The site charges $7 per video. This needs to be changed.

Also, I tried to find the billing page but there is not one there. They need to get their act together.

Unfair Streaming Options

1)You cannot wind back and forth the stream and you can only choose between six scenes per video.

2)Furthermore each scene starts with a 40 second delay for the unnecessary intros (money for nothing so to say).

Conclusion:
Absolutely disappointing and annoying.
Thumbs down for this site.

Edit:
Not all videos have the intro for each scene. Especially the newer ones.

http://www.pornusers.com/browse_polls.html . For this purpose, I've took 10 completely random sites to see if there are chances they're "unethical".

Results of reviewing non-member area: according to TBP it is a clone of a well-established site, and looks pretty much like expected for such a site. It has everything needed for this kind of site: ability to search clips, purchases of time from $3.95 to $84.95, streaming/rental/download/XXX-to-Burn and so on.

Bottom line: while I'm not being fan of streaming and DRM, if you're ok with it, can be not too bad (especially considering "XXX to Burn" feature). Chances of being unethical are estimated as "very low".

$8/episode? What kind of price is it? Also you can get ONLY very old episodes, with new episodes still available ONLY for subscribing guys :-(.

Kink.com sites are well-known for their high prices (and high quality), but this is outrageous even for them. I don't see how anybody would want to go for this on-demand stuff (even assuming that it's DRM-free, which is most likely true).

They call their archives site "The Attic". Well... because I think the token system on D'Archives is RIDICULOUS & the Attic is $15 for a month & no rebilling, I took a shot at it.

Video quality is great. The MIDI files they play instead of live sound matches their token system - absolutely ridiculous! Equally idiotic is the need to enter your user name & password on each download. Download speed is horrible (150-180 k/s) with no use of accelerators allowed AND they limit you to one download at a time. All files - even pictures - come in zips with semi-cryptic names. Plus, you only get 3 preview thumbnails per set.

The videos are redundant as hell. To me, it looked like a masturbation site. What it turns out to be are a bunch of young women spreading their legs & playing with their vaginas. Yes - I said vaginas - it's almost that clinical looking. A few get a toy working, a few others decide to pee, some even have a friend with 'em. But, all in all, it's just boring as hell. The Attic is roughly 100 models, each with a few picture sets (some more than a few) & about 2/3 with a video or two. But it's all the same stuff. Raise the skirt or take of the pants, spread the legs...

So... because The Attic appears to be laid out exactly like the main site, I think it'd be safe to assume (despite the hazards of doing so) that it'd be no different in the main site. And for that, I think you'd be either very foolish or have more money than you know what to do with if you sign up there

I'm kind of a fan of small devices like iPod and I do like to watch porn on iPod from time to time (usually in half-empty train on the way home); quality on iPod is decent (and I hope that iPod shuttle will be even better), but I've never thought about using phone as porn viewing device. ABEN Does Not Have Tech Problems

I've been buying time on AEBN for at least 3 years and have never had a problem. The streaming videos always download at a good speed with little or no buffering.

I'm guessing the guy who's reporting tech problems would have problems on any VOD site.

Just my opinion for what it's worth.

Warning! Technical Issues to deal with!!

Lots of content, and seems to stream pretty quick, if not for the cons I listed, I would recommend.

Have to keep entering Password every time you want to view a different scene. Tech Support first said to disable cookies and temp internet files to alleivate problem which DOES NOT HELP!! Then they tell you to disable your firewall,and pop up blockers and also to disable any anti virus protection you have...To me it isn't worth it!!!

Don't bother, there are other sites as good as this and a whole lot less problems!!!

Sign up for ten adult websites at $24.95 and that's $249.50/mo! Buy 10 DVDs? That's almost as much. And that's just TEN movies, or ten sites, sometimes featuring only one girl. Or worse, only one girl doing only one thing (i.e., posing, or using toys, etc).

I usually buy about 120-200 minutes for $14.95-$19.95 (still less than the average adult site) which usually enough minutes for me for 3-4 weeks.

And with that, I can zip from one scene in one video to another video. Without having to either pay for two different adult website membership subscriptions, or buy/rent two different DVDs.

If you "rent" a video at this site in case you want to re-watch a video for a few days, you're still looking at less than what pay adult sites cost or what renting costs.

There might be cheaper VOD sites, but none with this selection.

$34.90 is the most I may have ever spent at HotMovies.com during a certain month. But in that time, I have accessed anywhere from 10 to 20 different titles. Assuming an even mix of DVDs and pay sites, I probably have saved at least $460!

I've done the math. This site is definitely a lot more affordable that has been claimed.

Without a doubt, most sites content and certainly DVDs offer content at much higher quality video than with the 512K streams coming from this site. But it's a GREAT way to test-drive sites for their content, or DVDs you're considering buying.

average download speed - no 1Mbit

I suscribed a few days ago and the download speed is not as announced. Mostly i have only 200 - 400 kbit/s. Viewing "1Mbit-Downloads" is not possible. Viewing "High-Speed"-Downlaod is only 320x240 Vidoesize with 350kbit.
this is not acceptable for this price.

Highest bitrate available for a VOD site

I use this site for their 7-day-download at $9.95. The bitrate is the highest I have found, at 2048kbps, the quality is excellent.

They are in the mid-range price, as far as VOD goes, but the quality of the movies makes them better than other PPV sites.

Some movies have a download and burn to DVD option (XXX 2 Burn), at $24.95 each. For a single DVD it works out the same as buying one and having it delivered, but you don't get the case and cover. For me, I may try this option for select DVDs that I want right away, but the price would hold me back from using it instead of ordering DVDs online for delivery.

Overall the site(s) is very easy to use and download speeds are acceptable. The key feature is the 2Mb bitrate quality on fairly new DVD releases.

I use DVD sites that have no DRM as well, but Hot Movies For Her has much more up-to-date movies, whereas other (no DRM) DVD sites mostly have DVDs that are very old and can be found in bargain bins anywhere.

The selection of studios and genres is huge, and I have found that for this type of PPV/VOD site the prices are the best on the internet.
