There is no full trial for Brazzers. I registered for the 2 day trial and it's just another (extremely) limited trial. You can't even download anything.

Fix it before you mislead any more users.

I finally got my account canceled

it took me a couple of days, but I finally got my account canceled. Like some of the commenters have mentioned, I don't think they are crooks. I just think the support service provider is not very good, or at least they were not for me at the time.

the other side of their house however is top notch with frequent updates, fast download speeds, and good quality content.

I guess some times with some of these sites it can sometimes be a mixed bag

Good luck canceling. The cancel forms don't work, the support chat never responds, and you can't get the support phone line to pick up the phone.

It's a shame. Great content, just horrible support.

Brazzers latest scam

I joined Brazzers for a one month membership and canceled after 28 days but they billed my account another month anyway. Apparently, they consider a month to be 28 days so if you cancel on the 28 or 29 day of your membership they charge you for an additional month.

Brazzers has scam billing practices

I have subscribed a number of times over several years. I recently tried to re-subscribe and the sign-up page would not work. I received an error screen that the processor could not accept my request. I tried the online chat. The rep couldn't explain the problem but said I could give him my card number and he would sign me up with instant access. He took my card and billed my account. When I tried to login I got an unauthorized attempt screen with no access. Back to the chat. The new rep says there's no problem but there certainly is a problem because my password wouldn't work and still doesn't. I asked for my money back and the rep said no refunds and that there's nothing they can do. He then terminated the chat session. Complete frauds. If Brazzers denies this occurred, I saved the text of the two chat sessions and I can post them here.

Just joined and cancelled 75 minutes later when they banned me from downloading hd videos.this coupled with a maximum download speed of 500kb/sec not acceptable nowadays when other sites offer download speeds of 2gig+.If you want to download hd porn try other sites then brazzers.

I have just received my Credit Card statement and discovered that Brazzers charged TWO unauthorised additional payments to my card. The word "Help" was printed as a reason. II have never been in contact with their help line nor have I subscribed to any other sites plastered around their site.

Please be advised and warned. They WILL rip you off!!

... that Brazzers is not really a network of many different sites because there is only one theme being catered to and that is big breasts. Makes it a bit boring for those who look for different niches in a network.

After being severely put of rejoining my old favourite for comically large breasts, Freaks of Boobs, I decided to give Brazzers a try. In the electronic age, Brazzers should realize that some ISPs assign you a new address each time you log in. Apparently, their computer program imagines that fraud is going on when you log in with a different IP address. They have blocked my account for 4 days now with no further explanation or support. Brazzers didn't charge me extra money (thus far). Extremely good looking 1280x720.

Download speeds could be much better but i've seen worse.

I couldn't play their videos (without stuttering and an impossibility to skip back and forward) with either WMP nor WMC so i tried VLC and it worked.

Some info about their vids in case your interested -i don't have a clue of what it means, i just clicked properties and this what i found-: format VC-1, Codec ID WC1

While browsing most any site they let you look around. After joining Brazzers for full admission price I was also charged the $1.00 trial.

If you click on a recommended site to see what is there you are singing up for that site and will be charged full price.You will not be asked for card info as they have that allready. A page will come up with you order conformation and all you were doing is looking. I think they are afraid you will not dispute the charge because you are looking at porn. My e-mails are going no where. Its a trap don't go there. I canceled my account after two days $70.00 worth and I will never go back and I will post to my dyeing day what a scam they are running

A total scam every one of the bonus pages will rip you off.

I've had it with these jokers.

No need to repeat the many complaints already posted on PU. What motivated me to finally quit the site was the nasty note I received that is similar to what others have received that said there were 24 simultaneous accesses in 24 hours. Service was restored after I made one silly phone call to a bored operator. Then in doing a surf today I encountered, again, their silly practice of deleting a bunch of content but leaving links alive in the stars list. I guess so they can brag about the number of models they have on their site, or something. How can that practice do anything but piss off their members?

They are either total bone heads or they just don't give a shit about keeping their customers happy.

site security problems

I have been locked out numerous times for multiple logins. Now I get an email to confirm my change of PIN numbers. I never even signed up for a pin number. I 99% sure the security problem is not on my end so it doesn't leave me very confident about their site security

banned instantly

I signed up for a year membership and was banned instantly. The tech support said it was because a multiple login ips (20 at the same time) under my old account with same cc number. It got straightened out but I wonder if it is because of using a download manager. I went close to a year without problems and in the past couple months have been banned twice prompting me to think the changed something.

