After you enter you credit card info and click Complete Transaction, they don't show you any login/pass and just redirect you to another page where the only link to "Get Access to MeatMembers" and small description (1 day trial which recur for 39.95) and nothing else. After you click "Get Access to MeatMembers" they redirect you to the same page but with different site, and you have to click "Get Access...." again, only after that they redirect you to member zone.

Never join this site

I have never been a member of this site and wanted to try, but recently I've seen video review (I am not sure can I post link here or not) of this site and there was pretty clear that they FORCE you to buy access to 2 other sites.
It's not just check boxes with cross-sales to finish your transaction and to get login/pass you HAVE TO buy access to 2 other sites and you can't give up. It pissed me off, I'll never join this site and I don't recommend you to join.
