I like the word 'shonks' too.

It's one of those words you just know you've heard, but not sure where from, but automatically know its meaning.

But I came here after reading your reply to my Scoreland / ScoreGroup comments, or I should say my ScoreGroup Debacle notice.

I will definitely avoid this site too.

I have to also add this is a superb feature of TBP to allow users to do this. It would be better if they could also give these comments to these shiester websites that undertake this practice to get an explanation as why the did this.

Sort of like a Porn version of Watchdog.

I like that word "shonk". Cant' say I've heard of it before. Sounds like a name that should have it's place in the PU vocabularly as an unscrupulous vendor.

These people are shonks. I signed for the 3-day trial, and found that I had been signed up for several other sites for 'free three-day trials'. Of course, the catch was the you had to cancel memebrship to these sites, or get billed. I worked through them all, but 2 escaped the net, and I got billed. Luckily, one of the credit companies refunded me.

Interesting that Denner's review, although more comprehensive
than mine, is similar in the fundamentals.

... and yeah - most of the times I try to experiment out there with "unknown" sites I get disappointed. And high price after the "you get what you pay for" never garantee quality. Mostly the opposite.

As usual, I appreciate and enjoy your reviews. This one seems to be another example of how higher-priced sites generally are of far less quality than medium (or even lower) priced sites and networks.

Has your experience shown you this also? The few times I've paid for higher priced sites have ALWAYS been a disappointment. Seems webmasters that charge a higher price are relying on us when we are hungover or just being stupid, and are not really interested in large audiences for quality work. The quick buck from a few is preferred to lots of customers.