Banned Again and Again

I have had 1 full year subscription and resubscripted for another year recently. Never had any problems until now. Customer service finally just refunded my money because everytime they changed my passport I was banned again even though the new password was not sent by email ( given over the phone) and I never signed in with the new password. I did scans on the computer many times and there was never anything unusual. Any ideas why this would happen?

Frustrating.

I rejoined this site 3 days ago after not being a member for about 2 and a half years. While they have loads of content, it was such a pain getting to it. I have Window XP 2005 version and it just couldn't handle the site. My computer crashed about 20 times in three days. It's no fun having to constantly start
over trying to get to the good stuff. Also be careful cancelling this site. They make you go through 7 or 8 pages
and the wording is tricky so don't try this drunk. Why they have to make it so difficult I don't know. I'd be much more likely to rejoin a site I liked in the past if they didn't play these kinds of games.

HD Unlock For Year purchase

As of this moment you can NOT Download their new HD movies if you purchase a year in advance. When i signed up it thought it would for sure but it didnt. You must wait the full 6 months or they are working on an Upgrade cost to make it available for anybody interested.

I do have to say that Brazzers is doing everything they can to fix this situation as i woke up today to find my account credited for the full one year membership without my asking. So basically they have given me a year free, my membership still shows that its active till 2010.

Before I start sleeping with people to raise the money for another sub, can someone who is a current member clarify the HD claim?

Brazzers - Another Site With No Cust Service

OK, so after I saw the news about Brazzers going High-Def, I decided to check them out and see that among the first high-def scenes is a new Jenna Haze scene and the trailer looks really hot - so I'm trolling around the internet looking for hot deals involving Brazzers over the next few days - cause there's always something - and I see an ad for Brazzers Plus - which is Brazzers PLUS Mofos.com - I check out the price and I see a price of $7.95/month if you join for a year, which is what I've been seeing as the price for Brazzers by itself.

So I take them up on it - and I have a confirmed membership to Brazzers.com with no access to Mofos.com - What the fuck?

So I go to their support page. I call the phone # and it's too late - they say that they only have phone support 11 AM to 11 PM eastern. I try their live chat - and their is no live chat support. So I send an e-mail to their support e-mail. And I get a response after a couple of days from someone that obviously didn't even bother to read my original e-mail telling me that I have a membership to Brazzers.com and no membership to Mofos.com - yeah, that's the fucking problem is that I was offered BOTH and I only have ONE - Jeeeezzz!! - so I send a response spelling that out even clearer than my original e-mail.

No response to that - but since it's within the 11 AM to 11 PM Eastern window, I call the phone # support. I'm on hold for 10 minutes and then I get a message at 6:11 PM PST, which is 9:11 EST, telling me that their office is now closed because they are only open 11 AM to 11 PM Eastern - what the fuck??????

They may have a more-than-decent site but they have bait-and-switch offers and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!

Members Area Log In Problems !!!!

Two days ago I tried to log in to Brazzers members area and it kept telling me that my username and password is wrong, I send an e-mail to Brazzers Support Team and after 1 hour I tryed to log in again and ... voila ... I got access! Today I tryed to log in to members area and so I did but I just noticed that I have access to only 4 scenes and that my membership was turned to trial.
I dunno but those problems seem to be VERY annoying plus I didn't get an answer for my membership's problem by Brazzers Support Team.
I dunno what to say ....

With more than a few comments about video quality, billing problems and content issues scatterred around on here, I don't understand how Brazzers still stays so high in the ratings. I mean there's even a warning on here about having to look out for pre-checked cross-cells! How sleazy is that?

Maybe it's just a continuation of a seeming one-man crusade against cheaply-made and mass-produced porn, but what the hell is it gonna take to get people to wake up and stop buying it? Are the people who swear by this site the same ones in the CD stores, buying CD's by the dozen out of the cut out bin? Sure - it's a lot of music for the dollar (euro, pound, franc, dinar, rupee, rial, kopeck, etc.) but the music is CRAP!

