Pros:
Good collection of videos
Decent download speeds, I have been almost maxing my 7MB connection. I am not sure what the problem was with the guy that commented he was only getting 80kb/sec
Good price for the quantity of content
The site has a good organization concept, I liked being able to search by nationality. I don't think I've seen that anywhere before.
No DRM on videos

Cons:
Not many photos, if that is your thing. and most are screen caps.
Video quality is not always great. Most is 720x480, the older stuff is 480x360 or worse.
I don't think a lot of the content is exclusive, as most is pulled from DVDs or other old websites (BrunoB for example)
Some of the star facts are flat out wrong, but that isn't such a big deal I guess.

Bottom Line:
Overall I think it is a really good site. It had some hardcore stuff by Sophie Moon, Aneta Keys, Mia Stone and Eve Angel I hadn't seen before. Has a pretty good collection of porn stars from all over.
They could use some work on organizing it right, some stars info and nationalities are wrong. But I think (especially with euro stars) there is a lot of conflicting info out there.
I believe if you go to pornstarnetwork.com you can preview the whole site before joining (like videobox).
Definitely worth joining for a month, especially for $19.99

Pros:
-Great niche sites

-Frequent updates
-Option to bookmark your favourite scenes, stars and sites
-Decent price

Cons:
-Video quality isn't amazing by any stretch of the imagination.
-Some scenes don't have the full download option
-The odd hiccup here and there (cannot delete certain scenes from my favourites)

Bottom Line:
Honestly, I can't find much to complain about. I tend to enjoy these multi-site networks and while I have certainly really enjoyed others (Naughty America is FANTASTIC and Brazzers is really good as well), this one just stands out above the rest. Admittedly, I think I mainly like the range of niche sites, the sheer amount of content available and, of course, the content itself is smokin' hot.

I am admittedly a huge cumshot/facial fan, so having Sperm Glazed, Load in My Mouth and the UNBELIEVABLE Cover My Face here was worth the money...and then some. If you like cumshots/facials/bukkake, Cover My Face is worth it alone.

Honestly? I love this site so much, I don't ever want to leave and that's the highest compliment I can give.

Pros:
Great value for money, a lot of content for a low price with a $10 discount for TBP users, resulting in a $19.95 a month sign up fee.
A lot of exclusive content.
No DRM.
No download limits.
No regional discrimination, meaning those of us in Europe are treated equally and do not get ripped off.
Good download speed.
Newer videos are of good quality and can be downloaded whole, rather than small segments. But you can choose between either whole or segments.
A variety of download speeds and therefore quality.
A good variety of vanilla porn sites.
There are pics which can be zip downloaded, although they are not of great quality.
There are quite a few daily updates overall. It's just some sites are basically dead, with no new updates at all.
Once you sign in you do not have to resign in to each separate site, although there is a series of 5 letters you have to fill in every time you visit the site.
Quite good camerawork in that there aren't too many gynaecological close ups.

Cons:
Some really large and irritating watermarks.
The only real amateur site "BrunoB Reloaded" uses condoms for every scene.
Some of the sites are very small.
Some of the sites have little or no updates, nor state when the last update was.
Some of the videos do not have all the scenes available so are not really complete videos.
Some of the older videos do not have complete scene downloads, so they have to be downloaded in 5 minute segments.
Some of the sites are just single model sites.
Some of the sites are just multi sites of the same porn star. For instance Lex Steel.
Some of the material is very samey and there is nothing particularly high class and outstanding.
The photos are low quality, and just vid caps but can be downloaded in zip form. Some of them are very blurred and of low quality. What's more I found some did not unzip totally so I had to download manually. I really do not think the site would appeal to photo fans.
A few too many tattoos and fake breasts.

