Pros:
+ Well designed navigation with multiple content indexes
+ Roughly 1000 models
+ Very amateur spin, alot of unknown models
+ Many models who are now famous, but were just starting out when photographed
+ Interview "audition" videos are genuine and interesting, you get to hear what these girls are thinking about getting into the industry, Matt is respectful and not irritating
+ Matt seems to be very open to being contacted (although I never tried)
+ Good TBP price of $14.95
+ Bonus join of "Ownmymouth.com" for $4.95 for three days, really hot POV content
+ Matt likes to drink beer, play guitar, and photograph nude chicks! That's two things I have in common with him, and one I wish I did.
+ This was a top site in its day

Cons:
- Most content is very dated, low quality
- Alot of "unattractive" models
- Not many new updates, Matt appears to be losing interest in his site
- Too many photos in sets (typically 150 or more), alot of repeat photos, takes a long time to make progress

Bottom Line:
If I ever owned a website, and was just starting out, I probably wouldn't do half as good a job as Matt has. Finding the models, photographing them, administering the website, etc., is alot of work. Matt has certainly done an exceptional job for someone that started out almost 10 years ago, and in its heyday this must have been THE place to go for amateur and up-and-coming content.

Unfortunately by today's standards, the site's age really shows compared to other sites. Most photos are low resolution, and the newer higher res ones are poorly photographed (blurry, bad lighting, etc.)

A key reason I joined was to get some early content of many of my favorites: Destiny St. Claire, Sarah Blake, Peaches, Jaime Lynn, Jassie, Jana Cova, ... Unfortunately most of this content is low quality, and I was a bit disappointed. Some photos appear to have been originally shot with a digital cam many years ago, that gives an idea of the quality, but at the same time, adds to the "home-grown" nature of the site.

Not to be rude, but alot of the models are downright ugly, admittedly that's just my personal taste. If I was photographing nude models from a newspaper ad I'd probably shoot anyone that was willing! I'd recommend taking the tour and carefully perusing the model index. The actual site is just like the tour, except you have full access to the galleries and videos.

Bottom line: An interesting history lesson for collectors. Take the tour and judge this book by its cover.

Pros:
Good amount of content
Easy to download, batch downloading
Great download speed. 40 MBit/s
Files named nicely
Nearly 3000 Zip sets
Close to 1000 videos
Newer videos look nice
$15 price is not bad

Cons:
Very unprofessional
Picture on the small side, except for the newest
Site is a pain to get around
Mostly couch scenes
Download managers are not fully suported

Bottom Line:
The price for this site makes it would a look. It is possible to download the zips in a batch download for you picture lovers. This makes download all 3000 zips pretty easy. The speeds are not bad either, I saw 40 MBit/s.

Be careful with download managers. They work to download the content once it is in queue, but if you use the manager to scan the site you will be locked out for browsing too many pages too quickly. This is not a huge issue though because they reset the lockout list every 15 minutes.

The videos vary on size and bit rate, but the newer half at least is 640x480 and around 1000 KBit/s. There are some that are half that, but those are older and that is usually to be expected.

The newest photo set, March 23, as about 100 photos in it and they are 1600x1067. They look nice, but of course the older ones are smaller 683x512.

A good portion of the videos are "audition" videos, then some masturbation videos. There is not a lot of G/G and some B/G, but not much. Some of the videos make you open separate browsers even when clicking the download link, and there are other things that make the site navigation a little of a pain.

They also claim to be the first to shoot Amy Reid, I am a big fan of her! :)

If you are bored on day and want a site that does not cost an arm and a leg, and do not mind less than perfect content then this site would be recommended. But if you want top rate photos and well planned scenes then you should look elsewhere

Pros:
- Tons of content, upwards of 3,000 picture sets and 1,000 videos
- Many known pornstars before they were stars, many amateurs that I wish went on to a career in porn as well.
- Though quality on picture sets does vary, all sets are available in zips
- Exclusive content
- New site design from when I was a member a few months ago, download speeds have increased for me.
- Great TBP price of $14.95

Cons:
- Video quality could be improved, but I like this site for the exclusive pictures moreso than the videos.
- Picture quality could be better, but it is advertised as amateur site, so it isn't that bad.
- Not a lot of hardcore
- Older sets have a quality dropoff from new sets

Bottom Line:
Matt's Models reminds me a lot of the ATK sites. If you're here just for the videos, you probably won't like it as much. One of my favorite parts of the site is the "before they were stars" content. My original reason for joining was to get some really great older content of Eva Angelina, pre-implants, with glasses too. Just a few other recognizable models are Erica Campbell, Shay Laren and a personal favorite Addisson Rose.

Looking through the more amateur models that have yet to go pro, or for that matter, may never go pro, adds value to the site since some of these girls haven't been seen before. Cassandra Colegra is another favorite here, she has her own site now, but isn't as well known as most pro models.

Picture quality can throw you off some. I've downloaded different sets from different years and overall, I would call the resolution average just above average for the entire site. The newer sets are better, as expected. The videos I have downloaded are around 500 on the high end of the resolution scale, downloadable in full scenes, which is a plus over the aforementioned ATK sites.

Overall, this isn't a site that I would tell a new porn customer to check out. I get a lot out of this site, because they have plenty of material from some of my favorites, but it still isn't a site to introduce someone to online porn with. On the other hand, if you've never tried Matt's, I would give it a recommendation, especially with the $14.95 price. Recommended!

