After G-Code reviewed all of our sites and his major point was the image size, we polled all members of the site as well as free forum websites specialising in TS porn. Very very few came back wanting larger. We'll continue to monitor and do another poll in a few months but given the amount of people interested in it, it's not reasonable for us to do at this point.

Thanks for adding the feedback but really, it's pretty unfair that you'd add a rating of 70 as you were looking for "hardcore content only". We offer one of the largest tours of any site, showing EXACTLY what goes up each week and whether it's hardcore or solos. That's what we do - 28 sets per month and at least 2 hardcores, all original, mainly US and European models.

Reviewers should be aware, that their ratings do affect our business and consider why they're giving a review which is in-accurate. If I was looking for BBW girls, I wouldn't join an all girl site and then rate it only on it's BBW's.

BTW Shemale Yum does have over 100 hardcore scenes, representing at least 35 hours of hardcore footage of exclusive US/European transsexuals much of it filmed in HD, so I think value for money, is excellent.

Honestly pat362, if there is even one video like this, I missed it. So, that basically means there is little to none of that on this site. Basically, maybe less than 5. This site, while featuring hardcore, is mostly a solo site. When there is a hardcore update, it it usually male/TS content or TS/TS content. The TS on female content is kind of hard to find. It's basically on most TS sites featuring hardcore but in the extreme minority. And out of the sites I've been to that features hardcore, I can't even point you in the direction. However, I do remember some DVD's which I think were called, "females on shemales" which featured this, I think they were up in to dozens about a year ago. I know a site, Shemale Club has quite a bit of hardcore footage, maybe a quick email to customer service could help you out. It's been quite awhile since I've been to that site and my archives of that site are actually somewhere on burned DVD's. Hope any of this helps.

I just want to give a follow up to anyone that may be interested in hearing the results.

It appears the customer service set-up was messed up on Grooby's end with failing messages back to yahoo accounts. However, once they realized this, they immediately created an email service that works with yahoo and promptly gave me my access. Plus, due to what I would call a minor set back due to timing, they even gave me 2 weeks longer access because of the problem. Therefore, I highly trust the company when it comes to customer satisfaction and the tickets are definitely worth it in my opinion.

I have emailed customer service twice thus far with no response as of yet. I purchased the bronze plan for 5 tickets and I am trying to use one ticket to gain access to the shemale yum site. It has been about 4 days since my initial email. So far, I don't find it excellent nor regular communication thus far, I would expect maybe a 24 hour wait or a 48 hour wait at max. 72 hours plus appears to be quite slow in my opinion.

Anyways, you appear to want to help so what steps should I take next? I have emailed customerservice@grooby.com twice and followed the necessary steps to get a ticket activated but still no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The ticket option has very deep discounts, we've never offered this before and it's an attempt to get people to try different sites. It is only going to be available for a short time, so spending money and time on scripts and automation is a waste of resources when we have an excellent customer service available.

If you don't wish to wait for the ticket usage, then please join through the normal credit card billing options.

I'm unaware of any other company who offer discounts and options like this, as well as regular communication with their users. How the "ticket option" operates is clearly marked and transparent on the site. In case of any future issues please be sure to contact us so we can look into the matter as soon as possible and get it resolved in a timely manner, as is customary for us.

Customer Service and Discounted Tickets

After posting a comment about the tickets, I forgot that customer service needs to be contacted to activate a ticket. And well, customer service was contacted about activating a ticket several days ago and I have yet to get a response. So, let's see how long I have to wait and I will give an update as to how long it takes. That is if this even works. I hope this does not end up turning ugly and having to attempt to get my money back...

Of course, buying a long term plan is bad for any site in terms of not liking the site, isn't it? These tickets just provide a means to join each site or one site for a lot cheaper because Grooby hardly ever strays away from $35 a month for one of their sites (unless new, then they give a discount for about 1-2 months). As far as updating goes, I believe this company is one, if not the longest running company ever for shemale content and I really don't see them to stop updating any time soon. But, you never know.

That is cool and all but what happens if someone purchases these tickets and once in decides they do not like the sites. They likely would not want to rejoin in the future anyway, in which case this plan would not be so good. Also what happens if the site stops updating. All these issues are the same with multiple month memberships. I guess the one advantage would be that you are buying a multy month membership but do not have to take the months consecutively.

You did not mention how many sites these ticket work for. Is this something that can only be used for a limit number of sites or can they be used for anything?

Yeah, I really wish they made something like a cubic zirconia plan which was cheaper than the other plans, it really took a lot of indecision to come up wit the go ahead to actual fork over $125. But, I really did want to check out shemale yum and re-join shemale japan so I figured that at the least, I can join these two sites again down the road with the tickets to get updates after a few months.