Bottom Line:
IMO, this isn't really a network, more a series of videos, of which there are plenty. According to BrainPass the figure is 8420 videos and 912 photo sets. I haven't counted them personally but have no reason to dispute their figures.
There is a lot to see and download here, but some of the sites can't even be called sites.
For instance, at the count I made today (my last day of membership - 28 May 2009) "Silverstone Video" only has 107 videos,"The Lucky Man" only has 15, and "Doghouse Digital" only has 41. If that constitutes a "site," then I'm a gay Dutchman, and Drooler is my bitch. It's a bit like going to one of those DVD sites, and instead of referring to them as DVD's or videos, they call them sites instead.
There are WMV streaming segments at 700 kb/sec. I tried these and found them to be reasonable quality.
There are low quality WMV videos at 56 or 128 kb/sec, and MPG videos of 350 kb/sec for iphone and ipod. I have not tried these.
High quality WMV downloads are at dimensions of 720x480 and a bit rate of between 2000 and even up to 5000 kb/sec.
High quality MPG downloads are between 600 and 1000 kb/sec, depending on the site.
Pic dimensions are 720x480.
Although there is a lot of content, the standard and look is very much of a muchness. There is no real high class or outstanding content.
There is no real fetish material, but I don't expect it on this sort of site, so I don't put that down as a "con."
For me the outstanding site is "FirstSexVideo." This may not appeal to some, because the review I read by mbaya is totally accurate. There is a lot of talk leading up to the sex scene, which is not particularly high quality given today's standards. But for me it's a really unusual site in that these are genuine first time models being interviewed, and having sex on camera for the first time.
"The Lucky Man" only has 15 videos but they are at least in the "group sex" category. The one drawback is that most of the girls really do look like veteran porn performers.
With most sites it's usually 3 to 5 minutes of build up, then it's clothes off followed by, as expected, oral, then straight sex, and sometimes anal. OutdoorBackdoor obviously specialises more in anal. They have the cum in mouth type sites too. The main thing is, apart from FirstSexVideo, most of the material is what you would expect. Apart from a few videos where the girls start off totally naked, you mostly have the usual 3 to 5 minutes for a build up. It's then down to action. The girls are generally reasonable looking, not necessarily first division, but maybe second.
Even though I have listed a number of negatives, I really quite liked this site overall. The pros and cons are very similar to a number of other networks. Nothing outstanding but nothing really negative. A lot of reasonable and enjoyable porn, which is quite good fun and gives you hours of viewing, and tons to choose from at a bargain basement pric

Pros:
-Supports download managers.
-Newest videos are 720x480, 2750kbps.
-No DRM or download restrictions.
-Easy navigation and search from the network site.
-Very big, you can even call it huge. I didn't see any numbers about exactly how much.

Cons:
-Many videos are clips only, with no whole movie downloads. No streaming option. Newest videos do have whole video downloads.
-States that all material is exclusive. See my review of the silverstonedvd.com site which has many of the same videos. I would love to hear an explanation.
-Updates are not dated. When looking at a site, you don't know how often you will get new material. The network has a listing of upcoming updates though. Most upcoming updates go to pornstarnetwork, another name for the brainpass network, not any individual site within the network.
-States voted best adult network. Takes the comment "Definitely one of my favorite networks out there for the exclusive content and great-looking sites" from Spencers review, then states the score was 10/10. Spencer gave it a 90.0. I didn't see any review by TBP that was 10/10.
I would really love to hear an explanation.

Bottom Line:
I see a lot of high scoring reviews, but my feelings about the network are more like Denner's than any other reviewer. There are a lot of sites, but many could easily be combined as they are about the same topic. Take silverstonevideo. The latest updates are on another site iwantlatina. There are several sites that are basically dead and have not updated in years. My impression of the videos is that although they have some interesting niches, such as tiny asses, you feel that you have seen all of this before. On the network a LOT of the material, maybe half overall, is not even from this decade. The navigation is simple and I really like the network's ability to search. However, within each site you cannot; there isn't even a list of the models. While many of the models are attractive, they are not so outstanding as to be a significant plus because many other video sites do as well or better. Overall this network is about quantity, not creativity. I didn't feel any of the individual sites was all that outstanding. I would even go further and say that many were below the levels of their competitions' comparable sites. While many videos had very good quality, I saw no HD or DVD level material on even the newest updates. The best you get is 720x480 2750 kbps. Nice, but not cutting edge. By the way, a nice plus is that the network does have lots of updates daily. Today there are 6 videos. On the other hand I saw not even one site that had outstanding quality photos-just screencaps. If you are a fan of Peter North, who has been around for years, or of Lexington Steele, who has also been around for years, you will like what they have here. However, does Lexington need 7 sites? Does North need 2? Do you need 7 sites for facial cumshots? My overall impression is that the network needs some new more creative concepts for their sites and better quality videos and photos. A real makeover could make this site much better. Overall I would rate this as an ok network, but not a strongly recommended one.

+ Videos offered in different sizes and either full scenes or segmented. Wmv & mpg formats
+ Ability to cross between sites without being reprompted for sign in.
+ Daily updates of 6-8 videos.
+ "Upcoming updates" feature
+ Good quality video (720 x 480 2000kb)
+ Low monthly price

Cons:
- No HD quality/widescreen movies
- Web site design a bit crude (though functional)

Bottom Line:
One thing that's baffled me about Brain Pass is once you enter the member area, you never see the brand, "Brain Pass" again! The umbrella site is called Pornstar Network and there are no sites in the network called Brain Pass.

