The videos were being released 1 per day, and this is really amateur video. The camera work was troublesome at times, but for an amateur site, it was good enough. Not for sure if it really was user submitted clips or not, but for the price, $9.95, and amount of content, almost 500 full length clips, it was worth it back then. Then came August or so and no more updates that I can see. If you've never been a member and have $10 to spend, try it out, it really isn't bad at all.