Help needed

im totally new to online porn website and well i never paid for it, i always got into the free material before but i wanted to try out one for once. im gonna tell you exactly what's happening to me, i would love some help on this cause im no expert. im getting confused and paranoid because of bad reviews ive read on the internet. what im not sure i did right is canceling my accounts, my point is i dont want to be billed again ! here is the story and exactly what happened:

i clicked on www.brazzers.com and decided to purchase a trial for 1$.

first of all i paid around 5 bucks instead of 1, and the trial is a total scam. first site i was redirected to (from the email confirmation that of course arrived immediatly) was brazzersreel.com so i told myself i didnt pay for that, and anything i clicked needed an upgrade.. at that point i thought id try to login on the site i signed up, so i went back on brazzers.com and logged in. at that point i saw i wasnt logged in with the username i chose before, let's say it was "creolo".. logging in on brazzers logged me as "creolo1".. weird sh++. anyways.. logging in on trial membership on brazzers.com was no better then brazzersreel.com - i could only see 4 videos in streming (!!!!)..

i emailed support@brazzers.com for a refund and for them to cancel my account and got no answer. so ive spent the afternoon trying to figure out how to cancel my account, and that's where i need some serious expert help.. [i'll continue this on REPLY...]

Trial - Is it Full?

I can't find any recent info on the trial which is now 2 days:

2 Days Membership - $1.00

has anyone tried it recently? Does it give access to all content?

Ok, I'm totally confused.

What is the difference between Brazzers.com and Brazzers Pass?
One is cheaper than the other but still displays the same content.

Also, where the hell are you guys getting these cheap prices?

The usual regional discrimination means we in the UK have to pay �19.99/month, which is taking the piss by all accounts.

Help a confused ethnic sort this out..

List of Sites No Longer Updating

Normally I would have put this in my review that I recently did but since I'm so damn verbose I didn't have enough room left over to do so. Anyway, I thought I would list the sites that Brazzers's no longer updates for those who haven't been there in a while and are wondering if their favorite niche site is still going or not.

These sites no longer update: HQHoneys, Sexpro Adventures, HotchicksBigasses, Racks&Blacks, JugFuckers, Bustyz, Busty&Real, AssesinPublic and JizzonmyJugs. Obviously, most of the models appear in other sites but the interracial aspect of the network seems to be dying off for now.

Just letting folks know about this reduced price (just log into Brazzerspass.com and click join) (I just got a deal for a cheaper price but no longer seems to be in effect). My guess this is a short time deal.

If you check it out in the near future and find it's not there an alternative is go to the suze.net page here at PU or TBP. Click on the link to go there. When I did (I was originally planning to re-up there) I got a pop-up for a $10 full access monthly membership to Brazzersnetwork (ahhh, revenue sharing). It's not super fantastic but it's definitely cheaper than the $20 to $25 monthly fee.

On my most recent subscription to Brazzers, just now canceled, I did not think I was ever going to get the damn thing to cancel. First, the newer content isn't a step up. The sites have become incredibly repitive. The video quality isn't much better either. But, what I mainly wanted to tell is to be careful when trying to cancel. This is possibly the worst cancel system I have seen. Don't get me wrong, I like these guys and their discounts, but here is what I went through. Clicked, "Cancel" link in original email from site. This takes me to their site, where I sign in. I sign in, it makes me an offer to stay for a 1 time charge, 6 months for $48 and some change. I clicked "No" but wait, offer 2 stay for 1 month for $14.95 per month. Eh, I joined it for $10 a month! The option says, "Yes I want this great deal" or "No, I want to continue downloading second rate content elsewhere". I clicked no. Wait, a 3rd offer! This time $8 and some change per month, my option besides yes is "No, I want to make the worst decision of my life". Yeah you didn't know my first wife! But seriously, this is where it could catch people off guard. Once you go through all of these screens, it says they retreived your information. And NOW you have to click cancel AGAIN. If you don't the membership continues, that is 5 clicks on cancel or "no" when they ask if you want a special offer. That's a little much to go through, in my opinion.

Today when you click enter Brazzers.com by clicking the pornusers link:

They state that there is a "shocking Price" Only USD 1.00;
and further down at the site:

BUT when you click "join" there is no way to take advantage of such an offer?! Strange....this is not a serious way of marketing your site!!! I used to like Brazzers!!??