Pros:
Lots of models
Models are wholesome, no tattoed pierced skanks
Relatively inexpensive

Cons:
Few of the models are model-quality
poor photography
most of the videos are poor quality

Bottom Line:
The first thing here is that the name of the website implies that "Matt" is a photographer, but clearly he's not. Not only the models are amateurs, but so is the photographer. Red-eye in most of the photos, many of the photos aren't scaled properly. And the sequences aren't interesting. You'd think after photographing so many girls he'd develop some sort of style.

Some of the sets look like they've been decorated from a dumpster; he's got to be making some money from this, so the poor photographer excuse shouldn't apply here. If you're a horny guy in your 20s you'll probably love this site, but there aren't enough girls on here that I'd be dying to see naked.

- Good quality pics (other older ones aren't so great, but recent ones are very good)
- Amateurs

Cons:
- Too many pics in shoots (100 pics; 150 for fuck scene is long enough)
- Pics too big for screen
- Mat has got into that DREAFUL HABIT of getting the girls to show sheir pussies at about pics 5 - thereby completely ruining the sense of erotic.
- Too many shaved pussies (as usual)
- If I see one more girl in that stupid pose of her finger in her mouth, I'll SMASH MY COMPUTER!
- Very few hardcore scenes
- Colours ugly (red & dark grey)
- Poor navigation
- Pages take too long to come up

Bottom Line:
An over-rated site, with lots of attractive girls, but not much of real value.

Pros:
+ It's MOSTLY amateurs
+ Higher res video is a welcome addition
+ Decent amount of content

Cons:
- Yeah, the navigation's bad - especially for such a well-known site
- Server won't allow you to resume a broken download
- Thumbnails/pictures and video links not loading at times - have to refresh page, somtimes more than once
- Some videos download to 0 file size the first (sometimes second and third) time

Bottom Line:
With the debate here about what's what, I had to see for myself.
Trying to use a download manager, clicking on a "Save" button sends the file into a continuous download loop - it gets to 100%, then starts over. It also doesn't have the same file name as it does when downloading through your browser - it uses what I would guess are file ID numbers, with no file extension. I also found out through the download manager that you can't use an accelerator and that their server doesn't allow for resumption of broken downloads.
So, given the poor navigation, the server issues, the problems getting pages to load correctly and the inability to use my download manager, I'd have to say I'm disappointed. That's what led me to give Matt's a way lower score than I ever thought I would for an amateur site.

I would reccomend and do recomend this site to all my friends matt shoots some real hot girls . I see lots of models that go threw site end up on other sites and I say to myself I seen that chick on matts first . And that gentlemen is what i like to see the fresh nervous scared girls . Its natural and hot !

Cons:
The nav is my only complaint, could be a bit better.

Bottom Line:
I don't know whats up with the initial review, but it doesn't add up. I would just stick with following what regular users have to say.

Cons:
- Hard to navigate the site
- Only 4-5 thumbnails per page. You have to click forever to get to the good stuff.
- Not too many movies
- Models use the same poses as the last model

Bottom Line:
I just don't understand all the hype over this site. If you are looking for a truly amateur site from the girls to the website layout, this is the site for you.

Pros:
Tons of models. Easy site navigation. Has a forum to talk with him directly. Has some good videos (I never look at pictures). Constantly updating.

Cons:
video needs a ton of work for itself. Too much movement, bad angles ect. As explained to matt in his forum. Camera people dont make the best video people.

Bottom Line:
I have recommended others to his site...specifically to see the chantell video....it sets itself apart from the rest. Although again the video work could have been better. He got everything into the shot.
The internet is bogged down with female solo videos of models just going through the motions. Web masters claiming they have more then whats really offered.
I noticed here recently that he was getting more involved with the solo performances. That doesnt make it solo and have my own term for it....one mans jollies. Keeping things natural as possible and actually as simple as possible is what the internet needs. Hes almost there.

Cons:
-The web site is a mess and a bother to get around. It's a perfect example of what not to do.
-So many of the photos look like scans from magazines. The quality is poor, the color is uncontrolled, the clarity doesn't exist, just half-assed.
-If you want amateur, start with AbbyWinters, but don't go here.

Bottom Line:
You can find these models elsewhere and can actually see them clearly in these places, but not with Matt's Models. This is perhaps the most over-rated site on the net. Quality is poor and the site is hard to get around. I checked out this site years ago and it's just as bad as it was before. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

-Many of the advertised amateurs are no longer amateurs.
-Most of the photos are only medium sized (711 x 1069).
-Not very many hardcore shoots/videos.
-The photo shoots are often low-budget (e.g., not lit very well). But, this can have its appeal as well.

Bottom Line:
It�s actually very odd to describe Matt�s Models as an amateur site. This is because, many of the models are immediately recognizable as girls who have gone on to have great careers as nude models or pornstars. Do you recognize the names Courtney Simpson, Cytherea, Erica (Rose) Campbell, Jelena Jensen, Jesse Capelli, and Lela Star? If so, then gimme-five fellow porn fan! I can�t vouch for whether Matt was in fact the first to photograph these girls or not. But, either way the site has appeal as a source of early shoots for these ladies as well as many others. Personally, the photo sets of Adel Sharpe (Miller), and her mesmerizing hardcore b/g video were worth the cost of admission. In the end, I wouldn�t recommend this site as an amateur site. Rather I�d recommend it to people who like the low-fi look of amateur production, but also want to see gorgeous women normally found on professional sites.

i was quite dissapointed with this site. the videos are short and medium quality. most of the vids are audition vids which i loved but there was barely and lesbians, some boy/girl and solo. the pics were very annoying to view since it loaded in the same window, not a new page
