Document everything, too. Print out the record from CCbill that shows when you joined and that you cancelled and when it was. You should have gotten emails from CCbill about when you joined and when you cancelled, too. Keep notes about when you sent emails to the site and to ccbill and how long it took them to respond to you and what their responses were, if any.

It might depend on the cardholder agreement, but when I've had to dispute charges, I've always sent a letter by post with the necessary documentation. The one I've got says that your rights are not preserved if you don't do this.

When in doubt, have your credit card dispute the charges. 99.9% of the time the customer wins. (I work for an e-commerce company that sells computer modification parts and we've only won one charge-back, ever.) All you need to do is make one phone call to the number on the back of your credit card, explain to them which charge your are disputing and why, and then they'll do the rest of the work and you should see the charge removed from your card in a relatively timely manner.

Rebilling Problem

I signed up with these guys. I enjoyed the site enough, but I canceled my account well before the month was up. The CCBill website clearly shows that I canceled, but I was still rebilled and have access to the site.

My problem is I can not get anyone to answer any emails. Not any of the emails from PMP or even an email into CCBill.

Really not sure what to do.

each "episode" is broken into several 3-5 minute scenes. I don't see any ability to download it all at once. That's a bit of a hassle, but then you can easily find your favorite scenes later.

The trial is great at $2.97 (3 days, recurs $19.97/mo.)with everything available and after 3 days recurs at the lower than normal $19.97 price. I usually don't like trials, but because the price is cheaper per month after the trial, that's the option I took.

Can you download the full scenes. or do they still have all the scenes broken down into mulitple parts only?

also just wanted to confirm if the Trail was a limited access trial. I joined this site a few years back and it was a full access 3 day trial then.

I recently complained about this site asking for a social security number. My apologies. Upon further investigation, my credit card company is now demanding extra info for online purchases and when I tried to purchase they asked for more info that I was unwilling to provide. Best advice: if any website asks for social sec #, DO NOT link from that website. Instead go and investigate on your own and only give information at websites you really know...
