Pros:
-Part of a cheaply priced network
-841 scenes released from original studio content DVD's
-No DRM, unlimited downloads. Unlike some other sites on Fame Digital, here you get it all as no HD releases are available from this older content (I guess you can call that a pro)
-Lots of great stuff from 90's and early 2000's. Many big stars like Sophie Moone, Silvia Saint and Jewel De'Nyle in their early prime
-Excellent download speeds. Up to 8 megabytes without a download manager and more when using one

Cons:
-Obviously the video quality is not up to today's standard, same can be said of shooting, lighting etc. Some of those Latin Eye Candy releases are actually very smudgy and badly lit
-For some reason, the streaming of standard DVD quality material on this network is sometimes very slow and buffers for ages. The HD material on other sites actually appears to stream faster
-The streaming is very CPU intensive on Firefox and I'd actually recommend IE for that
-Regional pricing, pre checked cross sales, ads
-They should include downloads for entire DVD's

Bottom Line:
I don't know exactly when they stopped shooting films under the name Silverstone. The material on this site is all studio original and standing somewhere in between of what one could call classic and vintage content.

Actually it all is focused around a handfull of series that were all very long running and there apparently is still lot's of it left to keep releases steadily coming, few times a week. These series have some great scenes from mostly European girls that eventually became big stars. Pick-up Lines alone with it's almost hundred episodes features probably every 90's to early 2000's hot Euro girl you could think of. It's a bit funny though that on their site header they show large pictures of Silvia Saint and Tera Patrick who both have their own sites in this network.

The other series include quite nice Peeping Tom series with some supposed voyeur theme that never gets too much in the wat with alomost 40 releases, Latin Eye Candy that does nothing for me and Pick Up Babes with 10 or so releases that apparently picks up (pun intended) where Pick-up Lines left with slightly newer girls like Sharka Blue and Sandy Style.

If 90's Euro content sounds good to you, this is certainly a nice site. I wouldn't probably go for this site alone even for a cheaper price but as it is a part of nice package, I'll at least check updates.

Pros:
-DRM: none
-Site timeout: none
-Download limits: none
-Easy login: requires username and password, no captcha
-Download: low or high resolution WMV files
-Streaming: low or high resolution
-Large number of attractive models
-Models have very little piercings, tattoos
-Models are clearly identified in each clip by name and thumbnail
(that is a really nice feature; I wish more pornsites would include the
model name and a clear thumbnail of the model to show who she is and what she looks like)
-Videos are 10-30 minutes, a nice runtime
-Videos have 20-30+ screenshots to show model and action
-Large amount of hardcore videos with nice variety
-Updates 1 new video every 5 days

Cons:
-Check carefully for the pre-checked cross-sells when you sign up. I got stung the last time I signed up, even though I knew they were supposed to be there. I just didn't see it on signup, so I lost a few dollars down the drain.
-Video quality is acceptable but not great.
-It would be really nice if they could upgrade/increase the visual clarity of their updates. The updates are mainly older scenes from DVDs shot years ago. But if they could remaster the scenes to increase the clarity of the video, that would be a really nice feature.
-Screenshot photos do not have a zip file. But few people would want to save these photos anyway. The photos are low quality: they are useful to give you an idea of what the model looks like, and the video action, which is great. But the photos have little erotic value.

Bottom Line:
The video quality is acceptable, but a site like Nubiles or X-art or Mplstudios can give you crystal clear videos, and you don't get that here.
This is a DVD site, and even for the "high quality" streaming or downloaded files, it's like you are watching an older movie: the quality is OK, but not excellent: the colors are not vibrant, the clarity is not great. All the technical factors are good: professional lighting, professional focus, background music is better than most porn videos, the action is good, everything is good, but not the high quality video clarity you can get at some sites. But at the sites where you get the high video clarity, the quantity is small compared to the amount of content you get at this site.
This site is one of the main values of the netFameSolutions network.
The network currently has about 32 sites. About 5 of those sites are general hardcore sites that make up 90% of the value in the network. The
other sites are niche, that might have a limited number of videos for fans of that niche/fetish, but that most PU members will probably skip over.
With a single membership to almost any site in the network, you gain access to about 22 of the network sites.

