Mac Problem - can you help?

A big hello to everyone who loves our DDF Productions sites!

For a change I'm writing to ask for your help with a recent problem some of our members have been having.
It's affecting members using Intel Mac's and what generally happens is that they are either being denied access to the site, or more usually, they are logging in to the site without problems, but are then asked for their pass after 10-15 mins and then being denied access.

I've been researching the problem and it seems to be a problem with Internet access - the modem (airport if used) just stops transferring data and nothing happens. Apparently there was a similar bug with OS-X v.10.3. Until now I was pretty sure it was a problem with Leopard, the new OS-X, but I've been getting conflicting reports and the problem is so new it's too early to tell.

Other information you should know: the browser used seems to make no difference; many members who have upgraded to Leopard are not having/reporting any problems at all; one member who has not upgraded to Leopard is reporting a similar bug too though - it could be the result of some other automatic, on-line upgrade of some other part of the op system or program.

I'd really like to get a fix on this so I can help out the affected members and it could potentially be of huge help if any of you have any concrete ideas on the issue.
If you have experienced this sort of problem or know of a fix for it, or if you're just very proficient with Mac's and the OS-X and have some good advice about the subject, I'd really appreciate some help or feedback. Just reply to this post and maybe we can get a useful thread going that I can quote to members in need.

New Hot Legs and Feet Site Features!

Hello PU users, many new changes and additions to your favorite foot fetish site. Here's a recap of the changes on HLF:

1) Requested by our members: ALL NEW SETS are now in HDV! that means all new solo, lesbian, footjob and threesome sets are now available in HDV format. Before, we only had HDV video on tuesdays for our footjob sets..now we offer HDV for every new set ;)

2) New Bonus sets every wednesdays! Wednesdays is famous for our casting sets but we're now also adding a bonus set on the same day as the casting which mean 3 updates on the same day (casting, bonus set pic and bonus set video). What are bonus sets? bonus sets are many of your old favorite sets from 2001 and up and have been re-encoded in HQ pic and video formats. We've received many requests for this :)

3) Brand new multiple video formats like on such as flash, wmv hd, divx hd, mpg, quicktime, etc.

Important Message to Yahoo users!

Hello to all members of our DDF Productions sites!

This is not strictly site news, but an important message from our Customer Support department to all of you who are using YAHOO e-mail addresses:

YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING OUR E-MAILS!
Yahoo seem to be blocking our mails to such an extent that they are not even making it into your junk mail folder or similar (the strange thing being that we never send spam or other unsolicited mails, only replies to your messages). We have been mailing new passwords and other important information to various members from 5-6 alternative addresses (including a yahoo address I set up) for 2-3 weeks now but they/you are simply not receiving our emails. You/they may think that we are not bothering to reply to their emails and the situation is infuriating for all involved. (I'd be happy if a few thousand of your complained to Yahoo about this! :) ).

Our advice it to please contact us from a DIFFERENT e-mail address, so that we can finally get our replies to you and you can start enjoying the site again with the new password that we very probably issued well within 24 hours of having received your first mail, but which Yahoo are not allowing through to you.

DDF main sites moving to faster servers!

A big hello to all past, present and prospective members of our sites!

We're happy to inform you all, that our main, flagship sites (1By-Day, HandsonHardcore, OnlyBlowjob, HotLegsandFeet and DDFBusty) are moving to new (faster and more secure!) servers shortly.

Happy new year to all HLF fans!