Mystery name aside it is a great site, especially for the price! Brain Pass is one of those sites you can get lost in. You start browsing and you find a site or category that appeals to you and the movies in that one little slice of the site seem to go on forever.

With the the large amount of content and the great site navigation there truly is something for everyone -- and you can find it! They have solo girls, themed sites, fetishes, hardcore, softcore, Euro, American, you name it.

One feature I find useful is the "Featured site" on the Home page. It offers up one of network sites with a short description and the number of videos and photo sets. It changes with every page refresh.

To sum it up, Brain Pass is a great site!

Bottom Line:

I really like this site and enjoy many of the niches that they have. This is the third time that I have joined and it is better each time. I wanted a multi month memebership and it was between BrainPass and KickAss. KickAss raised the price, almost double. While BrainPass offered a GREAT DEAL with the yearly subscription.

I would suggest that sites start offereing the yearly option. They will get more money and less stress on the bandwidth. It is much tougher for me to join once a year and download EVERYTHING in one month for $24.95 than letting me download over the entire year. More money for you, $89, and less stress on the bandwidth and server.

Navigation could be more helpful, searches are not the best I've seen.

Bottom Line:
I first joined the Network through Cover My Face (earlier reviewed here), but have recently explored most of the sites. There are too many to explore quickly, so take your time and enjoy them.
It appears that the Network is either run by Brandon Iron or heavily influenced by him. He is on many of the sites as Director/Actor and many of his Canadian compadres comprise some of the other sites. I like Brandon and fellow Canadian, Peter North because of the more respectful way they treat their women and their compelling compulsion with cum.
I have read reviews here that have complained about the quality of the videos. Most of the videos I've downloaded have good enough quality. Let me explain:
Most of BP's vids are in 720X480 format. I can download these, record to disc and play them back on my HD upconverting disc player and HDTV and they look as good or better than any of the HD sites (In the Crack) on my laptop. In fact, if you have this equipment, try it out. You'll never go back to looking at porn on your laptop again.
Check out the sites: Big Wet Asses for some great anal vids, Heavenly Knockers and Lube My Tits for gread boobage, Cover My Face, Load My Mouth, Sperm Cocktail and Spermglazed for terrific cumshot action.

Pros:
A lot of selections and sites. My main reason to join was Melissa Doll and her Canadian starlets. The sites do have specific themes. One is a POV sites with Brandon Irons. Drawback is that Amy Reid, who is shown in the ad, isn't shown. Updates are every week, but on other sites. No Melissa or Cherry(well the last time I was there) Price is reasonable and customer service ok. They responded to my questions quickly.

Cons:
Website is erratic and has no control on your favorites. I have spent more time trying to delete some of my bookmarks than download anything. Most or haft for their video library is old(90s to early 2000). And some of their videos are in chapters. NEED AN EDITING SOFTWARE to edit chapters together. One or, if your lucky, two different formats. Pics are available, but not interesting where you can obtain them on other sites.

Bottom Line:
Its okay. Customer service provided and interactive chat is available.

lots and lots of videos still only have clips and they are bad quality not worth it. There were tons of videos I wanted but the bad quality was a major disappointment
download managers are a no no though u can download a good number of files at once with firefox which is atleast acceptable

Bottom Line:
Lots of cool content and it sure as hell beats buying DVD's. I would love to see the older videos being updated so the full scene can be downloaded in nice quality.

I believe this site is worth a look to add to your collection

At first, I have to say: The Network is very huge! I think there is content for anybody. (Lesbian, Gay, Anal, Cumshot and so on...) There are also different video options for highspeed or lowspeed connections! A negative aspect is that download managers dont work. It's a necessity today in my opinion. The updates are also irregularly. But there's a lot of content for everybody, some exclusive content also. When you get your login-data you login, and then you come to a big site that shows you all the scenes from over 50 sites. But for the first time, the navigation may be difficult. But the network is really worth a try!

Pros:
I found a few videos I havn't seen before and the squirt content is pretty good, access to Christina Young, Mellissa Doll, Cherry Potter etc.

Cons:
Bad navigation, overall old and uninteresting content, the video quality is pretty bad, even if the sites offers several options. The download speed is slow and there's a two connections limit.
Apart from the solo girls there's no real diversity (e.g 6 Lex Steele sites with the same content). The squirt sites are also quite dominated by Kreem and actresses like Cytherea and her followers. Almost none of my favourites actressess were to be found.