Discounted Tickets

I don't know how many are aware that this company, Grooby, provides discounted tickets for purchase which lowers the cost of these sites profoundly. Here is how it works:

There are three plans that give you discounts which offers a certain number of 'tickets' which allows you to join their wide variety of sites at any time for a one month non-recurring membership. These tickets have no time limit as far as when you can use a ticket for a site. They are purchased as a flat rate price with a certain amount of tickets which go down in price per site as you pay more. I just purchased the bronze plan which gives 5 tickets at $25 per site, which is $10 off each site than the usual price if just joining for a month, recurring or non-recurring. They can be purchased through CCBill or other ways and all you do is email support and tell them which site you want to use a ticket for with your username and password, then they give you access.

After a few talks with the webmaster I don't think he wants to change anything and feels that his way of updating are what the majority of people want. However, I think the place would get even more pleased members if they did full length updates, even if it was one a week. Maybe two since models from South America and Thailand are more easier to get (therefore their south american/american and thai targeted sites could be two a week with full videos) but keep the Shemale Japan site at one a week because it is harder to get models. I like the shemale japan site and can account for the site doing a great job as far as getting legit japanese models and displaying them because getting TS DVDs from Japan are like $40-$60 a pop (in US currency) and you can get a wide range of scenes for the same price on their site. However, the webmaster states that his members like this way of updating and believes that our way of thinking may be in the minority. I'm all for having one full strip and masterbation scene, one whole blowjob scene, or one whole hardcore scene instead of like 3-4 updates of each of these scenes. I think the hardcore shoots were always one full updated video from I remember, so that's done right if I am correct in my assumption. I have never been a member of shemalestrokers, I have a few of his DVD's and found he does good camera work. It is on my list to join. I understand what your saying, but you can't have all ways.

Under what you want - which is a cum shot in every shoot, we could only provide about 4 sets per week instead of the 7-8 now. We couldn't do 8 cum shot sets a week, the budget just doesn't allow it. Also as plenty of members aren't as interested in the cum shot but other aspects ... we'd lose them, further hindering.

Just click on the ones on the new search feature that say, "cumshot" and ignore the rest!

I'm not trying to be obtuse but your criticism although makes sense to you, couldn't really be doable. I don't know any site that puts up 7-8 US model cumshots per week?

I'd like to clarify a few points:

1. We do not focus on quantity over quality. We do focus on showing a wide range of transgenders, so not all may be to your taste but appeal to others. This doesn't mean it's poor quality material. We update about 7-8 sets per week so we hope to get at least a good handful that appeal to each member.

2. You are correct in stating we are mainly a solo site, HOWEVER, we update a full hardcore scene as well as all the solos, every 2 weeks, featuring some of the best models in the USA. These are 150 photos + and usually 20-30 mins of edited, HD 640x480 quality WMV's. These models are not cheap Brazilian content but all American. Given that these scenes are what many companies put out on DVD's - and that you get 26+ a year, it's really fairly good amount of hardcore in addition. However, if your looking for a specific hardcore site, then there are better Grooby options.

3. Your point about us splitting sets is entirely mis-guiding. We shoot usually 2 very different solo sets of the same model, maybe in a schoolgirl uniform on a bed for the 1st set, and then in lingerie, different hair, etc. with a different background. Each set is unique in it's own right and appeals to people with different fetishes, not just the cum fetish which you have. Each set has 100+ photos, full nudity, erections, spread ass and a full video with it. YES, only in one of the sets will the model cum - as few models can cum twice within a few hrs. As we show 7-8 models a week, usually 3-4 are from the first set, and 3-4 from the second "cumshot" set.

4. Stating the site is expensive, is misleading also. We're cheaper than some of our competitors showing less quality material, we show 32+ US/European models per month all with plenty of material. Look at the price of DVD's and then compare to what you are getting on Shemale Yum. We also have plenty of discount options available if you click our pay by mail, join button that brings the sites down to under $19.99 a month. The added bonuses of discounts on other sites of ours, and being one of the most honest companies in the business (no-prechecked crossales, excellent customer service, etc.) really make this on of the few sites, that does give you complete value for money.

Our forum area is now free and we have quite a few girls chatting there, check it out on the site and see why we have more members than any other TS site, why we've been the top site for over 12 yrs, and why more models work for us than any other TS company.

The review is not bad at all and well founded. That's why this place is here: to provide useful info from users to get a better outlook and discussions on sites that we love or hate. These are your opinions and I agree with them on the most part. This company (grooby) does provide great sites in this small and great niche (TS) but I have always thought their updating policy was by far not the best approach. I have to agree with your points 100%. I am not a fan of places that goes with the quantity of quality aspect. The breaking up of videos can be a burden when you are waiting for updates because it appears I am in the same boat as you when it comes to cumshots, waiting stinks. It appears this system works for some and since the site has been around so much, there must be a lot of cumming content but I do feel your pain when it comes to how they update. Stripping updates just don't do it for me personally and I believe you feel the same way too.

