ONCE WAS MY FAVORITE BUT NOT NOW

I found Saphic Erotica when it pretty new and joined immediately. Back then the models spoke english and did not look like pros. Also, back then the skits were quite well written and managed to be somewhat original. Now the skits are all just about the same and the photographers sho little or no originality. I rejoined this site a month back and quit after two days!

HD Resolution videos now being uploaded

Sapphic Erotica is now uploading actual HD videos with a bit rate of 4Mbps. Before they were advertising as high-definition but only providing vids at 960x540 at 2Mbps. I've only downloaded one HD video so far and it is very soft and shaky (possibly because it was outdoors). Hopefully the other videos are sharper and clearer like Only Cuties (I assume this will be this case).

It looks like all video exclusive updates since around March have had a HD option, so there is quite a large choice already. Alongside this, there is a new 852 x 480 resolution available for slower connections.

Changing score, new features

I know that goldfish already told this, but this is to continue his thought. Sapphic Erotica has a new search feature that as far as I can tell works really well. I did get more results than expected when searching for, "Tribbing" which is my favorite lesbian activity to watch. Still, this is and has been the premier lesbian site for as far as I can remember, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. It is always good to see an established site, still working on improving themselves. I'm not even a big fan of lesbian sets since I have trouble imagining that I am a female, but this is one that I always have in my yearly rotation.

New functionality Part II

As a follow up to my last comment on 3/16/08 the new search feature is here! It allows you to search either photos or video by action (anal, fisting, toys, etc.), location (bathroom, kitchen, etc.) or model features.

Flash streams have also been added as a video option for those who like a quick peek before they download.

Connection Limits

Watch the number of connections you use here. The same holds true for InFocusGirls. This site limits the number of connections you can use at a time. They do not kick you off for hitting the limit. They will pause any farther browsing of the site until you fall below the limit number. Also, be careful with download managers here. Refresh the page before starting a download or it can screw up if it has been idle for a while. And, do not pause downloads, mine do not resume!

New search functionality

As of 2/25/2008 SE was in the process of implementing a new search feature. It looks like the content will be broken out into categories and I also see user ratings associated with the models and galleries which I assume will also be used for searching and sorting.

As of today It appears the content has been categorized but I don't see a search screen anywhere. I'm hoping they'll put it up before my membership expires.

I normally join sapphic erotica every year and this year I was looking forward to seeing what movies had been added. I will come back and tell you more soon, I've only joined this morning so can't comment on much yet. Just wanted to say that theres a real gem of a film in there, its called katy_deniska_and_alana , I think they are American, they are outside on a matress in their driveway and boy they are hot and really into girl on girl sex, they seem to can't get enough of each other. Good site, but needs much work done.

The homepage for sapphicerotica tells you what they offer, but there's no tour, no viewable updates, no model index, nothing to persuade you to join! The girls are hot, the lesbo scenes are great, but the site itself needs improvement. They should let you browse the site before you join, so you can see what girls/galleries/movies are offered, how often/what girls the updates are. I know it's specifically a lesbo site, but they could also shoot solo galleries. Even licensed solo stuff would be nice. Most of these girls can be found on other sites doing other stuff (sex, solo, etc).

old content was good, new stuff is iffy

the old content from a year ago and later was brilliant. almost every movie was sensual and very sexy, even with some classy anal play. now the movies look like they used cheap hookers. way over acted, using the same models over and over. overall a good site, and plenty of content, just wish they had the same quality as before

Great site but..

The newer clips seem much more "acted" and not sensual as the earlier scenes. The scenes tend to be more contrived and set up and not natural. That is one thing they could work on. Try making the girls look like a camera is not focused on them.
