Finally took the Plunge

....and am pleased I did.

I am a bit puzzled at the site navigation. It is quite unlike ATKs other sites & I can't really figure out why that should be.

With this site it is quite involved & labyrinthine to actually get a menu of all a model's photosets.

It can be done, but it involves quite a lot of click click click click. :0/

I am quite pleased with the content & download speed so far.

I may write a review, but it would be quite difficult to verify all the stats! :0/

My experience of this site, though not as bad as it was 3 weeks ago, is still not too hot. Sometimes things don't load (thumbs, pages ...) and now every time I visit, I have to brace myself for the prospect of more frustration.

It's a shame. The last time I joined, I really felt satisfied with the content and the performance, too. And so I returned.

Now I feel that I should really wait a good long while before chancing here again, knowing that I'll still risk going through more of the same.

And once again, this is one of the few sites I visit that force the page width to go beyond my screen resolution, making it necessary for me to do some horizontal scrolling. Earth to ATK: Good webmasters don't do it that way. Fix it, will you?

I'll still be a fan of the ATK sites, but I realize that it comes at some cost.

Hi everyone,

Where do I begin???? We have had issues the last few days with our hardware at the company that houses our servers. They are replacing all of our hardware starting at about 1pm Pacific time today. It will take most of the day tomorrow to finish implementing everything.

They are telling us this will solve the problem so we are going with it. If after everything is changed out and we do not see a difference will take everything back out and start trouble shooting again.

We know it is very frustrating and we do appreciate our members and their patience. If you need to speak to me you can also email me at advent@atkcash.com I will be happy to explain further what we are going to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

Oh, yes. I like 'em, too for similar reasons. It's rare that you'll find pretentious-looking, artsy-fartsy shoots of the model looking into the distance in 80% of the frames (as you get with Zemani sometimes) or super-shopped shlock from some of the other "art" ("awht") sites.

Lately, ATK Galleria has had a nice run of Franziska Facella and Emma Mae. Then throw in Marina/Euphrat as "Jana" (?). It's just too bad they keep using BW/Wanton Photography to do so many shoots (too much shadowy lighting and model distance).

I'll no doubt keep the Galleria as my "go to" ATK site. Besides, it doesn't blow up as badly as Petites and you can get it for $5 less per month as well. And you get more stuff per day on top of that.

Take a look at comments about this ATK - network, single sites ect. in the past, too - I'll just have to say: Problems!!!!
Not only with login - but also those deals with unfinished parts of vids ect.
Strange they do not improve - are they seeking to loose their members - some time ago I decided not to join any of those sites again - at least not till they learn to treat members a LOT better...
Sad - because they got some fine material in general.

Yeah, I have great affection for ATK - they are my antidote for how freaking disgusted I get at all the overly-photoshopped sites out there - but the navigation at ATK petites is crazed and the stability of their sites is not good and shows no signs of improving over time.

Quite right. My last join was at the Galleria, and it would putz out every now and then. But Petites is really screwy. The response is sluggish, thumbs don't load, and the pages are built for screen resolutions wider than mine -- a sign that somebody doesn't have their webmaster chops together!

Of course, I've mentioned that last problem before. And I love the happy talk about how they want to hear suggestions on how the site could be improved. Thhssss ...

And they post galleries with several empty pages at the end. That's just laziness! "Click" (nothing), "click" (nothing), "click" (nothing)... Fucking brilliant.

ATK's system is as un-stable as 21st Sextury's - sometimes worse. Both companies need to get their shit more together in that way.

The issues that you are describing of gateway timeouts is not at all uncommon with all of the ATK sites.

They just need to fucking fix it.

Pretty Screwy, If You Ask Me

I rejoined through EPOCH. THEN it prompts me to fill out yet another join form with a different vendor. I didn't do that.

Then I logged in. Fine for the first few minutes. Then it starts moving like a snail on a cold fall day and not much later loads nothing and gives me gateway timeouts.

Update, Dec. 8th, four days later: It's STILL having bad gateway problems. I'd actually kind of forgotten about this site, then remembered, logged in (which was slow), started getting into just one gallery, and it happened again! I had to close the site window after several bad gateway messages. There was simply no point to it.

