And several of the movies that are on the site are of the same guy in the "mask". Probably a friend of the guy running the site. This reoccuring guy supposedly is dating Allaura Eden and has been in scenes outside of "The Mask" scene. Not your Average Joe that enters this contest I would say.

I actually thought about taking the site to small claims court but decided not that it would probably end up costing me more time and money. Lawyers aren't cheap and then again there is no gaurantee that I would win. All I'm trying to do now is prevent him from unfairly making any more money off of other people.

I've contacted him several times but he now refuses to return any e-mails. I'm probably gonna end up clling him since he gave me his number when we were in talks of shooting. I doubt he'll want to talk though.

A site that updates monthly - how exciting - if you're Rip Van Winkle! It's amazing that they get anybody to be a member for more than one month with that kind of update schedule. I guess that's why they have to resort to promising that you'll get to personally Be The Mask. Man, what a scam!

Interesting to get an actual testimonial from one who nearly "wore the mask," so to speak. So it isn't like there's someone coordinating everything to really make it actually happen all that often.

The "Mask." Great concept. Well, so is reality, for that matter.

That's terrible. I hope you complained big-time about your losses. Assuming this is something the site does consistently -- unfairly raise the hopes of its members -- then it won't be around for long, but that's little comfort for someone who's dished out $500. Then again, I suppose part of this might have to fall under the heading of "too good to be true."

These guys claim that they're making lotteries among members to participate in shootings with stars. Does anybody have an idea if this is for real? (as a loyal husband personally I won't participate anyway but knowing it is indeed for real would be a kind of turn-on for me).
