STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE IT WILL ROB YOU BLIND. I mean what I say on this. I was tricked when I purchased my subscription. I went and purchased the 80 dollar subscription i would already taken the whole website before then. I should of done more research when I first signed on. I guess what pulled me hook line and sinker because I had an obsession for European porn models. I figured from the ads the hype was legit and believe me don't believe the hype. The website is similar in design to sexy-babestv.com or babelicious.com to any who subscribe.
The photo quality comes in three different pixel size 1000, 2000, and 4000 however the 4000 isn't as big as I thought it would be which is unusual when I download the zip files. Downloading zip files is troublesome at times. It would give you the option of which of the pix sizes to download but you would have to do this twice on internet exploer because of the irritating pop-upblocker. Even if I disabled it would still block the download for the next gallery and you would have to approve for download every time. Firefox wouldn't allow me to route the file to its destination or try to edit the name of the file. The last update to this website was November 9, of this year. Sounds to me the webmaster got broke or something.
The videos are not too bad. The quality are SDV type. There are about about 260 videos length and quality tend to vary 10-12 minutes. File sizes 100-200 mb MPEG format. Mostly masturbation and lesbian action. No Hardcore action. Unfortunately there is no HD movies to be had. The only bonus content are some live show feeds and HD streams provided by Silver Sinema.
I think the only saving grace to this website is that the content is exclusive. You would think it was copied from some other website but for a porn veteran like me the pictures and videos are not copied from anywhere else.
If you plan to purchase a subscription, I would only recommend it for 1 month subscription of 19.95 (find a coupon at hoes.com or somewhere else). You can download the entire website within that time frame. Honestly you can find other sites better then this one.

Pros:
+ Excellent quality photos
+ A few very hot models
+ Possibly exclusive content
+ Streaming bonus content section (although the section is small)
+ No music in the videos
+ Good TBP price of $19.90, but arguably that's still too expensive

Cons:
- Not alot of models
- Not alot of content
- Base price of $39.95 (without TBP discount) is outrageously too expensive
- Videos are low resolution by today's standards
- MPG video format only
- Many gaps in the alphabetical model index, many letters have zero models (I'm not just talking 'Q' or 'X' here, but letters like 'F' and 'P'. 'D', 'G', and 'R' only have 1 model each).
- Slow downloads
- Not download manager friendly
- Updates infrequently, 1x to 2x per month
- Interview videos are repetitive and uninspired, they ask each model the same questions ("Who do you cook for at home?") and the model never looks at the camera. Sophie Moone's interview is dubbed! A huge disappointment, I've always wondered what her voice was like.

Bottom Line:
I joined this site in spite of reading others reviews here, mainly because I was after collector's level content of Sophie Moone, Sandra Shine, Brittany Stone, and Nikki Summers. Well, that's about what I got, but not much else.

Read the intro page carefully - they state they have "63 SUPERGLAM GIRLS - 3510 VIDEOS - 157459 PICTURES" - I could have sworn it said more models at first. I believe the "SUPERGLAM GIRLS" count is correct, but I am skeptical of the other numbers. The average model has 3 videos, so just do the math and that's only 189 videos. But it's not just the numbers that don't add up with this site.

The amount of content is much smaller than I thought from the preview pages. You could easily clean this site out in an afternoon, if the download speeds were better. I had alot of trouble with "DownThemAll" + Firefox, I had to set max chunks to 1 (which cripples performance) and could only queue up the video sets. The photo sets, which are by far their best offering, have to be painstakingly downloaded the old fashioned way, one ZIP file at a time. On the plus side, they do offer multiple photo formats, with the highest being 4000px - looking at these, they do look great, but in reality they are nowhere near this resolution.

Overall an extremely disappointing site that I should have paid more attention to other's reviews.

Bottom line: Excellent photo sets, low res vids, poor site performance, too little content for the money.

Pros:
- Some of the prettiest, highest quality pictures I have seen on the internet!
- Content is 100% exclusive
- Has most of the top Euro models, Sophie, Eve, Stracey, Sandra Shine, etc..
- Despite not having a lot of models overall, most of the models they do have, have 5-10 photo sets, 4-8 videos
- Some of the picture sets have 200 or more photos in them

Cons:
- TBP talks about the video needing improved. I can agree to a point, but the videos are not that bad either. You do just get MPEG option, in small files or one large one
- Update frequency is questionable, I only see two photo updates in June so far and May also only had 2. I do see 3 video updates for June though.

Bottom Line:
I would think this site could be great for someone like me who had never been on it. My favorite model, Eve Angel has 8 photoshoots and 6 videos. One of the photoshoots is one that I have seen several times on TGP boards, and had wanted with her in a blue halter type tight shirt and black workout shorts.

I'm not that impressed with the videos, but I have seen worse. In full screen mode they are a little blurry, but it isn't too bad. The photo sets are impressive, most having around 200 photos in each. I noticed Drooler's comment, and I do agree that it is pretty bad though, they have a 4000 option on the pics, but the pictures aren't half that big.

I still can't find anything overly bad about the site, but again, anytime you join a site for the first time, that has 100% exclusive content, everything will be new. I knocked a few points off for that since I wouldn't think joining again won't happen for probably at least 6 months, maybe longer. The site uses the rating system that Babelicious uses. You can also leave comments on each set. Pretty much all of the models are top level, there may be one or two that aren't, but I am very happy with the selection. It was also nice to see that the videos I have watched do not have background music in them, just moaning and those other lovely sounds.

I would recommend a one month membership to anyone who likes Euro girls. As the content they have is great. Anything beyond a month may be pushing it until they update more.

Pros:
SuperGlam absolutely *has* to be commended for its photography. Its clean, sharp and uncompressed. The models are well presented in good sets. This kind of photography has that beautiful, almost 3D effect where you can sometimes forget there is a whole internet and monitor twix viewer and model.

Cons:
I really object to a range of sets being partially updated. There seems to be no point, other than to get daily updates. But I'd prefer less, just let me know when a set is finished so I might download it.

There's a fair number of photos per set so waiting for a complete update takes a while.

They have clearly got a good webmaster somewhere based on the quality of the design -- where it all falls down is useability.

Note that ZIPs didn't work for most of January

Bottom Line:
One would join this site on the quality of the images, models and poses alone. Once you've joined, its up to you to work a strategy for getting at the content you like. A graphically beautifull site with some useability challenges.