This just doesn't pass muster. A month costs $30. And it's this bad. How long can a site be this difficult for paying users before its listing at review sites comes into question?

No problem, Advent - you've got good sites and I'm glad to give suggestions that I hope will help make them even better.

One other thing I was thinking about - I had been looking at the preview of ATK Premium and was rather surprised that all of the pics that I checked out in the preview had a copyright date of 2005. Someone checking out that site could easily reach a conclusion that ATK Premium is a site that hasn't updated in years. You might want to pass on a suggestion that you would be well-served by freshening those pics up on a regular basis to give potential members a more realistic impression of the life of the site.

The current design of the site seems to be one that hides the content rather than pointing members to the content - rather than all the "View More" huge buttons, when it comes to individual models, you might want to even have a count of the "more" that is in that direction.

The other thing is that the thumbnails frequently don't look good, then when you click on the pic, I'm amazed at how hot the pics are - I'm looking at the site now, and there's a blurry-looking pic of Lexi in the "Bonus Photos" area - doesn't look particularly inviting, but when I click on it, the gallery pics show just how freaking hot she is - and then I have to click through several more screens to see how much content you have of her - you've got a dozen galleries of this incredibly hot babe - and 5 vids - but finding that out takes a lot of clicking through screens that show a portion of the content and don't give you much info on what else there is.

There's also a design problem in the way that the vids and photos are designated. I look at the way things are presented and I'm constantly wondering - Is this where the photos are or is this where the movies are? It's just rather confusing.

But, as I said in my topic of this comment, despite the confusion, what makes or breaks a site is whether or not it has good content - and this one has quite a bit of good content - it's just not presented in the easiest way to be able to find it.

There is a ton of content and I've never been a member of ATK Exotics or ATK Premium, both of which have a good deal of Petite Girl material here. It's that old thing, "If you haven't seen it before, it's new to you."

Here's a summary of pointers (mostly from the long post I'd make about Petites, but was in the Galleria review section at PU):

1. Use a clearer color scheme. It shouldn't distract so much. Use a lighter background and darker text for links.
2. Make it work for 1024x768 and other lower screen resolutions so no horizontal scrolling is needed. Web pages should always be completely visible from the left to the right side of any screen.
3. Organize more clearly. Put ONLY the exclusive model material in one section, and the "from other ATK sites" material in another.

Those things alone would really improve the design, IMHO.

And (I'll add): Get better photographers who do things like Suzy Black, ATK Galleria, 77 babes 4, 78 babes 1, and 78 uniforms 2. That stuff was GREAT! I think it's a shame how fine looking girls like Amia Moretti and Sammi Rhodes are showing up for what turn out to be mediocre photo shoots.

I agree that it's overwhelming. It takes time to learn how to use it, too. There are too many variables in the content, such as stuff already on the other sites. The good thing is a user gets a ton of stuff, though a chronic user like me has to be more careful so as not to get duplicates.

And they do have plenty of content exclusive to the site. However, I've been very disappointed in most of the photographers, especially recently. They just don't shoot the girls in a way that I like. I prefer the style of Russ T, who had a good run at ATK Galleria a while back. But that's all just me.

Has anybody figured out the structure of this site? It's like a labyrinth and when I was a member of the site for a month before, when it first opened, I think that I totally missed how much content there was - or they added tons later. It's difficult to tell how much content there is, I find, unless you click on every "More" button that you see, until you get presented with dozens of galleries of the model that you're looking at - lots of ATK Exotics material here and stuff from other ATK sites as well - fun but confusing at the same time.

Stick with the "featured" petite models and you'll find plenty of exclusive strip-to-birthday-suit material. But bear in mind that they also post ATK material that is not exclusive to this site, even of those "featured" models.

A good rule of "thumb" (ho-ho) is that if the pics are at 1600 pixels, they're exclusive. If they're at 1536, they're not.

I wanted to let all of you know that the ATK Lounge has been redone and is now a forum for you to post all of your comments about the sites we have. You can comment on anything you like or just talk to other users.

