I wasn't a fan of the new layout when I first saw it, but after using it I have to say it's great! That used to be a complaint of mine too, but it's definitely a great new layout.

This site is going through the "Grooby" redo and will soon be on the new database, it's the last site of ours that needs it and we expect it will resolve a lot of your problems.
We are also looking at the pricing on this site.

Sorry but that is absolutely rubbish.
We have an excellent customer service with 100% track record at customerservice@grooby.com who can get you sorted out with any problem in under 24 hrs. You wouldn't get a refund after 3 days membership as their is nothing wrong with the site.
There should be no broken downloads and the videos are working well. We have over 1500 happy members on this site and 10,000's more across our network.
Contact me at admin@grooby.com with your subscription number or email address and I'll reset your username for another month, or give you a month on one of our other websites to try.

Life is too short

No downloads, broken downloads, lousy customer service, getting passed back and forth from site to biller and back again, ("There's nothing wrong, everything is fine, try Mozilla"). Of course, they've spread themselves over several legal jurisdictions so you've basically been had. I cancelled after 3 days of trying everything - of course, no refund. This site is a part-time job with no pay off. Don't risk it.