I didn't want anything to get heated and I'm happy that you have been very informative plus relaxed with some of my comments. I believe that my main quirk with that updating was the fact that shemale japan was so new (which I should have taken this in to account a lot more now), that that kind of updating was a let down at that time. However, I see now that as the site grows and gets a lot more content (like this site, shemale yum) that updating like that can be fantastic because it constantly brings in new scenes for everyone to enjoy and be satisfied. Therefore, since that site was new, the amount of actual masterbation scenes with cumshots (I'm talking strictly masterbation solo scenes) were not much because the site was new and I really wanted to see them all. And yes, you are right about most other solo transsexual sites, they only get updated once or twice a week (which I don't mind personally), so you don't get as much content but a full long masterbation scene. While being a member of about 6 sites like this before, then joining that one with a different format, I think I just didn't understand the reality of what the site was doing but was so used to these other formats that I knew. Therefore, I take fault at this and know as the site gets bigger like shemale yum, this will be less of a quirk (for me personally) because you still get a VERY LARGE amount of masterbation with cumshot scenes because the site is updating constantly. Gcode, with all due respect, what your looking for in a site, may not be what all people are looking for, and although your feedback is more than valid, let me try and put another idea to you. Sites's like SS (which is excellent for what it does) only update maybe two girls per week and for that you get 2 great solo scenes with cum shots. Shemale Yum is updating usually 7-8 per week, with usually about 50% of them doing cumshots. The rest aren't tease shoots at all but ones that may appeal to other people (not everybody wants the cum shoot, many want dildo play or something other). We wouldn't state "this set has no cum shot" but we do state "this set has a cumshot" so you can easily select "only show cumshots".
Considering we're showing all N.American content, our site is actually pretty good value for money. Not only do you get the above, but twice a month we also show a full length, exclusive hardcore HD video and photos. Usually 20-30 minutes in length (and always cum).

Your not the only one to have that complaint but most people are happy when they look at the amount and quality of content over the course of a month, compared to any other site out there. We are trying to reach the widest audience possible which is why you see non-typical shemale models alongside the established stars, many of these non-typical end up either being stars or firm site favourtites.

I'm confident that you'd enjoy a month on the site, even if you didn't wish to remain a member you'd get 100's of hrs of videos with cumshots (and no wasted downloads as they're easily sorted out). No doubt they have some great content. I have seen some great models from Grooby and they do some awesome things. They are a bit pricey in my opinion, but for good shemale content I've noticed the better sites are higher priced. Plus, I know grooby does update their sites so much and never lets anyone down in new content. I am not knocking down this site or their others personally, but I think the way of doing the updating of content downright quirks me. But, the scenes are usually great quality and the models are top of the line (that's why I think it sucks when this happens). Now that I think of it and getting more information from seanchai, I believe my score and explanations of my shemale japan review was a bit harsh. I think my own bias and being a bit annoyed at that exact time of the review, plus the foreign way that they were updating in this way played a huge part in a undeserving low score. I am waiting a bit more time for some more updates and I will def join that site again with these new things in mind. In the mean time, maybe I should scrounge some change up for this site, it does look pretty good :)

You know, I read your exchange with seanchai on the shemale japan review and at first it made my head hurt. I couldn't figure out what was going on. But then all of a sudden a light bulb went on above my head.

What you are saying is true GCode. It seems like these days they do break up one session of shooting into 2 or 3 sets. Honestly, I didn't even realize this until you said something. Now, I'll look at things differently.

I do still like grooby's sites would join any new site they came out with. They are the most reliable place to get to see some of the top names in shemale porn. I guess I agree with you that every scene should ideally end in a cumshot. However I do really enjoy some of the scenes that don't. Like seanchai said, the do have a very large amount of vids that do end in a cumshot.

A different site I can appreciate is shemale strokers, because they do a cumshot every time (or at least 99% of the time). The do only update 2 times a week, but that seems fine.

Hmm, I think I obviously said this exactly how you said, not every updated scene has a cumshot...I don't see how I am taking it out of context at all :) Plus, where is the we're clear about this thing coming from, I have never tried to do nothing but tell a fact that not every updated solo scene has a cumshot. I have been a member of plenty of shemale sites that involve solo and rarely do the sets or the scenes not end in cumshots (plus, they usually state that there is no cumshot in the description). If grooby does their sites different with another format that's fine, I was asking this user how the scenes were set up and if they were the same as shemale japan because personally (can I have an opinion please?), I feel that a solo scene involving a shemale should always end in a cumshot. I am not trying to be negative or argumentative but that's just how I feel :( I am not trying do anything like bashing the site or whatever but get more information about the site and it's structure. There is no mixing and mashing of scenes, although you seem to be doing it with your words and context.

Each set on Shemale Yum and Shemale Japan are distinct sets. With different clothes, costumes and backgrounds. Each set has different forms of play in them - and every model has a cum shot BUT NOT IN EVERY SET. We're quite clear on this and you obviously feel the need to take it out of context.

Shemale Yum updates 7-8 American models per week, from either set 1 or set 2 of their shoot. Approx. 50% of these would have cum shots in any one given week. I joined a site called shemale japan and commented that this particular site did a set up where they would have a model that gest updated with the first movie which is an interview and strip (that's it) then usually after that you get a bj or masterbation but I noticed that a few cut off before cumshots.