Simply go to http://www.atklounge.com/ and use the user name and password you use for your membership on the site. We know not everyone who enjoys ATK material is a member so we have two areas for you to enjoy. If you visit our free sites simply create you a user name and password on the forum and you have access to the site. Of course there will be some areas reserved for members only but you are still able to use the majority of the site.

We are also bringing in Web Cam events for our members on the forum and behind the scene articles with pictures from the shoots. We already have one posted with Gracie Glam by Ray and I am about to put one up from the shoot I attended yesterday with Proxy Paige. We are adding photo galleries and some other items.

ATK Movies is a new site we just launched a couple days ago so at this point we are still in beta testing. Please be patient with us as we work out kinks and get is perfect for you. We just want to make it an enjoyable experience for all. ATK Movies is different from our other sites because this one is not a monthly fee website. You simply purchase credits, or as we call them crowns and then buy the movies you want. Each movie has a trailer and 16 thumbnails that you can browse through before you purchase the movie. Once you purchase the movie with your crowns it is yours. You can watch it once or 1,000 times, it is your choice. Your credit card will never be billed a monthly fee so there is not a membership to ever worry about canceling. You simply purchase the amount of crowns you want and that is it. Actually, I'd like it -- LOVE IT -- if ATK Galleria would reiusse in 1600 pics of some of their earlier models. If they have the originals in larger sizes, they could do it. They wouldn't be the first to do such things.

I have a list of models in mind, but it would require some digging through my collection to say whom and in which collection. But I'd be happy to make suggestions if they were interested.

It is a little small/new for me. Atk and Atk natural and hairy are much older and bigger. But at least atk petite can grow right- without the super old sets that have lo rez pics. Atk galleria has a lot of pics and models to choose from; but they should get rid of the super old lo rez sets and reduce their site size. I don't think many people even look at those sets- for all practical purposes; they shouldn't count. its just cluttering up the site and making navigation difficult. Fionaluv.com is a site that I liked in that genre. Though it is a solo site and isn't updated anymore- but I did like it- Fiona is a great petite model.

As a fan of petite models, I joined for a month when I got an e-mail from ATK about this new site and a nice one-month-join offer.

Where this site lost me was on the excitement factor, which is totally subjective. I just didn't feel it from this site in hardly any of the material that I looked at. For my tastes, Nubiles.net & ALS Scan have much more exciting petite girl material.

Sorry to interfere as a non-member...
But judging from the preview this looks very much like an "unfamiliar" ATK kind of site.
Again the preview seems to be of a lot of non-exclusive hc/bg-material of - only - US-models (and the kind of stuff we seen everywhere else).
Maybe ATK intends to mix things here, and ATK has some OTHER fine stuff, for sure - and this users stumbles over the word "petite" - looking for new teen stuff - but cannot find it here.
Another "new" site just to get new costumers?
Look forward to more inputs about the site....

I got a "we just opened" special offer and joined as well. I have already cancelled, which shows how impressed I was. It's quite a mixed bag and I can't tell how exclusive it is, since I had never been a member of ATK Premium or Exotics - I only ever had 2 3-month stints at ATK Galleria. I did download one Jana Jordan vid that had an ATK Premium watermark on it, so I believe that's where it came from.

Frankly, I'm glad that I got this special offer, because for $19.95 I get to see that I'm not all that much of a fan of what ATK is offering. It's fairly mediocre stuff. In terms of the young petite girl niche, Nubiles.net and ALS Scan are blowing this stuff away. ALS Scan only has solo and girl/girl material, but Nubiles.net has some boy/girl material as well - and the material on both those sites is worlds better than the material being presented here, in my opinion.

Well, I'll have to sheepishly admit that I did join. I'll do a review fairly soon.

Not everything here is exclusive, that's for sure. The way it has been so far is that there is only exclusive stuff in the updates, but the site started with "bonus" material as well, and that includes a lot of stuff from the other sites (Galleria, Premium, etc.).

There are two updates per day. Sometimes two photosets, sometimes one plus a video.

Questions for members.

Are the girls on this site actually exclusive to this site? I'm really wondering why it is ATK has to split there content into almost 10 different sites, it's quite annoying. They REALLY need a network of some sort.
