Diificult Naviagtion

Only Streaming Cartoons
Not Unique Content on 3rd Party Content.
90% of content not Cartoon or Animated.
Expensive.

Bottom Line:
I was unsure how to even start the review without being negative.
There are good graphics in the pics and that's it.

Site is nightmarish to navigate, open a link, and a pop up widow opens
then pick a scenes then pick the quality. OMG. There is an easier way for sure.

The thing that makes this site suck is its called Cartoon 69 but there are hardly any compared to third part B rated porn that's on the site.

There isnt enough content to comment on
as there is hardly any cartoons on the site.
And what are is flash only.
This is a site I was truly disapointed in, a
Cartoon website that has little Cartoons

I would look elsehwere , I put this review here as a guide to be aware of the name Cartoon69 as there is little if any cartoons.
