Our connection is not limited, so the speed of 300k/s must been another issue, could you please try it again to see if the problem still occurs.

I don't know what images you're talking about exactly but when they are old they were probebably made with film and not digitally, a higher ISO is the reason for that grainy look.

Hopefully that has helped to clear some aspects of your review.

Quite disappointed...

I joined the site two weeks back, looking for some nice softcore photos and I must say that I'm a bit disappointed here:
- Download speed is limited to 300 k/s, with and without download manager. I tried contacting their support right in the beginning, but no reply.
- Lots of repetition (as Denner pointed out - I would even add a few exclamation marks to that). At times, it seems that they only have 3-4 models around, plus they use the same location over and over again - very unimaginative. In some of the galleries, I had a strong feeling of a deja vu.
- Older photos are partially of bad quality, photographically speaking. Unfocussed, grainy, overexposed (especially those sets taken outside). Doesn't look as if their QA really is working.

On the positive side, most of the girls do look nice and all in all, there's lots of content for TBP's special price. But definitely nothing 90-ish. Maybe 80, but definitely not more than that. If you look for better quality and more creative content, try femjoy.

This is a great softcore with a few girl-girl action, but this site has 3D photos (using anaglyph glasses) which is the first I've seen on any site. The videos are 1280x720 for the highest resolution and are in great quality. For the discount price on The Best Porn site compared to other porn review sites, this is the best deal.

mc-nudes now offers 3-D photos. You need 3-D glasses to get the 3-D effect, and I don't have 3-D glasses. But even the porn sites are now starting to jump on the 3-D wagon.
I haven't seen a 3-D movie since the 1950s, but I guess I will try to see one of the 3-D movies that are coming out now.
It's time for us to move into the space age, with 3-D vision and supercomputers and whatnot.

I'll try to answer this in my best english-language (but, ok - that's the deal here):

This is not a matter of respect/disrespect towards the girls/models. Neither Drooler or this user say anything about the girls "giving a shit".
If a model - (and in this case - quite a few) shows little or no interest during a video, it's probably NOT the model/girl - but more likely the photografer/director/producer ect. Some of the girls at MCN are at other sites too. And some doing a much better "acting" for the viewer.
But then again: Ok, we all got different taste - and other viewers find the style at MCN good....been a member 3-4 times - and I just find the videos more and more tame or "lame" - to use your own expression...

First let me the point that it's nearly impossible to hit anybodies taste with every release.

1. We have a lot of visitors, who exactly welcome this absence of ligtht. They say it has more imaginative power compared to a fully exposed girl. Unless these proponents we keep the level for this kind of sets to a minimum. The rare amount of sets like that shouldn't be a problem at all?

2. Is this something you only realised on MCN or is this a general problem. I have already passed this to our QA. We will discuss this for future prevention.

3. We have to check ourselves if the accumulation of "distanced" sets has been accumulated over the last periods. I personally agree with you, that distanced girls have a another kind of attraction that does not appeal to anybody.

Just to clear it out, in case of approval we will definetly change it real soon again.

Anybody is free to contact me in case of additional suggestions, questions, critics or praise. ;)

I'll be happy to give my constructive criticism right here.

First, regarding connectivity to the site, as I noted in my reply to Denner, that pretty much ceased to be problem. It had been a problem at the time I wrote my review, which is now pretty old, but the last time I was a member, speed in navigating and downloading was satisfactory.

Things about the site that I don't like sometimes are:
1. photos that are too dark (lack of light). An example of a set that does NOT have that problem is Lorena "Day in Bed."
2. blurriness in photos that are at their largest size. It's pretty hard to see something clearly when it's out of focus.
3. galleries in which the model is not looking into the camera in most of the photos. It's nice to sense some connectedness with the subject. When they're constantly, or almost constantly, looking away, it's boring.

1. Connectivity issuees
MC-Nudes have a support team ready for service. In case of trouble you should contact them first, before spreading rumors that aren't proofed.

We have to check several details like your browser, connectivity, location and so on, to see wher the problem truly occurs.

It's pretty hard to solve something we don't know about and our support team never got any mails or informations about it yet.

