Pros:
- Creative photography
- Lovely, varied models
- Interesting links section
- Good, sharp 3K pics
- Easy to browse galleries and zip downloads

Cons:
- Very sporadic updates
- Limited browsing options
- Videos rare and mostly behind-the-scenes
- Lately more plain-background studio sets
- Short timeout on login

Bottom Line:
NakedBy will obviously draw comparisons with Petites Parisiennes - both French softcore erotica/nude sites featuring the work of a single (or in this case sometimes two) photographers. In fact this site appealed to me because it featured a few favourite models from PP; and for me, French smut has a certain - dare I say it - je ne sais quoi (sorry) that really appeals to me; it has sophistication, but not at the expense of being too art-nudey, which I always find a bit dull.

I was prepared to like the photos as much as I do at PP; it turns out they they don't work quite as well for me; they don't have quite as much atmosphere, but there is still some good work here. Where it lacks the consistency of the former's day-in-the-life theme, it makes up for it a little in diversity. There are a number of outdoor scenes, which are quite exciting - one recent one shows one of my favourite Asian models hitching her dress up and taking her panties off on the train; another with a different model similarly cavorting on an escalator. Quite a few of the shots are fetish-themed; some with bondage which I can take or leave, but there are quite a few nylon-themed sets which I most definitely take. Lately there are a few too many plain studio shots for my my liking, and others relying on simple bed scenes - I prefer a bit more context.

There's a great selection of models here too; mainly French (including the popular Marlene) but some other familiar European models too, such as Ariel and Lorena G. A good diversity of ages and body types, and although largely caucasian, a fair few black and asian girls too. And it shares about the same level of explicitness with Petites Parisiennes - plenty of pussy closeups, but not much in the way of fingers or toys - although a little.

There are about 80 models here, and about 600 photo sets; they can be navigated by date and there is a model index; each model has a page with some bio details, but it would be nice to see their age and other details. There is a keyword search and tag cloud but it would be nice to have a tag or category browse option. The date browsing does reveal though, that updates are very sporadic here; on average 3 per month this year.

Note that videos aren't the strong point here. They fall into two categories; firstly, regular porn/erotic clips - about 40, maybe 5 mins on average, not HD, quite fun for what they are but none for over a year. The majority of the videos, though - maybe 200 - are behind-the-scenes; the most recent 20 are HD although again, they dry up as of about a year ago. I know some folk like these, but I find them a bit dull.

There's also a very useful link section, through which I've found all kinds of interesting stuff; although this is available to guests as well and not a subscriber benefit as such.

Despite the cons, I do like the photography here - the thumbnails of the models and galleries are indicative of it, and will be enough to tell you if it will work for you. If it does, there's more then enough material here to warrant joining; but the slow updates make it unlikely I'll join again for a while.

Pros:
+ Excellent photography featuring natural French girls
+ About 55 models with over 300 photo sets (all exclusive content)
+ High rez photos go up to 3000 pixels with zip, most sets have 40 to 100 pics
+ Good 7 day full access trial of $10
+ Some model information provided and nice clean site design
+ Photo updates every 2 days (vids about 1x per week)
+ No DRM

Cons:
- Not really a video site. About 63 vids which parallel the photo sets with most around 7-8 minutes. Quality is very good at 720x575 with WMV, DiVX and QT options
- Some photo sets are just continuations of a previous (same basic clothing and/or set)
- Pure glamour, no hc, lesbians or toys (if this is minus for anyone)
- Some sets a little too dark or fetishy but not bad in my book
- Zip feature only available in medium size

Bottom Line:
Overall, I was generally pleased with this site. I like photos, especially for softcore, and this site has very good photography and huge pics which I would expect from a high quality glamour site. The girls are mostly French and I haven't seen many of them before. The girls are natural (no boob jobs or nasty tattoos) and for the most part seem to enjoy what they are going here. This is all about the girls showing off so don't expect any toys or lesbianism here.

Some of the sets do a get a little dark or fetishy as some other reviewers have noted but that seems to be the case with a lot of photographer oriented sites who seem to think this enhances their work but it didn't bother me too much since this is not the general rule here.

There are about 12 "mysterious girls" who have photo sets where you don't see their face. They are pretty much average looking and don't really add to the site. If you're feeling rich you can spend a few hundred $ and buy some prints (unless you wanted to show the world your a rich perv I don't know why anyone would if you can download the high rez pics). The site design is simple and clean and you have a model directory. The photos sets are laid out in a magazine style similar to Met Art, Hegre Art and similar sites.

For me, this site ranks between Hegre Art and Met Art. Nothing tops Met Art for the sheer content amount and quality. The girls here are not the super skinny types that Hegre Art has a lot of and they don't seem as cold to the camera either.

Overall, it's worth the 7 day, $10 trial. There's not really enough content where you need to stay longer. Hopefully the site keeps growing, especially on the video side.

Cons:
- small collection of videos (10/2007 =41)
- small videos (around 5-6 minutes)
- videos are mainly recorded photoshootings
- no hardcore or dildo scences in videos
- some photo sets aren`t clear enough
- photo sets have different numbers of pics
- some girls not really look pretty
- no extras (e.g.live shows, company sides)

Bottom Line:
If you like sofcore, ecpecially photo shot videos and photos, this site will be a good buy.

trial membership is not rally cheap.

the videos are a big minus because of the not even realy softcore content. recorded photoshot scence are not that good. even that you have the possibillity to download the videos in DivX, WMV and Quicktime format. the quality of the videos look good, and because of the smaller videos and the fast dl speed easy to dl... even if they aren`t manly worth it :o)

if they build up theyre videos (making real videos!) then i would give them points in the high 80`s.
at least the high dl speed is very impressive and very rare in the www.

Pros:
+Most to all content is exclusive
+Archive going back to June 2006
+Updates with videos or photosets usually every other day
+Some really great quality photography with 3000px size photos beginning Feb. or March 2007 (2000 px is the most common large size to date)
+zip files
+some very HOT European women
+1 week trial membership gives access to all

Cons:
-some photo sets have too much shadow/darkness or annoying blurriness
-photo sets vary in number of pics (but some are substantial)
-a few of the women aren't so appealing and there's too much fetish emphasis (to me, anyway)

Bottom Line:
If you are into sofcore photos, this site is a good buy with the week-long membership price of $9.95. CCBill does the billing (reliable).

Women like Soraya, Amandine, and Radka Novacova (here as Tiffany) in exclusive material is a big plus.

Sorry, but I can't say anything about the videos (not usually interested in softcore videos).

They'd had a problem with their zips not working, but they fixed that after I was a member in January 2007 (rejoined in March, when the 3000px had started showing and the zips worked). So it seems it's getting attention from people managing it.

I'd rate it in the 90's if there was less fetish material and the darkness/blurriness.

Follow-Up:
For the past 2 months, 3000px has been the consistent large size (wasn't before then, though many galleries had it). But I'm lowering the score from 87 to 80. Just rejoined. Too often darkness, s/t fetishy stuff + rate of updates makes me think I scored it too high before.
