It's a bit of a mixed bag really. There are plain nude shoots but i would say more often than not the models start out wearing something but in many cases not what you'd call fully clothed so whilst there is some stripping its not what you'd call a long slow striptease.

Edit: Avril A (the model's name at metart) is the model at ema's place. Her last set at metart was November 2010, so that was less than a year ago.

Her name at glam deluxe is Emanuelle.

She also has different names at other sites.

I think the model at emas place is very cute. She has a number of sets at glam deluxe from years ago. She also has a number of sets at metart. She's also had a few photosets at other sites (just teen site, etc.).

But I haven't seen anything new from her in over a year, I think.

But it'd be great to get some news about this site and the bonus sites.
Glam Deluxe had it's ups and certainly downs for years..(just ask the Drooler)
But according to previews things seems to happen - so I'll just join lk2's: Any members here (before I want to spend money on this site again)
And if not, well maybe I'll go for it in spite of former warnings. (I've been a member a couple of times in the past)

BTW: Helen's Planet does not seem to update anymore (not totally sure, though)

Apparently there are 2 bonus sites included with membership to glam deluxe:
helens planet
emas place

It's been almost 3 years since I was a member of glam deluxe. The photography sets were high quality then, many of the models were gorgeous. But the update rate was slow. And there were no zips for the photosets.

There were only a small number of videos.

Any recent members of that site care to comment on their experience with this site?

The bonus sites are solo model sites. Cute girls. Are those sites still updating?

OK. TBP states last update for emas place was 04-24-10 (as of 05-17-11)'

Also, TBP states content count has not changed for helens planet since 2008, even though the dates for the content supposedly show recent updates. So site probably has not updated in years.

Negligence could be it. For all I can tell, it could be outright abandonment. There's no sign that it has updated in months.

Makes you wonder what's happened.

Funny, it reminds me of that discussion we had some time ago about Pier999 when it was going through a dry ... make that "dry dock" ... spell. But at least there weren't any "cooties" hangin' around threatening to infect passersby.

Just thought I'd stop by this site and have a peek. Only went to the home page. Immediately got a note from my Norton Antivirus that it had blocked PHP.backdoor.trojan

I don't think the "trojan" associated with this "backdoor" had anything to do with, well, y'know.

Well, I did find out a tidbit that would interest you, and it's to your credit that I did find out: The site is Downloadthemall-friendly (Firefox).

The big IF, though, is whether the clowns finally got those 11 or so missing sets linked and aren't fucking it up with the even newer ones.

My last paying visit, as documented here, really was a letdown, so I'll chime it with my famous "negativity" to say that if they're that much in hype and that little in the way of competence, they can just take the proverbially long walk off the time-saving short plank.

I was thinking of giving this site a go, but your comment made me wise.

No zips? Honestly, I'm beginning to think this is a ploy sites use to extend your membership. You can only click and save so much at a time. It's too much of a drag. Zip filing is as easy as 1-2-3. There simply is no excuse not to have zip files.

I decided to give this one another go since they offer a 3-day trial for $5.95 and the home page has a new look. (But made sure to uncheck the upsell to FantasyFeast, which looks like nothing but old, old decrepit porn.)

Well, it's just like PixAndVideo. Once you join, you're right back to the old format. And here, as usual, no zips. At least the updates are a bit more frequent: There were 11 in November, for instance.

But ... BUT ... doesn't matter much because so many of them are INACCESSIBLE. HALF of the gallery updates from October 29th to the present, that's 11 out of 22, are completely NON-FUNCTIONING. You go to the page, and all of the thumbs are X'd. Click a thumb, and you're taken back to that stupid phony new home page.

How's that for getting a good nose-thumbing?

So ... thought I'd TELL!!! HA!

Well, thanks bro'. I like your idea about voting on reviews. And I've had a bunch of thoughts of a retrospective nature, such as funniest review, funniest poll reply, best review on video content, best review in X niche, most technically helpful user (might well be jd1961), etc. It's just a swirl in my mind at this point, but maybe something could be cooked up for the anniversary, which isn't too far away.

Of course, this would need to be worked out with those who run this site.

Thing is, I'm all spent on trying to find sites to review now. GlamDeluxe was the last on my list. But I guess you never know ...

This review really puts things in perspective.
The Drooler is foremost a photo-fellow user - and here I can relate to the score.

And boy, is he right about the parody of what this site calls video - or "flixs" - it's a laugh.

All in all a great review for users who have had their eye on this site for quite a while.
Sad though, 'cause the company have the site Helen's Planet with some very fine videos of a real doll by the name of.......yeah, Helen.

I wonder if it would work with a download manager. Can't say I tried it myself. (Tried with one once and the software was little too primitive for me and just gave up.) Anwyay, no excuse for coming into the world zipless.

I just took my time and cherry picked one set every few days or so.

Agree with Play Toes

At first here, this site had a quick rating of 90, which I took issue with.

I agree with Play Toes that this site is barely a 70. Kind of a shame when the models are hot but they can't shine because the site is lacking in so many ways.

I was a member three months ago.

I found a lot of the photosets to be too small in number of pics, too dark, too blurry, and, especially, too uninspired.

There are no zips, and you have to return to the gallery page for every single shot you snatch from it.

The site design is attractive, but what's under the wrapping doesn't hold a candle to many other sites, among them EvasGarden, MetArt, MetModels, HegreArt, FemJoy, and Errotica.

I'd rate it in the 70's somewhere, just like TBP did.