This is a video network. It has a large amount of photos, but I consider the photos low to medium quality. The photos compare poorly to Metart,
Mplstudios, Femjoy, or other photosite pictures.
The network (and this site) has a number of attractive models. There is some ethnic variation of models: You have not just the standard East
European models, which make up the bulk of the models, but also a significant number of Latina models. Also a small number of Asian models. A very small number of black models at the network. The Curry Creampie site features models that are supposed to be Indian-looking (from India).
At this site, the videos have a tiny plot setup, where the boy and girl meet, then almost immediately have sex. But the setup tries to give a little more meaning and flavor to the sex instead of just two or more people banging away on each other. The sex is pretty straightforward: for 1 boy 1 girl: start with a blowjob, guy eats girl, they fuck vaginally, maybe fuck anally, then cumshot to girl's face. The action is not rough or harsh or abusive. This is definitely a hardcore site, but not the harsh, gonzo action found at some sites. Not a lot of tenderness in most of the sex, or affection, but not the harshness or abuse found at many sites.

The monthly price of $9.95 (through PU/TBP link) makes this site a real bargain, based on the good quality of the content, the large amount of
content, the large variation in content, and the low price.

Giving the site a score of 87 because the site is good, plus you get access to a solid network of sites.

Pros:
Large amount of content.
Good variety.
Some exclusive content/content not overexposed on multiple other sites.

Cons:
DOES NOT ALLOW DOWNLOAD MANAGERS OR ACCELERATORS TO SPEED THE RATE OF SAVING FILES.

Navigation on the site is a little counter-intuitive.

Bottom Line:
Consumer loyalty is often earned by how user-friendly a site is. Silverstone deprives itself of a score of 90 because it misses out on a single, key feature.

Download managers and accelerators make downloading content faster and easier. Disabling the ability to use them makes the process a drag; even with DSL or cable. Download speed counts. Who cares how many gigs of content a site has if it restricts how the product can be downloaded? One of the reasons why I think VideosZ does so well is because they allow and even recommend the use of download managers.

I'd like to see Porn Users factor the ability to use download managers on sites as part of how they grade them. It really is the difference between a site with potential versus one that is really willing to open its doors wide open.

I encourage Silverstone DVD to change this. And at that point, I look forward to updating this review!

Pros:
-For those looking for variety from European teens, this network offers a number of Brazilian models at SilverstoneDVD, as well as Indian models at Curry Creampie, plus other ethnic types.
-Updates: 1 scene/clip every 5 days
-Watermark. Fairly small, bottom right corner (could be smaller, but somewhat unobtrusive)
-Choice of 2 file sizes for download, small and big
-Can download clip or watch it streaming
-Screen caps give good idea of video clip, but useless as picture to enjoy
-DRM: none
-Download limits: none
-Easy log-on. Usually no secret word to guess, when there is a secret word, it is easily visible
-No automatic timer cutoff from site, even when you are inactive

Cons:
-Search engine at silverstonedvd could be a lot better.
-Clips download as WMV files, no other download choices
-There is a page where they show a number of nice-sized thumbnails of some of the models. This is the "models" page in the preview. It would be great if they could show all the models at the site, and not just a few (20 models shown on that page). There is no "models page" inside in the members area to show you what the models look like.
-Stats: people like to know how many models are featured at the site, how many DVDs or DVD clips. I see no listing at the silverstoneDVD site.
From the TBP site: 121+ DVDs (approx. 100 min. each)
-Billing by famebill. No billing by CCBill or Epoch.(But I found the signup process to be quick and easy, with no problems.)