Bottom Line:
Out of date content, out of date site.
Only reason to join if you fancy those Canadian girls and/or like some squirt movies that you havn't already seen before.

BUT, ok, first:
Hugh amount of content - videos foremost
(nothing else in the pro-section)

Cons:
In spite of many good points elsewhere - TBP included - this site is simply boring - and what is worse:
This is 2008 and the quality of videos are between lousy and average. And most is OLD material.
The content of these socalled "different" sites in this socalled network are replica or maybe more like repetion - you,ll find the same videos in a lot of the sites here: What do you call that?
I call it bait for suckers like us!

Bottom Line:
Well, sorry again - but I'm getting fed up and bored with sites/networks like this - it's the same old thing over and over again. And poor/average quality.
Brainpass has gathered some sites that was on the way to the graveyard - why not let them die in peace.

Next: Ok, it's NOT only that I'm bored with the same old stuff - or the same old wine in new bottles - it's also lack of technical and erotic quality of videos here - which is mostly so blurred and only "wham-bam-thank-you-mam" that it's a travesty of fine erotica and fine porn.
The photos are not worth to mention.

Bottom Line:
BrainPass.com (aka PornstarNetwork.com) is a huge network of sites and they have almost every imaginable niche that is popular in the USA, and some European and South American content as well. You�ll find all of the big pros here as well as a number of lesser known exclusive pros - many based out of Montréal, Canada.

The network easily ports you to each site and back to the huge browsing site via a flash-based navigation bar that is on the top of every page. You can browse by niche, by site or by model - no matter how many different sites she appears on - and most scenes have useful descriptions. Layout is quite consistent across the board. No pop-ups and no ads.

The video quality varies quite a bit, from somewhat small MPEG (352 x 240) to pretty high quality WMV (720 x 480, no DRM). Generally you can download complete videos, though some videos are available only in 25MB segments.

Brain Pass has been getting some hard knocks for its limited download streams. There two tricks that make it useable, though perhaps still annoying. First is that each individual site has its own server, in theory you can have 50 downloads running simultaneously � so never browse only one site at a time. Secondly, turn off download acceleration on your download manager as that requires multiple streams from one server.

All in all � this is a well managed, enormous network that just keeps expanding and is worth regularly visiting.

Pros:
Huge Network
Many diferent models
Good Costumer Suport
Easy to navigate once you get used to it

Cons:
quality in most videos is patetic (20mb for a 4 min video, you get the idea)
Should have more download options, some videos are 700 mbs and then some are 20 mbs and splited, theres nothing in between)
BTW, the archive content, i would say 70% of it is non esclusive. I've seen it in other places and somehow w/ better quality

It does NOT suport Download Managers Witch pretty much ruins the whole experience considering the amount of material they got.

Bottom Line:
I first joined because i really like Amy Lee and wanted to get some videos of her, But it became so annoying to get those 20 mbs videos i had to quit.
Some sites do have propert quality vids but for most of their archive (which is about 80% of the content) is just split vids and quality sucks on them

The video options are in wmv ore mpg not always any option complete clip in one part. Quallity on vids arent bad but can get better.

all tho Ive seemed kinda negative in this rewiew I cant deny this is pretty good network, Its a big hardcore archive with both new and some a little older video clips and if you like facials heres plenty of them!!

You probably seen some of content elsewhere if youve surfed porn sometime are you new to it this probably a good place to join but even those tha surfed long can find this network good. Pros:
Alot of content

Cons:
Less than average video quality- Non exclusve content- Flaky performance when using a download manager- Presenting the illusion of having many different sites when merely splitting several dvds into several catagorys and then creating a web page representing that catagory

Bottom Line:
If you have never subscribed to a porn site before, then you just might get some jollies from this one, but if you want real value for the dollar-try VideoBox, Adult Movie Club, VideosZ or any of the other genuinely good ones out there. Brainpass deserves to be passed by!

Pros:
+Huge exclusive network for reasonable price
+Great pornsearch engine for male/female models
+2 or more clips added daily
+Lots of Canadian performers on board
+Polls asking you what you want to see
+Save your favorites
+Good Blog
+Decent Gay content for those interested in it

Cons:
-Pics are just standard, not high quality
-Most Full scene downloads are pixilated
-Many sites haven't been updated in awhile
-Handystuds needs more regular updates please
-It would be nice if they added more sites with
a reality theme. Try a female POV or mile high
theme for starts.

