that in exotics4me's case Bang wasn't at fault either.
I like Bang and will rejoin but only if I can join through Epoch. If you want to join and don't get routed to Epoch you should watch your CC statement.
I've emailed Bang's support staff and I'm confident this can be resolved.
For the life of me I cannot see how this site gets the marks it does. The majority of "new" vids are extremely old and being re-cycled and the rest use very poor quality "girls". I can go through page after page and not see a video scene that I would want to download. It is a triumph of quantity over quality.
Over the last few days it has become increasingly difficult, and now impossible, to access this site. You either get the error code 503 or "waiting for...." - the last never arrives. I deliberately waited today for over an hour - and nothing. I don't know what is going on, but thought you should be warned.
So, the problem I had with three recurring charges, originally thought it was two, turns out to be some kind of payment/biller issue. Echst.net showed my only active account as bang live but Bang's support said that account was a pay as you go, not a recurring monthly charge. They helped me out by providing me a chat link to echst.net's support. From there I chatted with a support member who noticed that the charges were coming from one of the Met Art sites. I haven't been a member on one of those Met Art sites since last year. There doesn't seem to be an answer of how it happened but the support member closed the account and refunded me the three charges, so very good support but once again, the concern of using a bank card or credit card comes back into my thinking.
The main advice I can share is check your bank statements. At least the billers seem to be fair and willing to work with you.
Just a word of warning that this site uses pre-checked cross sales tucked away in small type. I really wish these sites would focus on getting our money via a strong product, instead of hoping we don't notice that they're stealing it from us. Sleazetastic.
I just signed up for Vixen.com (for $10 since it is small) and unchecked the offer for bang.com ($1 for 3 days then $29.95 a month). Even though I unchecked the option, I still got charged. Fortunately, they bill through Epoch and I was able to cancel immediately. Still, I have to warn everybody that these guys are using deceptive practices to charge you for sites you don't want.
As of July 9th 2016 there have been no updates to the Vivid "channel" so if you have joined this channel before this date then save your money. After rejoining this site I am really disappointed. The quality of the new videos is really poor, save your money and join the official sites of their channels and get the top notch videos you want instead of the out of sync audio and low quality "HD" stuff they offer.
