Hopeless to download from

I Rejoined today I heard that the site has been revamped it is still part of the KICKASS "network". Log on to KICKASS and get 5 GUY CREAMPIE like before although navigation is a little easier.
I have managed to download one video file thus far. Thats all day (6 hours) I use Flashget as a Download manager 1 thread 1 file at a time. This file restarted 300+ times.
I tried the second file and the file wont start server message "max conections to this site" I assume that means I have downloaded all I can.
I also tried to down load using Firefox downloaded 1.5MB and the connection stopped. So it looks like they have server/connection problems.
There really isn't any way of contacting the webmasters or tech support but to leave "a bug list" message.
Nobody will get back to me because no email details were asked for.
I'm afaid and sorry ( I have downloaded a few reantls of their stuff and it is great) that the revamping that was done was on the surface stuff. The site is still as poor quality as it was several years ago when I first visited it.
They are a production company making and selling DVDs but still have low qualty video on their site.
Their servers don't seem to any good either.
My advice stear clear of the KICKASS PICTURES site and save yourself some dough.