Bottom Line:
I rarely consider signing up to a site for 3 months.
Brainpass was well worth the money. Easy navigation,
good search network, file sizes and lengths are kept
at a nice short level.

Pros:
- Most everything is of average or better quality
- You get dozens of sites in this network that cover most niches
- Good value overall with clips that go back over 10 years since release to new material
- Updates daily
- Decent navigation for so much content

Cons:
- Enough with Peter North and Lex Steele! Five or six of the sites are of these two.
- Picture quality is average, very average 800 is the largest I have seen.
- Eventually, you will get lost, trying to navigate from one site to the next.
- Older videos, notably some of the best content on Sliverstone Video are cut into parts, no full scene downloads on those.

Bottom Line:
Last year, I would have gave this network a 90. I joined last month to see if things have changed any. My answer was "no". The site feels old. It is almost a mechanical like site, nothing ever that new or fresh comes along. There are some really great sites here, Silverstone Video is my personal favorite of the site, but there are over a dozen that I will rarely if ever even look at.

Too many similar sites, "Load my Mouth", "Sperm Cocktail", "Swallow Me POV", "Deep in Cream", "Cover my Face", "Peter's Cumshots". That is six sites that are all based around cumshots, put them on one site!

I understand that there is a crowd for gay and nude male porn, but those sites are not going to be any use to me, check it out, "Boys Casting", "Fuck that Twink", "Crotch Buffett", "More than a Girl" (shemale), "Barely Twinks" and "Handy Stud". That makes 6 sites that are no use to me or I would think 75% or more of their members.

Then we have Peter and Lex, "Club Peter North", "Lex on Blondes", "Lex POV", "Peter's Cumshots", "Lex Big Cock Movies" and "Lex Interracial". You combine these 3 groups and right there is 1/3 of their 50+ sites.

They are guilty of wanting that, "Our network has 50+ sites with it" tag. The score is still better than average because of Doghouse Digital and Silverstone. Eve Angel fans, there are 2 videos of Eve b/g on here, and they aren't bad since the guy is Lesley Taylor, who she is comfortable with. Overall though, it is not worth the money for me.

Cons:

Some sites repeat videos on other sites within network

Bottom Line:
No doubt one of the better sites on the web. Networks has a lot of content but for me too many model sites. Monthly price is about average for the amount of content. If you like the content choose the three month plan for $59.95.

Pros:
This site to me is one of the premier porn sites on the Internet. It is a network with a great deal of content. The video quality is usually excellent even in large screen. There is an impressive variety of content. This site pretty much has it all.

Something I really did like is that it is very easy to find videos of pornstars. They have quick and easy lists to search so you can find many of the biggest names in porn.

Cons:
Some of the sites are a bit older and don't update much if it all. Many of them, however, are pretty large and you can be entertained by these sites for quite a while.

The site is so vast it's almost overwhelming.

They lack a fetish site, or, a 'pee site' to be exact. But that's strictly a matter of taste for me.

Bottom Line:
This is an outstanding porn site. It's the best one I've ever subscribed to. I only subscribe to sites for a month at a time and I like to try many different ones out. This site, however, may be the best one I've ever encountered.

Pros:
- Huge variety of excellent content from Peter North, Brandon Irons, Bruno B, Lex Steele, etc
- Very well-integrated network - easy to see latest updates or search for stars

Cons:
- No "personality" like the reality networks (NA, Bangbros, etc) - pretty much straight sex
- Video clips could be smaller and thumbnailed
- Have started to get lazy about posting upcoming updates: used to have several weeks / months ahead
- Latest Peter North movies are being posted on ClubPeterNorth (a separate network)

Bottom Line:
This is an awesome network that grew out of Peter North's website and added some great content like BrunoB. Although they're not getting the latest Peter North stuff, they are posting some great new updates from Brandon Irons. Highly recommended for the new stuff and a huge collection spanning the past few years.

Pros:
- Lots of videos
- Lots of updates (you could check lastest and future updates)
- Lots of niches (22 sites, it's huge!). A very good choice for the variety
- You could save on your computer, no download protection
- You could personalize the interface, select yours favorites videos

Cons:
- Hundreds of old videos are cut in 3,4 perhaps 10 parts, there is not a full version
- Photo quality is really average
- Some sites are not updated since a very long time
- Some sites are useless
- Few porn stars,lots of newcomers

Bottom Line:
A excellent site for the quantity but "only" a very good site for the quality.
It's a network, each category of video is dispatched between the differents sites. But there is also generalist sites.
At the end it's a bit a mess. But the interface is very good and among the updates you must find your happiness.
For me the price is good
