Yes, I have always had good experiences with 3rd party billers like ccbill & epoch. They are very professional. Still, I like
to give the web-sites themselves a chance to solve the problem (I remember Sweetmembers was able to do that for me a few years ago), but I'm easily frustrated when the "online help" takes a few days and then answers "log-in Good works" and then I find it still won't work.

When I started joining web-sites, I was very afraid of fraud, but have found myself able to trust ccbill & epoch. I use a special credit card devoted to online & watch it carefully so I can file an immediate complaint to the credit card company if there were any funny business, but so far the 3rd party billers have been very reliable.

that`s a quite good thing if they refund the costs. others like ccbill make it easy for themselves. they tell"we are a third party and don`t have to stand for the prblems with the site. if you got problems with the site (even if there is a stupid answering-bot) you have to clear the problems with (the never gettable) admin." :(
that`s close to fraud by the site admins who didn`t react and a shame for the billing company to treat consumers that way.

A follow up on my log-in problems. I spent a lot of time trying to fix the problem, but Epoch.com was nice enough to cancel the account and refund the cost.
