The video quality in good in some movies and grainy in others. The billing is not Netbilling. It is Diamond Key LLC. No e-mail confirmation when you join. Same when you cancel. I hate that. And I had to look for the FAQ to find the link to cancel. And there several. The billing processor is located in the UK. Life is already complicated and this site doesn't help.