Bottom Line:
The netFameSolutions network offers Devilsfilm and SilverstoneDVD, along with 17 other sites,
for a low monthly membership fee ($14.95 thru PU). All the sites I saw have the same basic layout: nice quality DVDs, basic navigation.
You are not getting super high quality clips, but you are getting good quality clips, that are professionally shot: good focus, good lighting, good colors of the models and the sets. The clips are straight sex, no plot or story. Soundtrack ok, usually not as much fake moaning and groaning, background music ok: both moaning/groaning and background music could be improved, but still better than some of the terrible clips I have seen from other sources. Moaning/groaning is supposed to add to the excitement of the clip, but when it's so obviously fake, it doesn't add, it seems stupid. And the background music just gets in the way, so you wonder if it's better to watch the clip with with no sound, or to try to ignore the music.
There are a number of other sites in the network, offering niche products: granny; big-sized models; hairy models; lesbian; milf; etc.
My main complaint about the site (and the other sites in the network) is that a lot of clips don't identify the model(s) in the clips. So how can you search for other clips that particular model might be in if you don't know her name?

In porn, it's easier to find quality photos of beautiful young women, than it is to find quality videos of beautiful young women. There are just too many elements in a video that can detract from the pleasure of looking at a lovely woman.

Do the clips feature attractive girls, is the sex exciting, boring, disgusting, how much distraction is there from fake groans, noisy background music, lousy lighting, etc.

SilverstoneDVD has a number of very good-looking young models, with a number of nice-quality clips.

As a solo site, it would not be worth joining. But as part of a nice network, it's definitely worth a 1-month membership to see all this network has to offer.

I am giving this site a score of 87, based on the network, not as an individual site. I find it difficult/meaningless to grade the site as a solo site, when so much of the value comes from the network's other sites that are included in the membership price.

Pros:
-Great price through TBP.
-Very large archive, presently 116 DVDs, 838 hours, 903 GBs.
-Network has 1373 DVDs,17432 GBs of content.
-Many beautiful women.
-Well produced, beautiful sets, excellent, very professional photography.
-No DRM or download limits.
-Has streaming as well as download options.
-DVD quality videos.
-Nice search engine. Can search by type of model,type of sex, name of dvd, or model name.

Cons:
-Does not support download managers. Downloading two videos at a time is very slow.
-No way to download parts of video scenes. Whole scenes only.
-Average quality screenshots. No way to zip download.
-Just sex, no stories, suspense, tease or any buildup. Not very much different from any other DVD site.

Bottom Line:
Some nice plusses, but not unique in any way. There are many internet sites that offer DVD clips and are comparable in overall quantity and quality. I have to admit that dvd sites are generally not for me as I look for more unique content. I like to see a lot of variety such as exotic ethnic women, a blow job with some intensity,maybe even gagging, a little light bdsm, or something even more different such as what I saw on purecfnm.com or momsteachingteens.com The internet is full of niche sites that interest me more. However, if you like internet dvd sites, this will be a site you like as it is very high quantity and quality.

Pros:
Lots of beautiful women, especially Euro women
No DRM on videos
Price is great if you join through TBP
Video quality is very good
Download speeds are good
No daily downolad limit

Cons:
Can only d/l two videos at a time
Not enough updates
Pics are just ok
D/Ls did not work with my Download Manager

Bottom Line:
I actually joined Peter North and this came as a bonus site. WoW! I am impressed as I have seen this site in the past, but they have done a major overhaul in the way they present their videos. No more fragmented files to deal with. They feature PickUp Lines from the former Odyssey Studios, now Silverstone. There are other series, but the PUL series will keep you busy for at least a month.
This is the only site where I have found the beautiful Margo Stevens as she did several vids for this studio. You can wallow in the beautiful European women for a long time on this site.
The only knock I would give it is the lack of updates, although I won't complain until after I've been a member for a few months because there is plenty there to keep me busy.