2. Can you send a mail to gridcom@mc-nudes.com too explain the "distance" you see on different sets. Please provide examples to get an idea of what exactly distracts you.

3. How about forwarding additional ideas for improvement, we can't handle your critics about, navigation, speed and so on without any further details.

Actually, I'll have to say that the last time I was at the site (a few months ago), they'd at least solved their sluggish server problem.

As for the vids, I tried one or two and they were a bore to me, as usual.

The photos were a mixed bag. Some I found exciting of girls like Gwen and Thalia and Judith Fox and Lorena.

But the site does have an annoying tendency to present the girls in a "distant" way that I don't like.

I join every now and then after several months hoping to pick up some sweetness amidst all of the ho-hum, "so what" posing. And I agree that in spite of its strengths (volume, navigation, and speed), the site doesn't make it into the '90's.

If the models don't seem to give a shit, why should the user?

Please reconsider - 91 for MC Nudes - how can that be?
Oh, I love/dig those new fine "smileys' - happy and not so happy. And those well founded words..
But MC Nudes does NOT deserve a 91 - and the reasons are obvious:
The videos are all just simply boring or very close to.
The photosets are - like the videos - all in fine tech-quality - but still no where near (for instance) Met Art or 1ByDay - when it comes down to fine softcore porn.
I tend to the average of our PUs at about 80 (still a BIT high) - and please see both Droolers (a bit old) and jd1961's newer reviews...

Figured I'd give it a shot

The pictures seem a little better than they used to be. Last time I joined was back in '06. I didn't stick around because most of the pictures were really dark and the colors were overexposed. The HDV videos have always been good quality but like most have said they're really tame and not very erotic. It looks like the picture size and quality is starting to be on par with some of the better sites. Some of the larger pictures are still too blurry and grainy for my taste. They seem to do a semi-OK job of finding women who aren't all tatted up or have implants, which is probably hard to find these days, but they still have quite a few. I never had any problems with their download speeds, always averaged about 1.25 MB/s. It seems like MCN is on the right track with the picture sets being brighter and clearer and not over-saturated. The biggest drawback is how tame the whole site is. In some sets the girls don't even take off all their clothes, or they will have their hands covering up their private parts, or the girl will be turned sideways to the camera and not show anything. I'm not sure I understand what they think the huge secret with the female body is anymore in the year 2009.

I almost agree with the score - and certainly with the arguments.
Welcome to a new user - read his reviews for MetArt and Femjoy.
Not too many words, but well chosen.
Maybe we all could do things a bit shorter in our reviews - it's not always necesarry to make a novel out of a review - sometimes I get lost along the way. (And by all means: some of my own reviews have been far too long, too).
Instead:
Short news you can use...
PUs interested in the particular sites can always go back and ask fellow PUs for futher details..
Gotta give this new user a thumb-up.

It doesn't make a lot of sense, but I've found that met-art, with its huge collection of models, photosets, and videos, is easier to search and find what you're looking for than sites that have far less content.

Met-art has the basic search engine, which lets you search by model name, photographer, etc.

And it also has a complete, alphabetical listing of the models, with a thumbnail of each model beside the name, that you can browse.

Simple tools, but really effective.

One quibble is that the same model can have different names for different photosets.

thanks for the primilary positive feedback. A small quote about the limited image amount in the sets.

We have no interessts in creating flip-book compatible series like other sites do. We try to stick with just the best shots, most varying poses within a series.

We tryed to increase the number of images/set but the only result we had experienced was the dissatisfaction of our audience because of the needlessly blown up zips and the feeling of less variance in visualisation.

Softcore is right but not solely. The average number of images in our sets have increased in the meantime to around 60 images.

All galleries offer a red arrowed button per size to open the desired image in a popup window. This way you can easily download the images and store them anywhere on your harddrive.

Clearly you know nothing about modeling or photography. The photos are amateurish and the models aren't models because they don't know how to pose. Most of the sets don't have a single quality shot. Its a site for horny losers. 97 implies that it could not be better, which is clearly not the case.

I'll keep an eye out, mostly at PU just in case anyone joins and finds that the pic sizes actually match the sizes under the thumbs in the earlier galleries.

My membership just expired about a week ago and I don't plan on returning for a few months.
